The property was clean and spacious and perfect for my needs. Its about a 20 min walk into the main center and close to shops etc. My only negatives are the shower head is far too low, came up to my neck so had to squat down to shower. Also couldn't get any of the cable channels to work.

I loved the area and the staff. For the most part the apartment tenants were great, minus a few bad weekend visitors. The house keeping was as promised and you are right where you want to be. Will utilize in the future given the opportunity to return.

What a perfect apartment for our holiday! Big and spacious by European standards. Clean and bright. Only 15-20 min walk from the downtown core. Few minutes walk from the mall which has a grocery store in it. Perfect fit sticking up the kitchen. The maid came to clean twice which was a nice surprise, as other aparthotels I’ve booked had no maid service. The shower is a little aggressive so it took a day or two to figure out how to not flood the bathroom- minor detail. The staff were lovely and helpful when we struggled the first day figuring out the prox key system. Would definitely recommend this place!

It’s an apartment building on a slum street with urine smell and feces here and there. There is no reception desk. A manager is on the property for certain hours and there is nobody you can talk to if you need something. No contact information was provided whatsoever. The room was Ok, but nothing to get exited about. The rugs in the room were old and not cleaned properly. Very depressing experience.

Home away from home.

Prince Apartments were great. The rooms were large and very warm and comfortable. It had all the things we needed including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. A short walk to the metro straight into town in one direction and the same in another direction to the bus. A large shopping centre is only 2 blocks away. The underground parking was secure and convenient. We felt very at home here.

Staff were excellent. Room basic, when using shower water leaks onto bathroom floor despite being very careful. Ask for extra bath rug. Kitchen not very well equipped but adequate. Noisy at night. Lots of party people returning from 1 am to 5 am hours. We were right over the front door. Friend staying facing back noticed more the early morning construction noise. Excellent value and very helpful staff.

The accomadation was just 5 minutes from a tram stop which meant access to city centre was quick and easy! The staff were helpful and prompt answering my many email enquiries! Would recommend to anyone lookiing to travel on a budget as the accomadation was excellent value for money.

Good choice for family of five

It's hard to find a reasonable room for 5 in Europe, so I was happy with this apartment that slept 5. The staff was helpful and we went during a heat wave so we were very happy there was air conditioning (in main area only, but there was also a fan that we could blow cool air into the bedroom). The area was very convenient to public transportation and a mall. There was one small street that was very dark at night and sometimes had some sketchy characters (although thankfully I didn't see them after dark) inbetween the apartment and the very nice mall (with a grocery store on bottom level). It was nice to have a kitchen and large refrigerator. The main bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was not (as they usually aren't) and the small bed was a little hard. Also, there was only one key, which made it difficult to split our group up--so the teens were a little sad that they couldn't easily go out by themselves. But overall we had a very good experience.

Front desk staff was very nice. Very warm in the apartment even with AC on. Pillows on bed were old and dirty. Probably would have been nice to have a sheet on the bed in addition to comforter. Probably what you should expect for the price though.

All in all the prince apartments were a good choice. It was clean and situated close to central budapest. 15 minuites on foot but also served well by public transport. We booked a 1 bed apartment for 2 to 3 people and as such we were expecting a living area with seperate bedroom. Our apartment had a a total of 5 single beds, 3 in the living area and 2 in the bedroom. As there was no sofa or soft seating in the living area we ended up using 2 of the beds. The bedroom went unused. So we could have saved some money and booked a studio if we had known. Otherwise this was a great, well priced place to stay for a short trip in budapest.

Well let me start by saying I normally stay in top hotels but thought I would cut down on expense as I was not going to be in the rm much. After a late flight I took a taxi to the apartments so it was probably 12.30 ish when I arrived it was very dark and the low level
Street lighting did not make things easy as I could not work out how to get in but luckily somebody had ordered a pizza and I was in !!! But where do I go from here ? Took the lift to each floor and basically stumbled on reception as it was the only floor that was lit
The guy that was there was okay but not overly welcoming and passed me a key with a fob on so up to the fift floor I proceed get out to total darkness so out comes my phone light and it's running out of charge made it to the room and noticed outside every door ther is a light switch and buzzer opening the doorways a bit weird as it seemed the lock just turned and turned but after a couple of minutes I'm in.pleasently surprised as the room was clean and bright with a small kitchen with coffee making facilities and a fridge tv and DVD also in the room with a clean looking bed (2 beds pushed together) it was always lovely and warm and must have underfloorheating put my bag down and of I go out to explore to be fair outside looks a little intimidating as it's so quiet but after a a day it was probably one of the safest places I have visited and all seemed friendly . All the staff were fine and even the gentleman I first met was okay .

The hotel is in apartment block with other apartment hotels. The city centre is in walking distance away and bars are nearby as well as other partying guests. Therefore it might be loud during the night. Overall good place to stay and street parking is free during the weekend.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The bed was super comfy, the suite was much bigger than anticipated, the view took in rooftops and the church, there were many restaurants and cafes nearby, airport shuttle available for booking and friendly staff.

