We recently stayed at Hotel H and were underwhelmed by the experience. The hotel's location in an industrial area means there's nothing within walking distance and it got really noisy in the morning.
Unfortunately, the staff didn't do much to make us feel welcome. Interactions were brief and lacked warmth, with barely a hello or acknowledgement.
Housekeeping was also a letdown. While the room was superficially clean, we noticed that they had missed several items on the floor, leaving us to wonder how thorough the cleaning really was.
The rooms themselves are functional, but that's about it. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the windows didn't provide much insulation, making the room chilly at night.
Overall, our stay was disappointing, and we wouldn't recommend Hotel H to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The hotel was just fine, kept clean and up to date. There was a good fitness area too. The room was large, with a security safe.
The staff were excellent: friendly, professional, helpful.
The parking is free and accommodates about 40 cars.
The only downside to the hotel is that it's in a dull area on the edge of Herrenberg - though only 10 mins walk into town.

Super friendly helpful staff , they really are a credit to the hotel . Modern, Clean comfortable rooms , nice food in the restaurant at a reasonable price, excellent breakfast, parking can be a bit tight for a larger vehicle in busy times , but again staff super helpful in finding a solution. What a trip!

So I chose this hotel in herrenberg due to the fact that it had A/C. When I got there I was informed that the A/C was an extra charge!!! I automatically assumed it was provided since the way it’s described on hotels.com made it seem this way. So I upgraded for an extra $20 a day. I don’t know who’s to blame here, the hotel or hotels.com
The beds we very uncomfortable and very hot! I was sweating constantly. The comforter was tiny like you can’t really move around because it won’t cover you.
The double bed room means the there is two beds but they’re about 2 inches apart from each other.
I’m American and maybe this is all normal for Germany, but Hotels.com did a very poor job in explaining this to me in their advertising. Because of all this, I would NOT recommend this hotel or Hotels.com to anyone.

It was within close walking distance to downtown and several nights stay allowed the privilege of a bus pass to explore the region. The area felt safe and quiet and we loved our stay. The staff was amenable to our requests. We had slow service one night in the restaurant as the staff there seemed overwhelmed with a tour bus group.

1. It’s located in Herrenberg, not Stuttgart, which is 30 minutes or so away from Stuttgart.
2. Pillows were too soft, that you feel like you don’t have pillows, and mattress were too firm. My neck is still hurt because of the pillows.
3. They don’t swipe or vacuum floors and tables. My family takes off shoes inside and doesn’t have any pet so it’s not from us. When we were back to the room, it was more dusty. My little kids play and go everywhere in the room and they were covered with dust, pillow feathers, and pets hair.
If you have allergic to dust, this is not a hotel you want to go.
4. People smoke inside of the bar and you can smell it in the lobby.

Great place! As long as you don't need a gym...

Good stay for two nights. Check-in and check-out are good and efficient. Breakfast was included and generally pretty good although more choices would be nice. My biggest complaint is about the gym. There is nothing to it. I like to stay fit while traveling and very difficult at this hotel. WiFi is slow or spotty. Finally, I find in Germany that most hotels manage the room temperature and you cannot adjust. It is normally very warm in the hotel / room and forces me to open the windows to stay cool.

the hotel is located in at the edge of a small town, a few minutes drive from the highway, ten minutes walk from city center, not much to do in the evenings there. the hotel has plenty of parking, Jacuzzi, sun beds and a sauna, the hotel restaurant is OK but nothing more. check in and check out took a lot of time but the hotel staff were nice and kind. internet connection was good enough to work with for conference calls.

We appreciated the restaurant's effort to change some of the dishes in the free buffet breakfast everyday to provide longer-staying guests like us with more choices. The room did not have coffee /tea making facilities but a flask of hot water was provided upon request. However, the flask/water had a very strong coffee smell. The deco of the hotel was tastefully done except for the white floor tiles and shower curtain in the bathroom, which kind of cheapen the look.

Clean and spacious but very noisy room. Good WiFi. Breakfast Buffet was excellent. Airport Shuttle was cancelled for at least the week I was staying there. 10 min walk to downtown and 12 min walk ( or 6 to 10 Euro cab fare depending in traffic) to train station with connection to the airport and Boeblingen/Stuttgart. In house restaurant on the only night I had dinner there was very mediocre.

