Hotel Warner met our needs. The location was perfect, the room was clean and the staff was very nice. We arrived on a cold snowy day earlier than check in time. I inquired about being permitted to park until check in and was offered an alternative parking across the street ($5 per day) or to leave our vehicle in the adjacent garage ($25 per day). The clerk also immediately checked us in, which was wonderful and saved time later. Our only hiccup was our remote control went missing after housekeeping cleaned the room and the front desk couldn't replace, but honestly, the trip wasn't about watching TV in the room. Too many things to do!

Staff claimed the parking was full, which it clearly was not. This was a huge inconvenience, especially since I am a returning customer and had messaged ahead of time to confirm parking availability. Either the policy did not make sense or it was not communicated properly by staff. Something was clearly incorrect, as the lot remained nearly empty all night. I was then told that an additional lot would be added to my stay, which resulted in me having to pay both that fee and the original parking fee.

Breakfast foods are subpar… eggs are tasteless. No healthy bread or bagel options like rye or pumpernickel or whole wheat bread.
No regular yogurt .. fat free gas artificial sweetener, bad for your health.
Also would be nice to have glass drinking cups in room AND an adult toilet… the toilet sits do low that you feel your going to fall. Exceedingly low toilet is very uncomfortable… more for a child.

Everything you'd expect for breakfast with a nice view of the town, which is pretty and quaint. Very convenient covered parking behind the lobby (extra charge) is a big plus. Parking in a ramp a cross the street is free or nominal charge. The whole thing is a very good value.

The Warner Hotel is a historic site, a former movie theater. There's a fireplace in the bar space, and the lobby is beautiful. Our room was big, clean, quiet, and overlooked a stunning sunset.

The Hotel Warner staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful! We enjoyed our short stay in this beautiful US registered national historical landmark. The amenities offered were great with a decent gym, pool, continental breakfast, and on-site parking available. The central downtown location was perfect, conveniently located within a short walk to all restaurants, boutiques, and cafes. While the room was standard, it was clean and served its purpose! I understand sustainability is a focus, but I would recommend providing guests with 2 wash cloths each for daily cleansing (face & body). Overall, I would consider staying here again in the future!

There was a sheer drape that spanned the entire room window that prevented people from the outside seeing in, but I could see out which is fine. However, there were no solid curtains in the window to close out the outside light before bedtime. The room was therefore in semi darkness all night long with light streaming in from buildings across the street. Therefore, I had much difficulty falling asleep. I'm accustomed at home to be able to close solid curtains for complete darkness to gain solid sleep which studies recommend. Aside from that, the hotel stay was fine. Great location. Breakfast options were good. I would have given a top rating, but no solid curtains was a big negative factor.

We had several issues during our stay, first the property is advertised as having on site parking. When we arrived, we were told that there was not enough room for us and so we had to park at the garage about a block away. We were given vague instructions for Accessing the garage in such a way as to avoid the full fee. The staff were overall somewhat poorly communicative. The safe in my room didn’t work. The property was advertised as having a relationship with the local YMCA with a reduction in the daily fee, however, when I went there, I was told that that relationship had been recently terminated. On the positive side when I asked for information about where I could buy some paper plates and plastic utensils for a family gathering I was driving to later in the day, the desk person helped me to get some from the kitchen staff. Overall, there were just a series of minor annoyances inconveniences that didn’t need to happen.

Garage was not on premises had to move car to a different garage away from the hotel. Too many things different from what was advertised. Not worth the cost.

The Warner has upgraded the room interiors and they are much nicer than they used to be. Rooms are clean & spacious. The free breakfast is a nice perk, except the coffee. The one upgrade they really need is coffee. The in-room coffee maker is awful. The breakfast room coffee is \"warm\" and weak. However, there are MANY coffee shops very close to the hotel to utilize. Overall good stay at a great price.