The whole stay in Prince Apartments was great. The staff was very kind, the girl explained us everything about Budapest and gave us basic directions about the attractions in Budapest.
The room was very clean, comfort, with all the needed amenities for the stay. There was also a hairdrier, iron, coffe mashine, washing mashine... etc. The room was very quiet. Also, the room was very warm 24/7.
Everything was great, we are warmly recommending it.

Loved our spacious apartment in the city centre. Full kitchen was perfect for our breakfast and a late take-out dinner. Although you could cook your own meal. Don't arrive past 10:00 pm on a weekday, as the office is closed. They are open 24 hours on the weekend. Garage available for 10 euros extra to protect our rental car. Easy walk to metro or you can take a long walk into city centre. 5-minute walk to huge and fun Great Market Hall near the river.

It was difficult to find initially, there wasn't a lot of signage. The hotel is updated, but many astound it are not.
The room was comfortable and in a good part of the city. Easy to walk to all the attractions, plus near many major transit routes. The internet was down for half the time in Budapest, through no part of the Prince hotels. We were awoken everyday by people in the courtyard. Which could have been solved if we had the remote for the AC.

Apartments were spacious, apartment was clean but the entrance to the facility had containers of garbage that both overflowed and stunk for the whole duration of our stay ( 2 nights). As well one of the two elevators was completely out of service and the second one didn't work one night. The first impression wasn't good which is unfortunate because the rooms were quite nice.

Overall the apartment was ok (7/10). Very nice bed, very clean and walkable, around 15 mins to city centre by walk. However, our view from the window wasn't very nice and we could find only one channel on TV. Also, bear in mind that if you arrive after 22:00, you need to let hotel's staff know about this, because they work only till 22:00. If you come after 22:00 you have to call them and wait while they can come and give you a key. There is no mention about that in the description.
Another thing is easy go from airport to hotel by public transport (firstly: bus 200E, secondly: metro M3).

Very nice apartment with affordable price

The apartment was very clean and nice, but fairly small. It was ok for us, two adults and two children.
The apartment is located at somewhat scary neighborhood, but the apartment building itself looks brand new. There are pretty good restaurants up the street. I totally recommend Prince Apartment to Budapest visitors.

Prince apartments offer value and style that is second to none . They are so central , quiet , very well equipped and extremely clean and new . They are secure and spacious too . The staff , especially Dori and Georgina could not have done more to make my stay better . Helpful , friendly , mannerly and fluent in many languages ,they make everyone feel at home. Really comfortable if you're staying with friends or family. Kitchenette came handy as it was fully equipped. Neighbourhood is not the best since that part of Budapest looks a bit dilapidated but it felt safe anyway.

Really clean, modern apartments. Really spacious, all amendments you could possibly need. Only slight downside was beds were a bit too soft i.e not much support for back. But overall would highly recommend. Great wifi, Fru at the desk was very welcoming and friendly. Located easily to metro, tram stop around the corner, Corvin plaza for shopping and food.

Located in a good area for all facilities; shopping (Corvin Plaza with a Prima supermarket is 5 minutes walk) transport and within walking distance of the inner city for restaurants and anything else you are likely to need). I stayed here in a one bedroom studio for 9 nights. It's clean, modern and comfortable with a fridge/freezer, cooking facilities, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and with tea and coffee provided. The apartment was also very secure. The bathroom had a washing machine. The shower was good. The only downside is that it can get slightly noisy at night with other guests returning from a (long) night on the town and partying on - The noise seems to reverberate... All in all, I would have to recommend Prince Apartments though and would happily stay there again.

We chose to stay in the Prince apartments because of the price and the central location. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but it's five minutes' walk from the center of town and right on the main tram line. The apartment had everything we needed but nothing more than that - the decorations are very no frills. Our room had no AC but the fan kept us pretty cool at night.

Stay from June 5th to 8th 2016.

The apartment was clean. The staff were very friendly and co-operative. The best seen till now. However there was a major problem with the shower which was not fixed till the last day. The AC was also not working.

Except for this they give free cycles with a deposit of 75 euros (refundable if cycle is returned) and DVD's. Good location as well. May be this room was bad. Would recommend it otherwise.

Very close about 5 minute walk to train station, but not as nice of a neighborhood. Girls at reception got us checked in but not as friendly as other places we went. Very loud at night from younger people staying up late partying on saturday night. Apartment really nice, modern furniture and TV worked well, but couldn't get ac to work.

Great place to stay, ideal location

Prince Apartments are located at an ideal location, with easy access to all types of public transport at your door. Whether you prefer to walk or use public transport, almost all of the sights are easily accessible. I would recommend walking as Budapest's beautiful streets are a joy to take in. The room was in great condition when we arrived, and was also cleaned during our 4 day stay. A spacious studio with comfortable beds, a kitchen and a bathroom, it was the perfect place for a group of friends to stay. Heating was sufficient, and the staff provided clean towels, hand wash, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, pots, plates, glasses and cups for our use. The room also included a television with a variety of channels to enjoy after a tiring day of sightseeing. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accessible 24 hours, providing any advice on Budapest, whether it was about the sights, the tours, transport or travel cards. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Prince Apartments the next time we visit Budapest.

the location is 10min walk form subway which is convenient. Room is clean. you can find Water pot and kitchen things on the ground floor. Staffs are informative. When we check in, the ground floor is very noise, it's more like a hostle,we lived in first floor and it's fairly quite to sleep. Generally, it's nice.

