I found that some members of staff should be more smiling (e.g. staff at the restaurant) or more customer-centric (e.g. check-in and check-out at the reception very transactional; not a warm welcome and at the check-out nothing like thank you for staying with us or we hope you enjoyed your stay, we look forward to seeing you again). There's definitely room for improvement in this area .

Nice place, super cramped outside areas though

Nice budget hotel which has been freshly decorated recently. Food buffet is decent and closeness to back is great. My only gripe, which means I won’t be returning, is the outside space is so small that people are packed in like sardines when sunbathing. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. We ended paying to upgrade to Royal Elite as there’s a separate area to sunbath but even that is fairly packed. If you like space when relaxing, my advice is find another place. If it doesn’t bother you, then this place is great for a budget stay.

I loved how close it was to the beach. The food was really good. The wi-fi in the rooms could be hit and miss.
Very quiet area, unless you are at the back of the hotel near the entrance. Lots of reverse parking beepers due to drop offs and pick ups. The hotel seemed very popular. Not as noisy with patio door shut. Really enjoyed our stay.

This was my second stay at a Sandos hotel with the other one being in Lanzarote, both were excellent.
Great location in the cove with a nice clean sandy beach.
Hotel was clean with the service being good.
Only watch out is quite a few steps to the pool and beach.
Big shout out to Danny who is part of the entertainment team.

THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. DONT STAY HERE. First of all this is a 2 star hotel at best. Let’s start with the rooms. They are tiny. The towels are so cheap feeling they don’t even dry you. The pillows are terrible. There’s one type of soap in the shower and it’s disgusting so if you do stay here bring soap. They charge so much for the lowest quality service and experience. ALSO! DONT LEAVE STUFF IN LUGGAGE ROOM! Two pairs of my shoes were stolen from there and the staff didn’t help to find it, didn’t seem to care, and I suspect they were the ones who took it. They have no security for the luggage room when so many valuables are left there. The food here is disgusting and place is overall gross. Adults only place but there’s a 11pm bedtime in Ibiza. Joke of a place. 0/10. Stay anywhere else. You will find better for a better price. Ew I’m honestly disgusted.

It was terrible. I am so disappointed about it, I don’t recommend it to young people especially. The only only good thing was the Chef Cheikh and Mister Saleck that made our trip better by taking good care of us by their professionalism and their welcoming attitude. The other staffs were rude and not friendly. The room that we had was terrible extremely small (not like the pictures) but it was cleaned regularly. The room really shocked us. The place of the hotel is really far from everything we had to rent a car because we didnt wan’t to stay too much at the hotel because it’s too small and we were not comfortable from the looks of other clients : since we were young and different than the other clients (we were not white). I’m so disappointed I was not expecting this experience. Also, the food was not good and not adjustable to everybody.

Not bad for a brief beach stay

We chose this hotel due primarily to the proximity and look of the beach, which we didn't realise was a public beach! However, we managed to get a swim in in the earlier mornings before it got too busy. The rooms themselves were very average, quite small and not super comfortable. Food-pretty decent and lots of variety. The highlight of the stay really was the excellent service and advice provided by Emma at the front desk. She was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. She is a credit to the staff!

This is not a 4* hotel. It’s a no-frills place. Reminded me of a nice prison.
As many others have pointed out, you’ll be disappointed if you expect it to live up to usual 4* standards. There are no little extras to make you feel special or chic, not even a smile or glass of water on arrival. It’s run on very thin margins and only suitable if your sole motivation is to get drunk all day and eat piles of processed food.

Air Conditioning didn’t work so impossible to sleep; there’s no toiletries beyond a bar of soap; cheap teabags, food so awful and artificial that we saw people spit it into their napkins; the pool is overcrowded and looks like a car park; the interior design looks like it was designed by a Russian stripper.

I would never stay at any another Sandos resort. Clearly they don’t know about hospitality and just want to run their hotels as low cost ad possible. It felt it.

Lovely stay at this very good hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially Emma (a British woman on the front desk). She was so helpful, kind and attentive and even noticed it was my partners birthday and provided a complementary bottle of champagne to celebrate.

The hotel is clean and facilities good. The food is what you’d expect from a hotel buffet but generally not bad.

Only downside is that parking on site is a little limited. There is a second car park which you can get a key to access, but limited spaces there too.

We had a pleasant stay at the Sandos El Greco and would stay again!

Portinatx itself is a lovely little town with some good restaurants and a quieter relaxed vibe that other larger towns on Ibiza. Was a good stay all in all!

