Everything was perfect because check in was amazing with the help of Mrs Shakila Gust Supervisor the room was very clean and spacious the food was amazing all the staff was helpful, if I go back to Bahrain definitely I will stay at the Sheraton Hotel

I had high expectations of indulging in a luxurious five-star stay. Unfortunately, my welcome was overshadowed by unexpected valet parking fees and limited parking that left me searching for a space across multiple floors or paying to park under the sun.

Additionally, I had anticipated a welcoming gift from a friend, but the reception staff's refusal to accept it without prolonged persuasion was disheartening. Having stayed at various hotels in Bahrain, including those of lower star ratings, I’ve always received a level of service that was absent during this stay at a well-known hotel chain like yours.

We are so unhappy with the check in experience... the queue is horrible and the room was not ready at 4:30.. they offer a lower quality room otherwise we have to wait for 30 min so they clean the room.. we did not come to manama to spend most of time waiting for horrible hotel management
The lady who was serving us was answering the phone while we talk
We asked to talk to the manager several time.. he hardly spoke to us without finding a solution... like if we are asking for favor

We have an appointment at 4:45 and we won’t be able to catch up with it
all what they said is that the duty manager is helping in room cleaning..very poor customer service
Honestly, i am a customer who need a room he reserved and I don’t really care who participated in cleaning.. finally, the room was very small and the bed quality is poor... it looks smaller than king bed

The room was damp on arrival. We also reported that the shower was not draining properly, which was subsequently fixed.
However, was rudely awakened in the night by management who accused me, incorrectly, of smoking in the room and setting off the fire alarm. Also barging into the room whilst my wife was in bed. In my sleep. Most likely due to the prevalence of dust in the air con.
The final straw was sharing the bathroom with a cockroach in the morning.
Highly disappointed from a supposed higher than average brand.

The property has experienced a down grading of service in recent years, with lack of staff a key indicator. As well, the quality of service received is not up to the expectations of a Sheraton brand hotel. The biggest disappointment was with the service received at the Executive Lounge. Not only was staff missing or not well trained or experienced but also missing was the food, drinks, glasses, plates, etc.

the room I have booked and they handover it to me was 2 star maybe less. the condition , size, scratched baroque floor, no bath top no slippers .
after I spoke to the reception, they have changed the room to accepted one.

Comfortable hotel

Comfortable hotel - excellent staff - helped with everything from lending me a phone charger to calling cabs to giving advice about getting to the F1 race. The shuttle service running from the hotel makes it really convenient

Negatives - It seemed expensive by comparison to some of the newer 5* in Bahran, breakfast is 18 (equivalent to £36 each, very expensive!)

Very good and enjoyable

Our stay was very satisfactory. The staff were very polite and helpful.
The food was of a very good standard especially there curry dishes. There weekly Curry Evening on
Thursdays with entertainment was excellent and very good value for money 10BR PP +wine or drinks. Breakfast was over priced far too expensive.

AN OLD FRIEND WITH TIRED ROOMS

I have bee staying at the Sheraton Bahrain quite regularly since 1995 and I have always liked the hotel. On this stay, although the public areas are still great, my room was really getting tired - the bathroom really needed an overhaul and hopefully this is underway. Staff as friendly as efficient as ever though

Family spent Christmas in the hotel. Both Buffet Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day Lunch were great. Restaurant staff were attentive and welcoming. Would do it again

Good hotel, short of the 5-star category tho

The big plus for me was the the hotel had a magnificent 25 meter swimming pool and also the breakfast buffer was very good. However, I feel like the hotel is short of the 5 stars it has and also bellow other Sheraton hotels I've stayed it. Bed was comfortable and I liked the privacy the room windows have. Also, parking was very easy. But then amenities at the room were kinda short, and the rooms and corridors just felt like a medium class hotel.
Wi-Fi and room service worked well.

Good hotel cold food at breakfast.

This was a good stay, 3 nights enjoyable the food ordered was good. The down side was the breakfast which was expensive and although the cooked food was good quality it was let down by the fact it was all cold the heating trays were poor and thus the food was inedible. had to have fruit and cereal which was OK, again another issue was just one jug of orange juice nothing else!

Worth a stay

Hotel is in superb condition - very comfortable room.
Ate in Al Nada Bar which unfortunately was very smoky.
Breakfast was most impressive spread I have seen in any hotel.
You can access the Moda Mall from the ground floor of the hotel.
Multistorey car park next to hotel entrance.

Two nights in Bahrain

The hotel was good overall. However, I would not recommend to persons with allergies or sensitivity to fragrances, air fresheners, or aerosols like myself. I was congested and sneezy over both days because of this and I would not have stayed in the hotel had I known about this beforehand. I would not be able to stay in this property again. Now that I have been home for 12 hours, I am completely clear and no sneezy, runny nose.

Good hotel, great location, pleasant staff

First time at Sheraton Bahrain (have stayed in several other hotel brands in Bahrain over the years). Easy access to the hotel from the major roads. Lots of free parking. Somewhat older hotel but it wears the years comfortably. Staff are great, room was spacious and comfortable. Restaurants fine. Gym had excellent facilities. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel for families.

We found the hotel very nice. It is close to the airport and to Bahrain Museum. It is connected to the Moda Mall where you can find cafes, restaurants, and fancy shops. It is also close to the City Center Mall and a group of other malls. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool and gym were great. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and polite. There is many to be said. We really liked it!

Nice hotel to relax

Was visiting Bahrain with a friend for just the weekend. We decided to pay a little more for a hotel since we wanted to lounge around and actually utilize the hotel amenities. It has a good gym, pool, hot tub. There is a ladies only gym, which was nice and clean.

The hotel is in an excellent location, The Rooms are comfortable, however the Bathrooms are a little dated and dont have baths just showers.
Room service food was disappointing the Humus tasted like soil and not fresh.
The staff were polite and exceptionally helpful.

Made me feel at home

As a woman taking a short business trip to Bahrain alone, this hotel was my home away from home. I felt welcomed at every moment. The rooms attend to details of comfort and convenience. Plenty of chargers for devices, updated and comfortable decor, free wi-fi, and everything you'd expect. In the lobby there's a fantastic cafe that serve illy coffee (!) and there are plenty of terminals for guests to use and print out boarding passes. I really felt at home there, and would recommend it to visitors and business people alike. For tourists, it's centrally located near the Bab al-Bahrain souq as well as the National Museum - short cab ride or long walks. It's attached to an upscale mall too. For business people it's near the diplomatic area and is in the middle of the financial district. The staff were delightful. Highly highly recommended.

Very old hotel and does not deserve the Sheraton brand name,
No valet parking!
Small and old lobby
They wanted to charge me additional cost because my wife and my 3 months baby was with me!
I requested a baby basinet but it was very dirty.
Brochor on the room mentioned fresh fruits basket which was not available.
