I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the behavior of the front desk employee during my stay last night September 22 (unfortunately I don’t recall his name).

Although I had made and fully paid for my reservation through Expedia, the employee initially denied the existence of my booking. Only after my repeated insistence did he finally locate the reservation and provide me with the room. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest.

This is not the first time I have faced such an issue with this same individual—it has already happened to me twice. Furthermore, I have personally heard other guests express similar complaints about him. Such conduct not only causes unnecessary stress for guests but also damages the hotel’s reputation.

I kindly request that the hotel management take appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that future guests do not encounter the same experience.

I was disappointed about putting me with my two kids into one bedroom which has been charged into bigger room after complaining for several times. The new room is for handicap persons since its the only available room in the hotel and the hotel is fully booked. Inside the room there is no enough beds and other stuff to accommodate us like towels, toothbrushes, and liquid soap.

Nice 1 BD suite with many items you might need. The major disadvantage I experienced was with the room service when I ordered my dinner. They tried to charge me extra money because of exchange rate. Although I gave them more than the actual cost, they insisted to charge me more. So I escalated the subject to the management and after investigation the apologized and paid me back the extra money. Moreover, at time of checkout, the lady at the front desk took a record of my credit card details without my permision. So I aloso escalated the subject to the duty manager and she confirmed that it will be deleted.

I ordered three items: Kebba, Sambosa, and checkin beryani. Non of them we liked. The first two items were kind of spoiled. They tatsted and smelled like the were cooked two days ago.

The shower was very small, but acceptable for the rate of money paid. The parking was very poorly designed and if you have a bug SUV like me, it will be difficult to drive. I had to park my car outside under the sun and without survillance.

One major thing to know about the Elite chain -based on my experience- is that they do not use sound proof walls, so becareful with your room selection if you do not like to be near the bars or night clubs.

The hotel is located in a quute nice area, but you will need to drive to go for shopping, restaurants or tourism.

Personally, I do not think I will book again at this hotel.

Hotel is ok, pool is nice, no shade on it or the children's pool though. Room was an apartment, good size, washing machine was broken and no one came to fix it despite several calls to the front desk. Breakfast is poor. Mostly Indian style food and a few not great pastries. Not what you'd expect in a hotel of this nature.

A great find in the Seef area of Bahrain

This typically Bahraini hotel is charming. The reception staff could not be more helpful and the porters smile and help you with every bag. Check in quick and the rooms are huge. The pool area is great and in the evening the Il Giardino restaurant in the garden serves the best Chicken tikka ever!

The hotel was extremely comfortable and clean. Immediately we arrived we felt the warmth, friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always had wave and a smile for us.

The cuisine was superb and beautifully presented. We particularly enjoyed the Lebanese night.

The lady who looked after the bar was amazing and again, like everyone there, so very polite yet friendly and warm.

Everyone who worked at the Elite Seef Residence was amazing and so kind.

Am so glad we chose this hotel. The next time I visit Bahrain I will do my utmost to book into the Elite Seef Residence Hotel. Would recommend the Elite Seef Residence to anyone.

I stayed in a one room residence that came with kitchen and lounge area, there was no view since it was only 4 levels. Staff were very nice though. There was TV in the lounge area but not in the bedroom, it would have been nice if there was a TV in the room. The sound proofing of the rooms was not so good as I could hear children's voices along the corridor and water being flushed of perhaps neighbouring room at night. Otherwise, hotel was situated in a quiet location and is walking distance to Seef Mall and Ritz Calston (beach) and a longer walk to Bahrain Fort if one wants to explore. Downtown Manama is about 10 to 20 mins by teksi.

This was the second time I stayed at the Elite Seef, and We had a wonderful stay. We were kindly l given an upgrade to a lovely suite with fully outfitted kitchen, comfortable and clean bedrooms, sitting area. Staff are very helpful and can't thank enough. Room service food and food at bar not very good and needs a lot of work. But you can cook your own in the kitchen which is great. It's a perfect place to bring the family. Pool area very nice. Thank you Elite Seef Hotel.

I liked: the room, tv, bed, sofas, full kitchen, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

I didn't like: lack of response on special requests, such as blankets and pillows.

Great breakfast and service at breakfast, fresh omelette was a nice thing. Bar was sufficient but too small. Pool was small, kids club was closed for reno, free parking, very smooth check in. All in all 4 star is accurate and price is perfect for that standard.

Great apartment type hotel in Bahrain.