Nice hotel inside & out with a good location close to the beach. Went for an all inclusive package & wasn’t disappointed with the food within the restaurant, decent quality & variation. The food from the outside snack bar wasn’t so good.
Most of the staff within the hotel were very friendly.
The cleaning within my room could & should have been more thorough, although it was attended to each day there was always other people’s hairs deposited on the floor which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
Overall i’d rate the hotel & would recommend to others.

The property was situated in a beautiful location.

When you enter the hotel there is no air conditioning in the lobby and corridors.

The superior room is moe like a standard room and for the first few days the coffee sachets that we used were not replaced.It does state in the website that the mini fridge is replenished on a daily basis that is not the case.This only applies to the Elite rooms.

The bathroom tap in the room that we had was moving and was not stable.This also applies to the wash rooms outside as you go through to the pool.

I had requested an extension to the stay and was told that I had to pay €35.00.I have never had to do this before.
In general the food was not good .
The website states and the brochure shows snacks as finger sandwiches and mini cakes.That is not the case as all you got was crisps and biscuits in individual packets normally given to with a cup of coffee/tea in a cafe.

Great stay. Friendly staff. Views from a la carte restaurant were lovely. Food was superb. One minor catch was you have to pay €30 per person for the 4 course restaurant if you don't stay for more than 5 nights (not a big issue though). The water park was included in the all inclusive experience. Highly recommend this if you don't mind the steps down to the pool and the beach (about 25 steps)

Lovely and relaxing, but plenty to do with the hotel entertainment staff. Jenga, pool, crazy waterslides, yoga, walks, water aerobics.. whatever your age (16+) lots to enjoy. Food and drink, very good. Staff, fabulous. Nice to go to the beach (warm sun trap). €7 sunbed hire, but worth it. Rooms VERY clean, every day. Shame the swiming pool isn't heated, as being October.. the weather was nice (avaraged 24 degrees) , but water the water felt very cold.

The 'All Inclusive' at this location is notably different than what we're accustomed to as repeat visitors to many areas including Mexico / Carribean / Don Rep which offer AI

Drinks are self serve/no service to pool seat or beach area - you must to to bar and they have large punch bowls served with a pre made mix- that after some time is watered down and became a 'dead' drink

One dispenser with soap that's meant to be all I one- body was/shampoo/ conditioner : this threw us off and for what considers itself a '4 star' resort they should have shampoo and separate conditioner since we are going to have dry hair with the many visits to the pool and ocean

The service- most staff were willing and happy to help, some responded as if we were bothering them when we asked for service such as lotion for the room because it wasn't replenished
No ironing board in room - have to borrow and then return
No safe access in room unless you pay 3 euros per day for the key

The beach- public and so many locals and kiddos full it up by 11am so get up early because if not by this time the pool beds are all taken by yellow towels too

The food:
Lots of bland food- interestingly enough they have ingedriendts to give flavor to the foods but they don't utilize it - such as garlic salt and pepper when they grill meat

Some of the staff were very rude, we were made to feel unwelcome. The rooms were not cleaned properly, we had to ask for new soap and shampoo each time after cleaning which was a huge inconvenience. No irons in the room, you have to borrow it from the front desk. Very very limited parking at the hotel, you have to use the public lot 10 min walk away. Overall very disappointing.

I have been to several all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Central America so this was quite different. The property was definitely beautiful but it didn’t quite feel as welcoming. There were times where there was no available food during closing times between breakfast and lunch and after dinner. I was surprised at the lack of late night entertainment for an Adults-only resort.

Def more like 3 Star Hotel. More for older couples and families. The pool closes daily at 7pm and you must pay for the beach chairs, umbrella - not technically a beachfront hotel. The food and drinks were yummy. The rooms are dated. The shower and bathroom is nice with sink. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again but it’s cheap. About $40 can ride from airport and we went into the city twice $50 each way.

Good Location - peaceful

Very nice part of the island and very scenic with pines forests back drops. Nice walk to other coves and the light house and turret made a good 5 mile walk.

Hotel very nice and even though we were there for the last week of the hotel closing the staff still had energy and smiles.

Hotel was a good standard. If we had anything we would change it would be the restaurant. Sometimes noisy as they cleared away plates etc in the main area and then wheeled them away would have been nicer if this was done away from the tables. The food was not always hot and the heat warmers may not be up to it. Also the hot food griddle didn't need to cook the food and stack it up as it wasn't busy enough and could have been cooked to order.

