This ia a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has everything you could want. Although the hotel was fully booked we hardly saw any other guests. There is music playing constantly by the pool which I felt was unnecessary. I was glad we went for a city view as I wouldnt have wanted to sit on the balcony listening to the party going on everyday. We were there for 10 days and not once did the turn down service happen. However it was amazing and we had a fantastic time.

It was perfect. The room was spacious, very clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great. Check in and out took less than a minute. My family had a great time during our stay. The only two things I didn’t like is the price of water on the swimming pool. It cost a fortune, and the beach side could be better. But I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely big rooms, all have large balcony, best room size in area......But nearly all the staff were untrained and spoke not enough English, had to ask multiple times for things. Phones were often not answered. Several times bedding was ripped and once had blood stains! Room cleaning was erratic, often missed in evening, didn't always put extra items we asked for daily and once threw away several of my cosmetics. Only one proper restaurant on site, no atmosphere in hotel. The pool area had constant loud pumping music all the time, even when the poor musician was playing each afternoon. We couldn't get away from it even on the beach. We asked everyone over and over again to turn it down and softer music, finally after 8 days of asking everyone they put something softer on. Who wants a racket when relaxing by the pool? The ironic thing was, they kept saying people were asking for it - most of the time there was no one or very few other people there. Towels around pool were ALL ripped and bleached. Staff around pool not eager to help, and did so without smiles or understanding.
Have clearly suffered from covid and not got their staff back up to scratch, but showed no signs of a 5 * hotel. Shame

Amazing except

Amazing except room service. It was annoying delay in phone calls and in providing service. I called housekeeping three time for towels. It took them one hour to deliver. Food delivered after 45 minutes.

Overall experience was more than perfect. Amazing staff, amazing facilities and the swimming pool was out of this world. The room was very big and totally worth it. Everyone should experience this hotel once.

The only drawback is that no outside food is allowed and the room service can get very pricy. Hot hot mezze plate for BD 8 is a bit overkill. You can have Black Tap deliver to your room although it’s not the cheapest option.

Our room was on the ground floor and led straight to the beach which was amazing. The facilities at the hotel were great. Breakfast was pretty standard nothing special. At times the staff would not call back when asked a query and we had to chase things up a few times but the hotel itself is beautiful. Parker was also really friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure.

Super hotel with amazing service.

Travelling in Bahrain in business with the family in tow this hotel was a solid high end option. We had a twin room and it was plenty big enough although the city view wasn’t up to much (a bit of a building site). The room was cleaned twice each day and the bed and bedding was excellent. For the time we stayed the breakfast at the hotel was very good and all of the staff were helpful and friendly, always willing to oblige. The pool area is great and again the staff around the pool were fantastic. The food at the restaurant was generally good - the cakes were excellent, the in house burger bar was good if not a bit expensive (that said Bahrain is just expensive). The beach at the hotel looked good on arrival but was decimated following a storm and new sand had to be brought in to fill the huge holes from the sand washed away! The beach was unusable for much of our stay. The location is good but not much is walkable so you need uber it a driver.

I expected a lot more from a Jumeirah property, but this Bahrain hotel looks like the \"made-in-china\" copy of Jumeirah AlNaseem in Dubai, with some poor finishes imitating the real thing.

Check in was disappointing because it was absolutely visible that the hotel had very low occupancy, yet I was offered a basement room overlooking a wall with no day light.

I complained, and was moved to another room on the 5th floor, but with poor views as well.

Rooms are really nice and spacious, with Cavalli toiletries, and luxury robes. Staff are very well trained and hospitable.

The beach is still work in progress, so it didn't feel like a beach hotel at all.

I highly recommend staying at the adjacent Ritz, that has a fantastic beach, and more lively.
