Location was great, close to everything we needed to be close to, a place to park. The lady running it was very friendly and helpful.
Has everything we needed.
Lock on the door took a bit of getting use to.
Photos didn't quite look like how it looked in person.

Property was fantastic! Great price, only downside was it was a decent walk to anything, and the roads are not the safest to walk on! Overall very happy with this place, would recommend!

As depicted. Great value property thats 20 minute walk from fira. Great for backpackers and budget travellers. Note the standard room does not guarantee double beds, it depends on availability.

The property owner is very nice and helpful. The location is very good for the price you pay. Fresh towels everyday, love this. Whatever you need and want, They will pretty much arranged for you. I recommend this place.

Santorini's Secret
Hard to leave this little pearl of a villa with its sparkling pool and cheery hostess Maria.

Mostly very good
Our hostess Maria was very friendly and lovely. Picked us up and dropped us at on arrival and departure. Helped us rent a motor bike at a very good price and led us to some excellent, local, inexpensive restaurants. One and only problem is the size of the rooms and bathroom. When we arrived, we spent one night in the room that was held for us but thankfully were able to move to a larger room with a nice balcony the next day. For anyone looking for a truly CHEAP hotel that is clean etc., I would highly recommend Pelekanos. For older couples, I'm not sure it would be your first choose.

Great value with nice location
It's a small hotel run by a nice family. They were extremely helpful and everything worked. As a bonus they can pick you up from the port / airpot.

Good place but a little far from the town
A decent place to stay with all the essentials provided. It's quite a walk to Fira if you don't drive. But the owner was very nice and picked us up from and to the port.

Excellent location
This is a great location for Thira, 20 min walk or bus runs every 10 mins.Added bonus was free transport from the port and to the airport. local tavernas excellent value too compared to Thira.

On recommande!!!

Buona struttura x alloggiare vicino a Thira!

rapporto qualita/prezzo ECCELLENTE
Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Prezzo stracciatissimo in confronto all ottimo servizio fornito!

I've stayed in Villa Pelekanos for about 2 weeks with my boyfriend. It is situated near the center of Thira, maximum 10 minutes walking, room is cleaned everyday, there is air conditioning, tv and free wifi, the services and the prices are great and convenient!
Maria and her daughter couldn't have been nicer and kinder! I definitely recommend Villa Pelekanos, you will enjoy your stay here!