A few lights in the trees would have made it more pleasant but apart from that a very nice holiday.

Enjoyed the flumes and no children!

Excellent staff and nice facilities, only thing is the bar area is nice and big but has only one TV set, also they should have music in the bar and the pool areas, playing a little bit louder. We noticed people stopping for a drink and leaving quite too soon, like there was nothing going on to keep them entertained.

A lovely hotel close to the beautiful beach.

A lovely hotel although the pool area was always packed and a bit claustrophobic but having stayed here before we chose to stay again due the close proximity to the beach, even though the beds and parasols on the beach are very expensive.
The hotel provide beach towels that can be changed daily.

The buffet restaurant was good with a good variety available, although a little bland but that's to be expected when having to cater for so many people. The a la carte restaurant was great, lovely food with an attentive maitre d.

The evening entertainment that was put on wasn't great with the exception of the two lads who were always around for the daily activities were great, they worked hard to include everyone, they were really friendly and very funny.

The staff overall were polite, friendly and welcoming, the Manager was particularly good. The two lovely ladies in the Wellness Centre were really friendly. The massage was great!

The rooms have had a refurb. and were much better than our previous stay, We had a superior room which had a queen sized bed, not the usual 2 singles pushed together. It would have been good if there was no charge for the room safe though.

The overall look and feel of the hotel is bright, modern and very clean. The hotel benefits from now being adults only.
We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and is located right by the beach. The foods was very good and the staff also nice. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel.
Couple donwsides: (1) You could hear everything from one rooom to the next. We could hear when the personnel was doing the cleaning upstairs and were moving the furniture around.
(2) There are not sufficient parking spaces. If you don't find a space by the hotel you must go to the maid road park there and walk back.
(3) Also, the first two nights we had a room where the badroom was not working properly and some bad odor came out. After we asked them to look at it twice we were moved to another room which was really nice :)

Lovely Hotel - very close to the beach

It was a very good hotel, just refurbished so great condition.
Room was comfortable and very clean - air conditioned, only point I'd make is it was set at 18 degrees and you couldn't make it go any cooler. TV with quite a few English channels.
Good entertainment - varied every night.
Great food, pleasant staff. Pool bar and pool snacks - so you do not go hungry!
Would recommend a stay here!

Portinax is a gorgeous location. The beach just outside the hotel is amazing. Tropical clear blue waters and soft white sand, views fantastic from pool & restaurant.
Room modern and clean we had a large balcony and very slight sea view! Balcony doors could do with looking at though as not that secure.
The food was fab loads of choice good pizzas, fresh fish and salads. Pancakes at breakfast and a help your self bar!
VERY generous with the alcohol, we had to tell then when to stop pouring! We also really liked the already mixed cocktails in big bowls when we came in from the pool - nice touch. Aperol spritz 👌🏼 And the pink fizz soo good, slush puppies with rum 😋. The only niggle was that the all inclusive finishes at 11 when we wanted to keep going until 12 when the entertainment finished. However Vincent's bar across the bay allowed us to continue until late!
Martin and Juan the entertainment guys work so hard and are so enthusiastic (ladies also may enjoy the view from aqua aerobics! 😉)
We caught the aqua bus into San Antonio one day for €9 one way which was lovely.
Note that if you want to be in the thick of it and go out every night in town this probably isn't the place for you (€50-55 taxi to San Antonio/town/airport ) But to relax in a beautiful place with the option of a night out it ticked our boxes.

Nice hotel next to the beach.

We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed most of it. The food is good with varied selection (for an all inclusive hotel).

The pool area is busy with the beds packed in. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. The staff are competent and appear to cater for your needs. The poolside entertainment (run by 2 lads) is good fun and Juan is excellent value for money.

This type of hotel is new to me, never done an all inclusive holiday before and after a few days I needed to get away from it. If you know what you are getting and your expectations are to be in a busy hotel that is well run, but has certain limitations. I would say the hotel, location, food and staff make really good value for money. Now I understand how this type of hotel works, I would visit again.

No way should this hotel be rated 4 star

This hotel is advertised as four star. In my opinion. It really only just makes a three star. The food was dreadful, no selection, overlooked and difficult to decipher the flavours. the staff were certainly not prepared for dealing with the clientele they were looking to attract. The rooms were well furnished, but it was very clear the staff had been used to dealing with a very different level of visitor. If it wen for the glorious weather and lively surroundings. It would have been a disaster.

