This hotel is surprisingly big and well-equipped with the necessary things for a comfortable stay.
The staff was very polite and helpful with food recommendations.

370號房間窗邊有二台大型冷氣主機，機台運作的時候非常吵，吵得睡不著，跟櫃檯反應，得到的回覆是，這個房間剛好有放置冷氣主機，每個人對於噪音的容忍度不一樣，因為客房全部客滿無法處理，令人失望。建議在銷售這個客房的時候提醒顧客這個房間有這個冷氣吵雜的聲音，以免又害更多的旅客失眠。

整體感是很舒適的，因為一年來一次北港遊玩，固定都住在朝聖酒店，理由朝天宮近也離老街小吃非常近，非常喜歡住宿的環境；這一次住宿有個缺點，浴室花灑爆出水就連浴缸放水也是如此，馬桶垃圾桶附近有些屑屑，不知道是什麼東西，再來馬桶不知是不是沒有加強清潔，整個有點髒，還望加強改進！