The apartments were excellent. We had a studio for three, that can fit all comfortably. The studio is spotless clean, and the kitchen has all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. They have free filter coffee and tea in the room. The apartment is located 15 minutes away from the Central Hall by walking, but just off a main street that has great links by public transport to the rest of the city in case you decide not to walk. They also have an underground garage and they charge additionally, but well worth it.

A nice appartment in a modern building in centre of Budapest. Good amenities and excellent WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped, apartment has also a washing machine

The street itself has some very run down buildings, it seems that the area is beeing step by step modernised.

Be careful as the reception is couple of buildings from the apartment building. To get a second key took another day.

I stayed 6 nights in the apartment. At the first hours of the morning, there was a big noise caused by a drilling wall with a machine, so it was terrible to listen to it at that hours. Fortunately, it did not continue in the next days. The staff could not make any statement about the noise. However, they were helpful to plan our visit and how to arrive to places with public transport. The room was so small for 3 persons to stay.

Cheap and immaculate!

I stayed here recently (Jan 2016) for three nights during my solo visit to Budapest. The apartment block is located on a very quiet street, but its within 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest Public Transport stops (Corvin Negyed and Harminckettesek tere) both of which have excellent PT links to explore the city. The main street József körút has a number of shops and other business units. Corvin Plaza (shopping mall) is within couple of minutes walk and around it there are a few pubs and cafe (including Starbucks). Just behind Corvin Plaza there is a pedestrianized area full of restaurants and cafes! Great apartment to live in, I rented a studio apartment for myself but could have easily fitted in 2 more people!

Apartments were quite shabby compared to the pictures online but it may just have been the one I was in. Very helpful staff. Others have said the street on which the apartments are located is very dimly lit. Inwould agree with this. Something to bear in mind if you are a solo traveller. Most of Budapest's streets are dimly lit so worth bearing in mind generally.

I actually moved accommodation from these apartments to a hotel after 3 nights. Only because I skept so badly. Unfortunately, there is a lot of noise at night as the walls etc are very thin. There was also a lot of noise outside when I was there (but this may have just been specific to the time I was there). If you are a very light sleeper like me, this may not be the place for you.

Nice Clean Quite Apartment - Check in at 3:00 PM

Room is excellent, very nice, We are a group of 5 peoples and we enjoy it. The Metro is not so far, and there is a big mall nearby.

Just a little Problem that we can only check in at 3:00 PM, we arrived Budapest at 11:00 AM after a long night train and we need to rest so this is really inconvenient since another Hotel normally let you check in at 11:00 AM

Good for the price

Even though the hotel is near the center area, the block where the hotel is located is not the best. But the apartments are really nice, clean, comfortable, and well furnished. You can find everything you might need including washing machine, stove, microwave, water heater, etc. Everything is new and the apts are decorated with great and modern taste. Tram and metro stations are near, so you can get there from the airport or bus station. If what you are looking for is a comfortable space within a reasonable price, this might be the place you are looking for.

Brilliant. No problems here. great apartments, central location, nice friendly staff and shops nearby.
Hotel services and facilities are 5*, and it was very cheap to stay there for 3 nights. I Will definitely go back there again!

Nice room in an okay area of Budapest

The room was a very nice size with good double bed. Shower could have been much better as it quickly flooded the bathroom in seconds. The area in which the hotel is located was convenient only 20 minutes walk away from the city centre and metro links, however, there was a lot of construction which was going on in the building opposite so no chances of a lie in and the room is constantly hot so you cant keep the windows closed to mute the construction.

Nice flat, brand new and very clean.

Nice flat, brand new and very clean. It has everything we needed to stay 3 days. Ideal for a family with 2-3 kids. If staying with friends it might be difficult to decide who sleeps where as the flat has a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed with a double sofa bed in the living room. It's in the walking distance from the tube station and a minute from the tram stop. Would definitely come back here again.

Clean comfortable apartments at a good price

The experience was a great. The literature from the hotel about your booking is informative and useful. On arrival check in was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were also excellent.

A delightful stay!

Myself and 5 friends stayed here for 3 nights. It was so much better than I had imagined! The most friendly staff that I have ever experienced and the most flexible and helpful too! They made this stay an absolute pleasure and I would ALWAYS stay here if I was to visit Budapest again!! The only thing I would ask is (due to 6 girls rushing to get ready!) Have hair-dryers external to the bathroom as well as at least one full length mirror.

Safeguard your valuables! The cleaners steal!

We were having an amazing time until our room was cleaned. The apartments are not cleaned daily. When our apt was cleaned on day 3 of our stay I also found that a small carryall that was sitting on the desk was gone too! The bag had two cell phones and power cords and adapters. We were literally cleaned out!

Great deal.

Great location near metro, shops and sights. Clean, comfortable rooms (although the coffee maker and clothes washer were a little funky). The office staff, especially Sophie, was incredibly helpful and patient with our many questions. Highly recommended.