Good hotel - spoilt by booking system

Good hotel and value for money, however the booking system was unacceptable. Out of 9 rooms pre-booked by different people either using the internet or directly by phone, 4 rooms appeared to be not booked when people arrived; 3 were booked under the wrong names and 1 booking was not registered at all but fortunately the person who had made the booking had confirmation documents for the booking. It was unclear who was to blame whether Ramada or Experia. Most, but not all, of the staff were very helpful and polite.

Good location as it is near the town of Hardenberg.Give you access to the beautiful town with its wonderful restaurants and shopping.However, the hotel is old and in need of renovation. Smoking in the lobby should be banned in this day and age. The smoke makes transversing through the lobby each day a nightmare.

Hotel,was clean and the staff were fantastic, the room was perfect for my family with the room being split over two levels. Wifi worked everywhere in the hotel and outside. The town it is situated in is also worth a visit as there is a very nice little square where spent a few hours eating. Al in all a great spot with great staff to help. Breakfast was fantastic and they had everything my little ones needed to eat. Would stay there again and if you traveling through Germany like me it is a great spot to stop before heading the the Porshe museum.

We had a family room which was located over 2 floors so you entered on the 'top' floor but then there were stairs in the room going up to the roof area with the bathroom and main bedroom which was lovely.
The breakfast was amazing.
To my know ledge there is no gym or pool.The hotel is a short walk to the town.
Overall highly recommended.

The Hotel is old to say the least. The staff made up for its shortcomings and then some. The small town of Herrenberg is cute, there is a great small hotel/restaurant down the street that shows the best flavor of the area. If you have to go to a large city like Stuttgart, staying in a small town just outside like this is a great idea.

Misleading room description

We reserved a \"suite\" with four beds. Upon arrival we found a nice two story room that was clean. The sleeping arrangements were not as described, however. In the upstairs room, there was a nice and comfortable double bed - I guess that counts for two of the four \"beds\" - though I honestly thought there would be four separate single beds for four grown male visitors. On the entry level, there was a pullout couch that must have been the other two beds. The mattress for the pullout was very thin and the overall size was barely large enough for my oldest son. There was no way two of us could have slept on this bed. And sleep was hard to come by because of the uncomfortable condition of the mattress. I ended up sleeping on the floor - and from what my son communicated - the floor was probably a better choice. We were told that there weren't any rollaway beds available. I honestly think a room with two double beds would have been much better - not to mention cheaper. Very disappointed but since we were only there for one night, I didn't make a huge issue about the misleading description.

It was a decent hotel. I had booked non-smoking, but they only had a smoking room available for me. I couldn't find any other place, so I ended up saying here. The room didn't end up being too bad with regards to the smell. Everything else was decent. I didn't have any issues. Nothing too exciting, but also not bad. It had a decent breakfast, too.

We arrived around 8 pm and the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with our reservation, but he had already taken care of it before we got there and had another room ready for us. He even came up and made up the sofa bed for our kids!

We had a cocktail in the lounge before heading to bed. The entire staff was very friendly and all spoke English very well.

The breakfast was amazing. A large variety of all kinds of food. Something for everyone!

We chose this hotel because of the location. It was about 20 minutes to downtown Stuttgart!
We were only there one night, but wished we could have stayed another.

Leider ein sehr altes, heruntergekommenes Zimmer - mit über 100€ nicht passend: verdreckte Wände, schmierige Badezimmertür und Haare an den Fliesen. Das Bad ist im allgemeinen sehr alt und runtergekommen.
Das Zimmer benötigte dringend eine Renovierung - selbst der Fernseher war schmierig und dreckig.

Es handelt sich um einen teilmodernisierten Bau aus den 90er Jahren, was sehr großzügige Zimmer bedeutet. Dazu wird ein vergleichsweise sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl und echten Brötchen vom Bäcker (keine billige Aufbackware wie in vielen anderen Hotels) geboten. Edeka und Lidl sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ich hatte im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise eine Nacht gebucht. Das Hotel macht einen wirklich sehr guten Eindruck, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis für das Zimmer ist wirklich top, das Zimmer ist groß und neu eingerichtet, man hat die Möglichkeit an der Bar etwas zu essen, alle Servicekräfte waren wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend gerne wieder.
