Was given a room, with a faulty balcony door, which wouldn't close. It caused severe damp and moisture to build up in the room due to the humidity.

It was so bad that the bed sheets were damp, and condensation was dripping down the walls and mirrors.

I asked for a new room, but they couldn't accommodate my request, as they were fully booked.

Bed sheets were changed after my insistence, and door was subsequently fixed... but it was a massive inconvenience, considering my plan was to sleep after a long overnight flight.

That's just poor maintenance, and a problem that should not have happened.

Great management but aging property.

Very good location, very good staff and mostly a great management who really looks after hotel clients. Unfortunately there is not much the management can do with the aging furniture and poor maintenance. However there is more could be done with cleanliness as there are serious hygiene issues that need to be addressed like dirty and spotted furniture along with bad doors due to either smoking or dampness. Mold was observed in the bathrooms and carpets are sticky when you walk barefoot. There is more to say but enough said already. The hotel staff and management did everything to make my stay pleasant and they really succeeded with that so thank you so much🙏

Staying at this property was absolutely fantastic! It was a true delight! The staff was beyond attentive. My room was impeccably clean and the attention to detail was excellent. The property was gorgeous and the view was great. The bed was incredibly comfortable. If you are coming to Bahrain, this Ramada property is a must!

Sadly housekeeping let it down. My dental retainers disappeared from the mug i left them in, i came back to the room after a long day of work and had no towels. I spent the rest of my stay with do not disturb on the door. Shame.

The staff were very friendly helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and well looked after. The room 604 was very spacious and clean, very large bed. Room was cleaned every day bottled water and anything you had forgotten. Pool is small but lovely. We had a buffet that didn't disappoint. The only disappointment for us was that we were there during Ramadan so we could only eat and drink in our room during the day.This also meant that children ran around all night slamming doors and screaming, not a lot you can do about that.

There was quite a lot of noisy renovations going on at silly hours of the day (was woken up at 6:30am) and the hot water wasn’t working for first 2 days of stay.
Hotel is in a great location but service was not up to scratch

Relatively well positioned property, close to high end mall and a Carrefour grocery and causeway but at a distance from downtown Manama. Well maintained with nice staff. Comprehensive buffet breakfast. Rooftop pool is nice but could not find the switch for the whirlpool bath! Room (2 x single beds) was outstanding and large but no refrigerator in the rooms, just a \"cooler\" that maintains room temp.

I was looking forward to staying at this hotel and using the rooftop pool. My room was spacious and very clean, nice bed too. Breakfast was tasty (especially the made-to-order omelets). Staff was friendly. The incense smell in my room (room 622) was overpowering. I have asthma and would have appreciated unperfumed air. Don't expect to get a tan at the pool. It is in total shadow from the skyscraper next door. Two things happened that frustrated me. At about 9:30 p.m. on my first evening, staff knocked on my door, wanted me to take a survey about room cleanliness. Despite my telling him more than once, I had just arrived and did not want to take the survey, he persisted. The second night there, at the same time in the evening my phone rang. A person explained the Friday brunch offer the next day (I had already seen the billboard in the lobby). I told him I was not interested. (I had already booked the breakfasts for each day of my stay). These interruptions were intrusive. Also of note is that there is a mall (City Centre) at least a 15-20 min walk away to find the entrance, and that there are no other restaurants in the vicinity - just one restaurant on-site for lunch/dinner, and also the breakfast restaurant on-site. If you want variety, there just is nothing else nearby.

The room had a partial Seaview construction in the hotel and in the land near the hotel was noisy and really loud the hotel had a restaurant that played loud music all through the night not a lot of parking space available the bed was not comfortable and the room service clean the rooms all through the night

Some construction going on in the area, so exterior optics might not be optimal. Sea view room was only very partial sea view. Twin beds in business suites felt particularly small. Very pleasant staff, helpful and professional. Kids couldn’t use swimming pool on Sunday morning, because pool was being cleaned.

4 Star Hotel with 3 Star performance

I really would rank this as a 4 Star Hotel, however we had a 3 Star experience. When we arrived we were told we got an “upgrade” to a pool suite. This is one of two rooms away from anyone else that they can stick people with small kids. I’m ok with that, although the main elevator doesn’t go up there. However on our second night another family went to the other suite and had a crying baby that woke us up in the middle of the night due to the lack of sound proofing between the suites. It sounded like the baby was in our room. We also asked the front desk for a a crib and a stopper for the tub but never got either one. Finally the room always had a drinking noise because the exhaust fans and other mechanical equipment are on the 10th floor as well. There was once again insufficient soundproofing. Those complaints aside, it’s a nice room, well maintained, and close to city center mall. I might book here if I were to get a different room. Oh one other thing, the pool wasn’t heated so despite being open it was unusable. The water was frigid.

We arrived at 6pm and our room was not ready. Checking time is 3pm. Clerk didn’t know what to do except to tell us to wait. We suggested a different room and she wanted to charge us extra. Another clerk had to fix for us. Also no alcohol in restaurant.

The hotel is new, the rooms are very clean but because webstayed at a smoking floor although we dont smoke the smell of the room was bad.
The location of the hotel is superb because you can walk the bahrain city center mall, which is on eof the beggist malls there.
Unfortunately some facilities are not yet working like the spa.

Nice hotel but lacks simple conveniences

Brand new hotel so everything is clean. Staff courteous. Only 2-3 English language channels-desperately need an OSN (local satellite) package. Gym was nice but small. TV turns on but no way to change the channel so was stuck with Bahrain news...ugh! Location is good but almost died crossing the busy street to get to the mall-they should provide a shuttle as a safer alternative for their guests instead of having us fight the traffic to cross to the mall. Their bath towels are gigantic-not functional for a simple shower-who likes these gigantic towels anyway? When we asked for additional hand towels to use instead they actually had us SIGN for them!!! Beds are comfortable but the comforter is SO HEAVY and THICK it feels like sleeping under a rock! How about some nice fluffy down?? We stayed here when they first opened and it was not so great but we decided to give them another try but unfortunately it was a fail. We won't stay here again.

5 minute walk to the Bahrain City Centre Mall, Deluxe room very well appointed (hotel only just over 1-year old), good wifi, good staff, comfy bed, no alcohol served in restaurant. Hotel is in the middle of other buildings being built around it, but no noise heard at all during our stay.