On checking in we were read the rules as if in a 50's boarding house. We had to carry our own luggage, and were told we would be charged 20 Euros for each beach towel we didn't return !!!! We have travelled to numerous countries and hotels over the years and this has to rate as one if the worst.

Lovely hotel, close to the beach, a few steps down to the beach, not a problem for us but maybe for older people would be.
Great choice of food for breakfast and lunch, dinner was a very good choice but sometimes a bit bland, we ate out a couple of nights, which is nice to do anyway. Beer and wine on tap in restaurant very good.
Great service from reception and maids, the room was always really well cleaned, a couple of bits not quite finished in the room, but was quickly resolved.

Staff make it work

Still finishing off building works, what has been done 90% is good. Staff very friendly but not a good hotel for people with walking problems as a lot of steps to pool area and more to beach, had family with us who found this very difficult. Need a quiet area in evening as well as entertainment area is too loud to have a conversation. Food good but after 4 days getting repetitive. If you like ai and prefer to be hotel bound go for it...

Had a horrid night in the restaurant. My husband and I took our 3 kids, 8,10 and 1 there. One night there was no tables big enough for us and the staff were very busy. We decided to help and cleared too table and pull them together in the corner out of people's way. My kids and husband went for food. The next thing two restaurant male staff one being the head waiter, without explanation, one grabbed my arms and pulled me away from the table and the other pulled the tables apart but pulled it into my leg leading to bruises and my thigh and red marks on my arms. After a meeting with the hotel director the orangisation every meal time improved. He was present and staff wore ear pieces to communicate and make people queue and not table them selves.

Property sits on the side a cliff directly above the beach! Fantastic place for families if you can manage stairs. All inclusive food and drinks available all day but parking area is very small with the overspill parking a good 10 walk away.

Lovely hotel, close to the beach, friendly staff

Wonderful views from the hotel. Very close to the beach, literally about 20 steps. The area is quiet, and family friendly. We travelled with our 11 and 3 year old and they loved it. Felt very safe. The sea is beautifully clear.
The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. I was expecting food not to be all that, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of food every day. The water park was great for the kids although it does look a bit old and tired. Same for the hotel swimming pool. However, this didn't in any way affect our stay and we had a fantastic time. I believe the hotel is changing to a couples only venue, which is a shame as this is a wonderful location for families away from the more popular party locations in the island.
My only observation is around facilities for people in wheelchairs and disabilities. The only way down to the beach from the hotel is through stairs and this can be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Great but it's all change next year.

After a shaky start at check-in with confusion over room (sea view or not) which could have been prevented if the reception staff knew where the room was, the stay turned in to a great one. The town is quiet and pretty, the restaurant and bar staff were helpful and polite. We are not experienced 'all inclusives' and I was a bit nervous about it but it was fine. The food was varied, lots of fresh fish (which I love) and he kids were very happy with the pizza etc every day! The entertainment staff were good fun and the activities were good. The water park was fabulous! This was a perfect 6 day end to our two week break.

People queued very early to put towels on the sun beds which meant by 9.30 beds gone. Water park great although had to start queueing by 10.30 otherwise would not get a bed and umbrella. There really needs to be more bed at the water park and certainly more umbrellas.

All inclusive heaven. The hotel was amazing!!

From the moment we got to the hotel to when we left we totally enjoyed our entire holiday. The staff, especially the entertainment team were great. Our young daughter enjoyed the activities that were on offer and the Mini Disco in the evening has given her loads of confidence. We also had to sterilise baby bottles and fill with fresh, boiled water every day which the bar staff were more than happy to do for us.

The buffet was very extensive at all meal times with loads of choice from salads, fresh fish, meat, fruit and deserts.
Being all inclusive you could get drinks, snacks and ice creams all day.
Our holiday was in September so the hotel was not very busy at meal times or around the pool, but this could be very different in school holiday times.
Rooms were clean, well maintained and had all that we needed for a great holiday.
Overall a great hotel with lovely staff that were very helpful all the time.

Good location for beach shops bars and water park.

