I loved this place! I would stay here again when I come back to Seoul. The staff was nice and the place was clean. I loved the pool! My only reservations is that really couldn’t find the ice machine; but with a convenient store next door, you can get what you need. I would definitely recommend this place!

This hotel was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. It was a block from Mapo metro station and has a 7-11 near by. The hotel breakfast and view from the room are spectacular. The gym and pools are wonderful too.

The only thing I can say that I disliked was that the hotel had a very very very strong perfumed room diffuser in the lobby that was absolutely overwhelming. Every time you walked into the lobby it was like a wall of perfume. I think what made it a bit worse was that the diffuser was located right by the beautiful coffee shop so one couldn’t really appreciate the food items as perfume scent was so overwhelming.

I had a really great stay at Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery Collection. It is a beautiful five star hotel with a very high standard overall. I stayed on the 19th floor and the view towards the river was stunning. The sunsets were incredible and the city looked just as beautiful at night.
The room was spacious with plenty of storage, including two wardrobes and drawers, which made it easy to fully unpack. The staff were very helpful and most spoke very good English, which is important for me as I do not speak Korean well. Room service was also very good, I tried both breakfast and dinner and everything was enjoyable.
There are just a few small areas for improvement. The round bath, while visually interesting, was not very practical or comfortable to use. The room was spacious with plenty of storage, including two wardrobes and drawers, which made it easy to fully unpack. The staff were very helpful and most spoke very good English, which is important for me as I do not speak Korean well. Room service was also very good, I tried both breakfast and dinner and everything was enjoyable.

We loved our stay at hotel naru, the rooms are clean, spacious and have the most stunning view. The buffet breakfast was the best we have ever had, so many fresh and nutritious options and the most mouth watering freshly baked goods.

This was my first time staying in this part of Seoul and loved Hotel Naru. This hotel is part of All Accord and it operates slightly different, but great overall. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and made the experience feel seamless. The location is ideal if you love Yeonnamdong and Hongdae, plus it’s a bit closer to ICN which made logistics easier. The hotel itself was extremely clean, with beautiful views. The café downstairs is a gem. Their brunch options are on the top levels are genuinely great. And the pool is definitely worth mentioning. Would absolutely come back.

We have picked this hotel for 5 night stay in Seoul. Could not have been more happier with a choice. It has everything - great staff, clean rooms, beautiful views and incredible location. Metro is 5 min walk away, you are a short ride from all major attractions in Seoul. Hotel has nice upscale restaurant, but if you walk just for 5-10 min, there is a street full of authentic small restaurants that are absolutely amazing and super cheap. When I come back to Seoul, I will definitely plan on staying at Naru Hotel.

First, there was no information provided that the gym and facilities are closed every Tuesday of the month. I had planned my schedule around using the gym in the evening, and this completely disrupted my plans. When I approached the front desk to ask why guests were not informed, I was told that the information had been shared with Expedia. However, I was never notified.
On the second day, I went to the gym 30 minutes before closing, as I saw it closes at 10pm. I was then told entry is not allowed after 9pm. This was not clearly communicated anywhere. The staff member’s attitude was unfriendly. He avoided eye contact, responded in an impatient tone, and appeared more focused on his own tasks and conversations. The service felt unprofessional and poorly trained.
On the third day, there was confusion regarding parking charges. I understood that one parking space should be complimentary, but I was charged. It appeared the system was based on one registered car plate rather than one car per day. The explanation was unclear, and the staff’s tone made it feel as if they were doing me a favour rather than assisting a guest. There was no acknowledgement of inconvenience.

The room was way too hot. Unable to cool the room even with the window open. The temperature was around 28 to 31 degrees. We had to open the door to the hallway to cool down. I called the front desk and was told there's no AC in the winter and to leave the thermostat off. The shower temperature was also too sensitive.

This was my first time in South Korea and I found the transfer from the Airport by bus straightforward and the drop off point was close to the hotel. I was early so couldn’t get my room straight away but easily passed the time wandering around the local area familiarising myself. Subway really close by and easy to navigate. Hotel was good position, rooms were ideal, breakfast was amazing. Restaurant for dinner was expensive. Pool area lovely. All in all a great place to be introduced to South Korea.

I wouldn’t recommend unless you get a river view room. The river view is stunning, however the city view is right next to some residential buildings. It’s lack of privacy. Additionally, the service is very average especially with English speaking service. I guess they only target local people and it’s also majority of the guests. I ordered something in breakfast and it’s completely missed. The surrounding was alright. The staff encouraged me to get the first session of breakfast so that it’s not crowded but the breakfast coffee was poor. I tried to get the coffee elsewhere but nothing is open at 8:30 in the hotel. Overall it doesn’t worth the price. The overall experience only deserves half of the price I would say. There are a lot better hotels with similar price so I would suggest you look elsewhere.