As a family of four we usually look for a two bedroom suite when traveling. The Elite Seef Hotel and Residences was just what we needed for our recent weekend trip to Bahrain. It is very near the main malls and easily accessible from the main roads. The hotel is clean and the furniture is in decent but not luxurious. The pillows were not great and we found the complimentary breakfast was not up to our standards. However we really enjoyed the poolside live entertainment which is every Thursday and Friday night. The poolside BBQ looked inviting but we had already eaten at one of the local restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would do so again in the future.

We booked this hotel because of the apartment style. A downside is the lack of a bathtub. The sink couldn't be shut to create a mini bath for my baby, informed housekeeping who said they'd get someone from maintenance, but no one ever came to fix it.

Absolutely comfortable from check in to check out. The entire team were amazing in their care of the guest.
We wanted an early check in - they said \" Yes \". We looked tired after travel - they gave us enough time to freshen up and still get to an extra breakfast beyond their normal time. Vehicles for travel were made ready instantly. There was a room upgrade too without our asking for it. Room essentials were refilled every day
in abundance. The check out was a cinch. The senior manager himself was present to greet us on arrival, as also at our time of departure. I was almost wondering whether I had been selected for some VIP post without my
knowledge after I left from home. Great Experience overall.

I was in Bahrain for the 2015 Formula 1 race.

I was in Bahrain for the 2015 Formula 1 race. When I checked in I was warmly greeted by the concierge. However, he informed me that my reservations had some how been cancelled. I had my reservation email with me in print and also on my cell. The GM came out and he assured me that everything would be fine. I had originally booked a studio because I was alone and really didn't need anything else. I mentioned that and replied that I would be okay with a smaller room. The GM worked everything out and they put me in a suite!

Later that evening when I went to dinner, the Seef Elite has theme based buffets on the weekend, the GM even was there and he made sure that I was well taken care of. I spent most of my days at the Bahrain International Circuit and came straight back to the hotel for the buffet. The food was great. The room was very nice. I had my own myfi router, but I didn't need it because the wifi was free and fast. The staff was very courteous all of the time. Parking was free and covered in the garage.

There were a couple of malls just a few blocks away. The hotel is in a business district with good access to the major arteries. The rooms were spacious and quiet even though I was on the level of the pool. The hotel looks plain on the outside, but there is an inner courtyard where you'll find the pool and a very beautiful garden with several nooks to relax in seclusion. Great for couples.

Our second visit here, the hotel is currently being renovated. Apartments very well provided and comfortable, big improvement noticed in the pool area, addition of bar, spa and restaurant since our last visit. Staff very friendly and helpful. On arrival the apartment appeared clean but on closer inspection there were some areas that could have been improved on. Also strange smell in the living room which was possibly bad drains or stale cooking smell. Cleaner did try to eradicate this but it did linger for our stay, not present in the bedroom. Only ate breakfast in the restaurant which was good with plenty of choice. Very good value for money and would definitely book again and recommend to friends. Free Wifi and parking were an added bonus.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this Hotel! The first time, I reserved a one bedroom room suite and paid accordingly, while the 2nd time I used a studio room. Nevetheless, the first time, I was given a studio room not knowing how the one bedroom looked like until I used the studio. I wouldn't have mind it, but they intentionally did not mention to me the downgrade while keeping the difference in price. That is not acceptable in any business ethics. anyway, I mention this to their management, and they laughed out. Sneaky business.....

Clean rooms, OSN is available, the pool is awesome, close to the Seef and City Center Mall, free and safe parking, free wifi available everywhere.
One of the most important thing i liked is this hotel is the best for families, specifically Arab families due to its privacy.
Thing i didnt like in this hotel is there isn't a beach.

Elite Seef Residence is nice

The hotel is located in Seef district, one of the best areas of the island. Everything was as expected. The breakfast was very good. We stayed in a suite. Living room, kitchen and a bedroom worked out for my family very well. There was a little problem with bed size. Two twin size were merged to make one king size and that did not work for us. I have talked to manager and immediately we were given a king size bed and that resolved the issue. I recommend it. Thanks.

OK Room at OK Price

Hotel is convenient location in the Seef Area to access the major Bahrain malls. Rooms are large and rates are much better than other hotels in the area. However, cleanliness of rooms left much to be desired. Bathroom towels were very thin and worn.

The free breakfast included in the room was the best part of the experience. Eggs cooked to order and a variety of tasty breakfast items in a well supplied buffet.

Overall conclusion is the comparable or slightly better hotels can be found at half the price in the Juffair area which has far more night life accessible and is only 10 to15minutes further away by car or taxi from the malls.
