Excellent modern rooms and was perfect sized room for family of 3 enjoying Euro Football Championship 2024. Staff were friendly and helpful and housekeeping standard excellent. Hotel in industrial area so quiet at night with large supermarket across the road with pharmacy and food outlets. Just 15 minutes walk to Hulb Station on SBhand and in middle of Stuttgart within 20 mins. Never used food in hotel itself so cant comment on that.

Unfortunately, the best times of this once certainly nice and modern place seem to be over. The whole facility looks and feels tired and exhausted, with partly doubtful company around. Good service only on request / after complaint. Will be o.k. for one or two nights on a business trip but definitely not for a weekend or vacation trip with the family.

We booked the Standard room with Queen bed but the actual room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos. The furniture was quite old and heavily used.

Also it wasn't possible to adjust the in-room temperature which meant we had to keep the window open all night.

We stayed for 3 nights and never got our room cleaned!

The worst Mercury I have stayed in. Property is tired and in a poor looking area next door to a factory or distribution hub. The air con was not working so the window was open for air, the noise in morning was at times loud. The rooms were spacious and clean. I was attracted here because off price and no availability around messe. Approximately €50 taxi to airport/messe was a bit false economy for the better value accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but limited choice of food in evening.

I selected this hotel since they advertised Air Conditioning and a pool.
The pool looked like it hadn't been open all year. Still had the cover on it. And the AC was likely turned off or not working.
A lot of money to pay when there are just as nice hotels that do not have AC or a pool and charge less per night.

Basic hotel, boring area...

There isn't much around this hotel, but I was here for work for 48 hours. The restaurant has a fairly limited menu, breakfast was not great and not really worth the money. The rooms are also not that impressive, only really suited for \"essentials\" and business travelers in the local area. Check in/out was quick. WiFi is average. Double bed was 2xtwin joined together.

Very small sauna and work-out room. Outdoor pool is very nice with plenty of space to sit and play outdoor chess. Hats off the Chef (Cook) and breakfast staff, all prepared the best experience for the beginning of a good day.

No room service available due to there being an all you can eat buffet. Which looked disgusting. If I wanted to stay at a hotel with no room service, I would've booked a cheap hotel. I've stayed here before as a stopover on the way to Italy on road trips. I won't be staying again.

Great hotel close to downtown Boblingen.

This was my first time at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly the hotel facilities are nice. Parking on site. Free Wi-Fi which is rare in Germany. The bed was a little too soft for me… But I am usual and then I need an ultra firm mattress. I recommend this hotel and plan to stay there any time I go back to that area in the future.

Great hotel for the business traveller

Boblingen is probably a rather unusual location for a holidaymaker. As such I found the hotel rather remote and there was not much to do. There was however a fantastic Car World place with millions of pounds worth of car stock , mostly exotic ( Lamborghinis, classic Porsches etc).
There were food supermarkets aplenty very near by.
For business people the hotel would be a very good choice.

Lacked welcoming and not convinced of 4star rate

Staff did not make us feel at all welcome upon arrival, and less welcome when we told them the room floor was wet. In new room the Kettle was dirty on outside and worse with limescale on the inside. The picture used on Expedia is not representative of how the hotel looked. Paint was starting to flake beside the bed, and was poorly decorated as the wood chip paper walls are more fitting in a 2 star rather than 4 star. Not to forget the dirty marks on the carpet and the less than clean and much less than modern furniture. The central heating system looked to be held up with duct tape, while the smoke detector wiring used external casing and looked poor. Quilt and pillows left a lot to be desired. Quilt was to small for the bed and the pillows had no life about them, causing only sleepless nights. To be honest if they had 2 stars I would have been very surprised but 4? I think this needs reviewed.

Smell hotel with non-functioning \"free\" wifi

The first room provided smelt of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. In fact on occasions smoke could be smelt throughout the Hotel.
The free wifi was no existent. I was virtually impossible to connect to and on the one or two occasions when I could get to the login page after that service was so slow that it was impossible to use. When I mentioned this to a member of the hotel staff he said it was a problem he also had. In fact he remembered my face and actually asked me two days later if I'd had any luck.

Even though the hotel is at the outskirts of Boeblingen, you are close to every thing. Station not far away, massive Super-market across the road with bakery, hairdresser, bank, pharmacy, etc.
Very clean - sheets changed every day. The furniture are not the newest anymore, but still all in very good (working) condition, the TV showed all the channels and the beds are very comfortable. Kettle with courtesy tea and coffee, as well as a bottle of sparkling water each day and always a few little treats at the reception (doughnuts, chocolate swirls etc.). WiFi was free. Don't buy any water or soft drinks from reception they are very pricey, You've got the shop across the road. Nice hotel to stay - not super luxury - but with all the amenities you need. Bit pricey with the extras (Breakfeast, drinks, etc.)