Pros: The hotel is fantastic, from the minute we arrived until we left we were made to feel so welcome and ALL staff worked so hard all the time and were always happy and helpful. Pool and waterpark are fantastic for kids and adults. The entertainment team were putting on activities for all ages. Food was of very good standard, its buffet service which is run at 3 set times during the day. Free Wi-Fi managed to get it almost everywhere speed is not great but you can surf the net, TV in room with a few English channels but to be honest didn’t travel to Ibiza to watch TV. Fantastic beach right next to hotel beautiful and great place to relax. Town is lovely and had everything you need. Night time entertainment will not be for everyone but very entertaining and the team really work hard as they start around 10am and are still on the go at 11pm. Bar and catering staff are helpful efficient and deserve a mention. Rooms are cleaned every day and are spotless, so if you like a lay in expect a knock at the door in the morning.
Cons: None of the hotel but the Brits are getting like the Germans, 7am rush to reserve a Sun bed which they don’t end up using till late afternoon. It’s selfish and unnecessary to avoid this we spent most of the time at the water park, which doesn’t suffer with the sun bed problem.

Great place kids loved it and we will definitely go back sometime in the future.

Myself, wife and two boys stayed here end of May for the half term. Great 3 star hotel fsntastic food very helpful and friendly staff. A lot of stairs but didn't bother us. It gets very busy at meal times to the point that people were queuing for tables. Entertainment area isn't big enough when it's busy. Would recommend to others

A very good Hotel

My wife, 2 year old son and I stayed in the Marconfort El Greco Hotel in mid May 2015 and were very happy with the hotel overall. The hotel was very clean and friendly and our room (317) was at one end of the hotel and about as far away from the pool and entertainment as you could get. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was good and we also had a good wifi signal.The hotel itself was very nice and right on the beach. There are about 40 steps to go down to get to the beach but they are not steep and we managed with a pushchair and a large bag. The beach is lovely. The water was crystal clear and the fish really do swim right up to you.The food there was good. It is a little repetitive but there is a decent selection. The drinks were good as well. You had the choice of a selection of fizzy soft drinks, teas, coffees, milk, water, beer, white and red wine and sangria. The hotel is very much for families and older couples. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. We hired a car and the drive was fine. There isn’t much parking at all outside the hotel but there is a free car park on the other side of the beach about a 5 minute walk away. There were a couple of negatives. The water for our bath came out a little brown. The hairdryer kept cutting out in our room and if you’re a very fussy eater then you might have a problem.
Overall I would certainly go back. Our son keeps asking to go back on holiday and go back to the hotel, so he certainly liked it there.

Perfect for young families, just needs a few improvements

Overall this is a great place to stay, especially for families. The waterslides, pool and beach are all brilliant, the food is very good, clean rooms, friendly staff, etc. To make it even better could include, wifi in rooms, free safe in room, longer opening hours for pool/waterslides, printer available to guests. Would recommend and happily return.

It's all about the waterslides and the beach

No-frills all-inclusive. Local drinks served in small plastic cups to make you re-queue to re-fill. Food was high quality and plentiful and we enjoyed the buffet meals. The dining room was well run, but meals became a task, herded to schedule 3 times a day. Pool/surround is overcrowded – not enough space or shade. On-site waterpark was really good for ages 6-14. We spent most days there, followed by the on-site beach in late-afternoons for paid cocktails in a local bar. Beach seemed safe, clean, compact, not overcrowded, with warm, calm sea in the bay. Bars/restaurants seemed fairly empty, probably as hotels in the bay are now All-Inclusive and killed off trade. Entertainment was awful. The horror show was the worst but we sat through it as we'd managed to secure a table. Many kids shined their “lookie-lookie man” red lasers at acts and parents allowed it. The room was very small and dated, but cleaned daily. No fridge/mini bar. 14\" CRT TV - pointless. Aircon/hot shower was good. Wifi limited to the lobby and people swamped it, so too slow skype. OVERALL, we enjoyed our stay there but won’t rush back. However, last year we stayed at the Ibiza Cala Pada all-inclusive and felt the same for different reasons (Cala Pada had better food, drink, dining experience, better swimming pools with better sunbeds, shade and space; a better family bedroom with fridge and hob; but the locale was not as nice, and the hotel signage, entertainment/hotel staff read/spoke only Spanish/German).

Fantastic Hotel excellent location

I'll start with the bad points, a little painting required around pool and water park areas and .......... well that's it really.

The hotel is fantastic, from the minute we arrived until we left we were made to feel so welcome and ALL staff worked so hard all the time and were always happy and helpful. Pool and water park are fantastic for kids and adults and animation team were putting on activities for all to get involved. Food was of excellent standards and plenty of it. Fantastic beach right next to hotel with only issue being jelly fish on a couple of days. But beautiful and great place to relax. Town is lovely and had everything you need. Night entertainment will not be for everyone but very entertaining and the team really work hard as they start around 10am and are still on the go at midnight.

