Unable to turn the fan off in the bathroom all night, comfy bed and room, nice breakfast. I feel that the website needs to be updated to reflect that food is not available 24/7. The kitchen closed as we arrived but website stated a small menu that was available all day.

Simple, but reasonably priced rooms. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was quiet with a balcony to the back garden. The area around the hotel is busy with traffic, and lots of ambulances were passing with sirens going. However, you don't hear anything when you close your balcony door.
I used the hotel before and would use it again.

The room was clean and pretty good size. The bathroom is small, but functional. The hotel surroundings look pretty beaten up and shady. But the main problem was that the AC was not working. Supponsingly it just broke, but the standard printed sign in the elevator about the AC problem did not look like a tempory sign.

The staff were friendly and helpful when our AC did not work. The room was clean but had dark decor and the lights generated A LOT of heat which made the room temperature very uncomfortable. The amenities were limited, no tissues or wash cloths were provided. But the lobby was a nice place to visit with friends late at night, parking was always easy, and the bar was decent. A clean and inexpensive option for those who want to stay outside the busy city center and relatively close to the airport.

Property was substandard, room was noisy with a dripping toilet and the shower mixer not functioning properly.

Kids running up and down the corridor, screaming, knocking doors at 10pm, I complained and it was dealt with poorly and kids at it again until 11pm.

Breakfast was atrocious, I arrived at 0900 to breakfast to find most of it gone, even the cutlery with a sign pointing out how much waste they had the day before, so I'm guessing their strategy for this was to not replenish anything. I had 2 small sausages, beans and a croissant and just a fork for it all.

I would rate the hotels rather expensive for what it has to offer. And when the customer service is poor, I would say that the hotel should be avoided. My first room had a powerful sewage smell when it was claimed, the receptionist said that he knew about the problem, but he forgot about it and provided me with such a room... I received eventually another room, where let's say everything was fine. I will stay away from this hotel next time.

Midnight until 3am. No sleep. Second floor group on teenagers arrived late evening . Shouting and slamming doors, partying all nite. No one dealt with it , asked several times to keep noise down nothing changed left hotel at 3.30am. Disgraceful

Not the first time that I stay in the hotel, when I have an early flight always choose this hotel, it's close to airport, great location, next to the public transport (metro, bus, tram, airport bus), next to a shopping mall. Room is standard Ibis room with a balcony, bed was comfortable.
This time I tried a hamburger from the bar, it was very yummy. Friendly and helpful staff as always.

I never stayed in a hotel where the carpet was so dirty, there were stains all over, some were brown. There was visible dirt on the carpet, clearly they dont hoover often. We found a massive spider web under one of the tables, the curtains were dirty and old. To top it off there was blood on the bed sheets one day when they were changed. Overall the room was dirty, smelly and uncomfortable, the air con didnt really work and it was very warm. We had a 1 year old child with us and they didnt provide a travel cot even though they show one in their pictures

Stayed one night after an afternoon flight before driving to Slovakia the next day. Handy for this type of trip and close to the airport. Parking outside the hotel was free at weekends so we could park even closer than the hotel's paid car park for free, but this would be trickier in the week. Room was ok, but a bit tired especially the bathroom. The air conditioning didn't work so we had to have the balcony door open all night, which made it noisy as the road outside is busy. The metro station is right outside and lots of buses, including to the airport, and the trams stopped outside. The metro station was closed but it was still easy to get a bus into town in the evening. Overall, not luxury or in the heart of the city, but fine for an overnight stay close to the airport.

Front desk people didn't speak much English
and not friendly. Used to have big shopping center within walking distance which was a huge plus for last minute stuff prior to trip. Now it's closed. Also metro station is closed and undergoing renovation I believe. I been staying at this low budget hotel for the past 10yrs. Mostly due to proximity to the airporter and easy access to the metro station to visit the center. From now on I will either stay downtown or closer to the aiport depending on how much time I have to spend in Budapest.

Hotel too far from city centre however metro which runs every 5 mins is 2 mins walk from hotel and takes approx 35 mins to city..Perfect hotel if all you are looking for is somewhere to sleep,drinks at bar a bit pricey but this was typical of Budapest in general

Great Value for travelers focused on city not room

It was a great mid-price hotel. In my experience the Aero hotels are focused on people who aren’t focused so much on their room as much as they are the city they’re in. I needed a comfortable, clean, safe room, which is exactly what I got, plus a balcony. I’d almost call my room comfortable utilitarian. They’ve done away with a bunch of the extras you’ll find in the hotels where people want to stay in them a fair amount as part of their trip. There’s no lotion and mini soap (liquid soap on the sink and in the shower,) no washcloths (though plenty of towels,) no room service (but a restaurant in the lobby where you can call in your order and bring it up to your room,) no folding suitcase (instead a great little bench near the door that works great,) and no alarm clock (who needs one anyway - my iPhone has replaced my alarm clock at home too.) I spent most of my time away from this room. I had business in Budapest and then spent the rest of my time in the streets exploring that wonderful city. And my room was great to come back to. My only complaint is that there are insufficient outlets to charge my electronics. I only found one tucked under the desk. But other than that, this room was exactly what I needed and at a great price for what I got. The only other thing to mention are the great front desk folk who were informative, helpful, and unfailingly friendly.

The location was not really nice, not a place to go strolling around (though there is a shopping mall nearby and a commute point). The room was very smelly from low quality cleaning products it seemed - disturbing. The building was a little rundown on the outside. And though it seemed like there was an open parking area in front of the door it turned out not to be the hotel's parking and we got a fine along with other cars around us that made the same mistake. This could have been better signaled or indicated by the reception.

Worth the price

The room was brilliant. The beds were comfy, the tv had lots of channels with 5 English programms, small but decent amount of wardrobe space, very good shower, lots of hot water, lovely balcony facing the main roads. It is noisy when the door is open but when shut you cant hear a thing.

The only negative was there was a burn mark on the desk which they tried to hide with the telephone.

An der Badewanne bei den Silikonfugen hat sich schon etwas Schimmel gebildet. Da ist leider mit der Zeit unvermeidlich. Das lässt sich aber mit einer neuen Silikonfuge leicht beheben. Ansonsten sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Budapest werde ich ganz bestimmt dieses Hotel wieder wählen. Danke,ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

An der Rezeption wurden wir gar nicht richtig begrüßt. Es kamen nur Fragen und wir gaben Antworten.
Das Zimmer von dem Bad bis auf den Bett waren überall schwarze Haare.
Die Unterkunft ist schon älter und braucht Erneuerung.