The room was very nice. Outside a lot of construction around the hotel makes it difficult to get to. Very close to Daimler factory, but I used it for a hotel before flying out from the airport, about 20 min away because Stuttgart hotels fill up very quickly. Staff was helpful, but limited, plan extra time, as in most places in Europe.

I've stayed here twice now, and the staff is always so friendly. Since I don't speak German, one of the ladies at the desk even called about a website about show tickets for me. They hosted a chess tournament while we were there, so the 10 euro per night parking we paid for would have been free for 4 of those nights. It would have been nice if they had told us that ahead of time. The restaurant closed for guests during part of the tournament, but they were nice enough to allow us to eat anyway as if we were a part of the competitors.

Good hotel bad location

I booked this hotel as I was visiting Daimler in Sindelfingen. The hotel was clean with friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. I will use this hotel again. The only negative thing is that the location is in an industrial area (but great if you visit companies in that area) and the staff at the restaurant was under training and I had to wait a while to get served. But I assume this will improve.

This hotel was very nice with wonderful facilities. The pool was clean and the outdoor area had a lot of recreational activities. The rooms were very clean, but very small. The restaurant and bar was probably the best part of our stay. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were on a short weekend trip in this town for a basketball camp. For our event the location was ok however, the quality of service is poor. I have visited a lot of hotels but not once have I heard an employee of the hotel when inquiring a cup of coffee and the response is across the street at the store??? Hotel charged for EVERYTHING!!!! I even had to pay for hotel parking and I wasn't in a busy downtown area?? As a guest, the parking should be free but this hotel charged for every little thing. I wanted to make a local call and there was no courtesy call, it was charged to my room?? REALLY!!

Good value for money

At the time of booking, the hotel was doing promotions, so it was better value for money for us to book this four-star hotel rather than hostels. The hotel is right next to the big supermarket Real, which is extremely convenient. A 15 minutes walk from the Hulb train station is a plus too. The staff were very friendly and the double room was nice, quiet and clean, overlooking the outdoor swimming pool. The only problem we had is that the air conditioning didn't work, but luckily it was not too hot and we could survive by just opening a window. We will go there again if we see the good rates again.

The prices for food at the restaurant in the hotel are double the surrounding restaurants. 5 minute walk to a great Chinese buffet at Real. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they've even upgraded to flat screen TVs, however, when you see a fan poised in the corner, you realize, this is A/C. Rooms are small, typical of Europe. Always clean. Outside patio is a nice touch. Just don't appreciate the really HARD beds, and the horrible pillows. That is after all where I spend most of my time in a hotel, asleep.

Despite having paid in full in advance for this booking (via Expedia), at check out the staff insisted I had to pay them again in full. It took much pressure from me, the efforts of two members of their staff and calls to their head office to reveal that the booking was already paid for. A complete waste of twenty minutes which left me with a poor overall impression of an otherwise pleasant hotel.

Location is good for returning to the Autobahn and traveling to Munich. Outdoor pool, but temperature was too cool to swim in while we were there. Great area for little ones to run off extra energy. Breakfast meal is pricy for the food offered.

Preislich gutes Hotel. Leider sind die Türen arg laut, sodass ich mehrmals Nachts hochschreckte, als eine Tür laut zufiel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war personell eng besetzt, sodass keine sauberen Tische frei waren und viele Sachen nicht aufgefüllt. Für 22 EUR finde ich den Preis für das Frühstücksbuffet zu hoch. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt angenehm.

De 2 receptionisten waren zeer chagerijnig. Er kon geen gedag af bij aankomst en niet bij vertrek. Het parkeerterrein waar je 10 euro voor moest betalen zag er niet uit. De slagbomen waren sterk verouderd en deden het niet. Het onkruid zat overal en de weggegedeeltes waren slecht. De kamer was zeer gedateerd. Voor ons nooit weer, wat een afknapper!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht . Haben wir nicht bekommen.
Wir hatten nur eine Zudecke und nur ein Handtuch, erreicht haben wir um ca 24 Uhr niemanden, obwohl angeblich 24 Stunden erreichbar. Habe in dieser Nacht 3 Stunden geschlafen.