Great place and definitely will go back sometime in the future. Just beware if you do get to know the animation team a little, they will pull you on stage for games and you will embarrass yourself. But that is a part of being on holiday so i say embrace and enjoy.

The hotel was great not luxurious but this was made up for in cleaniless, good food and the fantastic location. The size of the hotel and the water park facility made it perfect for us with our 10 year old - offering both relaxation and entertainment. Great beach - good fun on the pedalo's and sun shine - who could ask for more! I will be recommending the hotel to others and if possible would like to return another time.

Too big a hotel, not to be visited at peak times

Yes we visited in August which we all know is the school holidays, but the public places for this hotel are not adequate enough to cater for the masses. The hotel itself was clean and staff friendly. Our room had two large double beds in it and was more than adequate for 3 people. The food at all three meal times was excellent. Lots of variety and the show cooking dishes in the evening were of a good quality. However the dining room is not big enough for the amount of guests and the tables are far too close together. Buffet style is always a commotion and in the height of school holidays at times hazardous. So many people milling around carrying plates of food and drinks was not the most relaxing of experiences. The pool area is diabolical. Pool far too small for the hotel, sunbeds crammed in and on the actual pool deck no cushions either, so one very bad back after a week's stay. The pool became a plunge pool due to the amount of inflatables allowed in the pool at one time. Not a good experience at all. My tip is buy a 5€ lilo and go to the beach, find the trees by the pathway at the back of the beach and lay there. Can move between sun and shade and your lilo lasts you all holiday otherwise it's 5€ a day for a sunbed and another 5€ for an umbrella. Beach much better than the pool. Bar area of an evening hideously noisy due to very low ceilings and nowhere to have quiet drink outside rather than one small stretch of terrace.

Great holiday!

We had a lovely stay in this hotel: food was excellent and varied, staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms comfortable - the only complain is that on the day of the departure the cleaning lady came in several times before the 12 o'clock departure time to check if we were gone. (TVs also need to be upgraded or have at least remote controls available)
The water park is a plus especially for families with kids and it is never too crowded because it is solely for El Greco hotel.
We would definitely consider coming back in the future. Thank you El Greco and the lovely staff!!!

OK hotel, crowded. Pools not great for age 5 - 7.

We were there in the May half term and it was very crowded. The hotel is clean, staff efficient, location superb, but with about 1000 people bustling through the restaurant and in the public areas it's not very relaxing. The food itself was very good considering the numbers they were catering for, and the all-inclusive package is good value.
The other thing we found was that the pool is 130cm deep apart from in the 'baby' area, which was too deep for our 6 year old to touch the bottom, so we hardly used the pool, also very crowded. This place looked good for slightly older/braver kids who can use the water park.

Excellent 3star all inclusive hotel with good service and entertaining programme.
The bicycles were in bad condition. After service from their mechanic, 2 out of 8 bikes 'useable'.
We checked in at 14.00 and the day when we left, we could use the all inclusive till the moment we left Portinatx by bus.
The hotel is visited / orientated to families with young kids.
The foodbuffet contains a large number of items, the quality is ok, but flat taste (propably nice for small kids). Unlimited drinks - big choice (soft + alcohol from 'fake'-brands) - Was the alcoholpercentage so low in the drinks or didn't we feel any alcohol because of the foodbuffet?

Perfect Family Hotel

I stayed here for a few nights with my Husband, friend and her young son. We arrived the first day of the season, and it was lovely and quiet the first few days. Everything was immaculately clean and in good repair. The food in the restaurant was varied from the usual fried foods and chips to varied salads and healthy options. We were impressed by the fresh melon at lunch and dinner time. There were rarely queues at the bar and we were able to collect drinks for one another once staff got to know us. The coffee in the restaurant is pretty grim but really good barrista style at the bar. The beach is so close and the town itself hosts lots of pretty bays and quiet nooks to escape to. The pool was small but clean. When the hotel got busier after a few days it did seem cramped and the food standard seemed to slip to more oily and less appealing. The pizzas are great though. We did have enough of the place and opted to stay at a friends villa in San An after the hotel got full, but maybe that's just because we were spoilt when it was more quiet as that suited us better. The entertainment team are lovely and the evening entertainment was a little lacklustre but pleasant enough, This is a great family hotel and one of the best all inclusives we had all ever stayed at.
