Impeccably clean and neat. Seemed new or remodeled. Staff were delightful, efficient and helpful. Room and bathroom were well appointed and clean as I have ever seen. Wish I would've had time for gym. Only negative was that the green light on CO detector flashed multiple times per minute and was visible even through my closed eyelids. I hope they could fix that.

Overall, nice stay. We usually stay here when we visit the casino. Although it is pet friendly, it’s very clean both inside and out. Plenty of parking and restaurants near by. Staff is always friendly and professional. The only thing is the bed is kind of fine for my liking but that’s personal preference. It’s ok for a night or two.

It was the nicest hotel in the area, not to far off the highway, very very noisy. Lots of road traffic, and I felt like I was at a drag strip with the cars racing all day and night long by the hotel. The walls are super thin could hear everything above and beside me, I left a day early bc I couldn’t sleep with all the sounds! During the day tried to nap and kids were literally racing up and down the halls. Staff was super professional and nice. But won’t stay again.

First time staying in NC, and by far this has been the best experience I had ever had staying in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond with the service. I traveled with my aging parents and they enjoyed the hotel as well. Johnny and Sandra was beyond helpful and took initiative without me having to request for it. Hotel was very clean. This is a place I recommend and would stay again.

My room keys and manager’s key could have been working on my door. Maintenance had to be called to reprogram my entrance. I had to wait in the lobby until it was fixed.

We asked for mor towels by cleaning staff and was given only one towel. Maybe they have been insu on how many towels can be dispersed.

Johnny and the newly trained staff member at the front desk were very nice, polite and considerate.

The front lobby is so beautiful and bright! The lobby had so many different options of seating! Room 209 was spotless! The room was so cozy! The water in the shower was HOT; which I LOVE! We originally decided to stay two nights here and booked through Expedia. However we ended up only staying one night and canceled our stay for the second night. The person at the front desk informed us that they would get with the 3rd party to refund us the one night. However after a few days still nothing so after contacting Expedia they attempted to reach the hotel for authorization for the refund and were unable to. Because of this we ended up paying for two nights when we only actually stayed one. Horrible experience and a rip off for our money.
