整體乾淨整潔，但費用跟居住品質CP不高（例如沒有附早餐，但收費偏高）。但停車場的位置很大很好停。

一門有AB二室，這次住的是有窗戶的，房間很大還有大陽台，冰箱也足夠冷，雖然沒早餐服務，但早上去朝天宮拜拜附近吃的很方便。

因爲媽祖廟很近所以很早很早就會有進香團之類的，鞭炮聲很吵，淺眠的人要斟酌一下，這是朋友的意見，再來因爲裝潢都是走明管，我在半夜被水管裡的水聲吵醒，真的很大聲，缺點大概就這樣，但是離媽祖廟是非常的近，停車也很方便
