Bedroom curtain would not close properly. No evening meals available. Outside the premises was dirty with cigarette ends everywhere. My room had been double booked and I had to be re-allocated a different one. However, staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

Robbed by hotel. 6 hours and 198€ later.

It was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The receptionists where very nice, but the state of the room was awful. I tried to stick it out for the night and I just felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The room was large with horrifically stained carpet, stains in the toliet, a dusty fan, and toliet roll that looked like it was dipped in poo water and placed back on the roll holder to dry. One lousy sheet that barely covered the mattress and a smell that was intolerable. I left in the middle of the night because I could not stand could not sleep. I provided photographs to hotels.com and spoke with the receptionists and denied a refund. Unacceptable. I never complain about hotel rooms but this was terrible. I was booked for 3 days and stayed 6 hours. Of course I cannot posted the photos. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE UNLISTED, the rating is false.

This property was not attractive in any way, from the upkeep of the property, the cleanliness of the whole property and rooms, and the overall feel of clientele present.
The only reason I booked here was that there was almost nothing available in the Stuttgart area due to the international battery show and the Eurocup football match occurring there at the same time. This hotel took advantage of this fact to charge easily 4x what its value should have been.
This would not be a place a woman traveling alone would feel comfortable with, especially arriving very late at night as I did.

We booked here for business. We booked based on images of rooms.
No tea/coffee making facilities. No Iron and ironing board.
Rooms were grim/ old but clean.
TV didn't work in room
Staff were friendly.
Would not stay here again unless free.

Never coming Back here

Horrible room with 1970’s style wallpaper and a funny smell, no kettle or coffee making facilities, baking hot, had to have windows wide open all night to cool it down. Area around the hotel resembles downtown Detroit and is miles away from anywhere decent to eat. I would not recommend if the room cost 50 euros so the fact it cost over 200 euros is a sick joke

The reception staff on the day we arrived didn't care for foreigners. The room was good value for money but don't dare ask the staff for anything without it being a nuisance to them. There isn't much in this area in the way of food and activities. I wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel is in the industrial part of Stuttgart. The location is convenient to work and near the bus and train station. The room was quite large and comfortable - about 3 times the size of some other hotels. A kitchenette and separate bedroom were available. The carpeting is quite old and stained. Aside from the carpet, everything else is nice and clean: the bedding, the bathroom, etc.

The highlight was a surprisingly good breakfast, which was included in the price.

There was ample free street parking.

A nice stay just outside of Stuttgart

The room was great. We were on the fifth floor and The patio balcony door opened up onto the roof and there was actually a nice view of the industrial part of Stuttgart. You could walk out onto the roof and walk around and it was interesting. The only bad thing about it was there was no telephone in the room so I couldn’t call room to room to chat with my friend so we had to use our cell phones but that was fine. For nine euros more we got breakfast and it was quite a big spread and they made scrambled eggs fresh and special for us and we really enjoyed it. In the evening there was no noise and plenty of parking on the street and even some parking under the building but the parking under the building was kind of tight so I preferred to just park on the street but in the morning the industrial factories or something the Trainyard or somethings started making noise pretty early around 7 AM but then I realized my window was open so maybe if you close the window it wouldn’t of been so bad but I didn’t get up and close it and then I went and ate breakfast and then I left the hotel

A clean and simple business style hotel

This is very much a business hotel - larger and in a more industrial area. The wifi was fast enough for my use and there was a stove-top in the room which although I did not use, was a welcome feature.
The room was clean and had everything I needed for a rest and to clean up. I do not picture anyone coming here for a vacation, but I do not think that is their market.

FS hotel during fair week

It was ok, the pillow and bed linen had a lot to be desired for. Definitely not a highlight of the hotel. It’s relatively clean and served its purpose. There is literally nothing in the area so be prepared. There is an Aldi that is close but that is about it.

Nice Hotel in Boblingen

A nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and large comfortable rooms. Kept well clean. Hotel offers a breakfast buffet for an extra charge. Hotel is an easy walk to Re'al (food, drinks, snacks). It was about a 3/4 mile walk to S1 train stops Hulb or Boblingen. About a 1 mile walk to the city center for eating establishments, shopping, etc. Hotel offers shuttle service to airport, but for about 3 euro you can ride the train from Hulb or Boblingen to the Rohr stop on the S1, then change trains to the airport on either S2 or S3. Very easy experience, but give yourself an hour travel time with the walk and train rides. If you have a car, this hotel is an easy on/off to the A81 and has parking on site. There are also several rental car agencies near the hotel (less than 1/2 mile walk) if you want to rent a car for the day. Most are open between 7am and 5pm. Hotel has key card-only access after hours for outside door security. Check-in is listed as 2pm, but as most flights from America arrive in the morning, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage so we could explore the area and eat lunch prior to the check-in period.

The hotel is off the beaten path. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. The breakfast buffet was nice. Although the rooms including the bathroom were spacious, the shower and toilet were a problem. The shower was so small that I hit my elbows against the shower walls whenever I raised either one. The toilet was poorly placed that you couldn't use it without pressing up against the wall. I would only stay again if the hotel renovated the bathrooms to move the toilet away from the wall a bit and make the shower bigger.

Terrific service, terrific rooms. Breakfast was very good. Only downside is location, it's in an industrial park in Boeblingen, about 1.5 miles from the center center, which is the nearest place to find restaurants. There is a RealMarkt nearby, however, which made it easy to get everyday items.

Really Nice, New Hotel But In Industrial Area

We kept driving through an industrial area and wondered where the GPS was taking us. We arrived at what I would call a small boutique hotel that was very nice. It was near the museum for the cars made in Stuttgart. Also, the front desk clerk recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. Breakfast was plentiful and the chef and wife introduced themselves. A really nice coffee machine made coffee to your liking.

Leider nicht ansatzweise zu empfehlen. Vorweg: Ich habe nach dem Aufenthalt das Hotel angeschrieben und bis heute keine Antwort über die Vorgänge erhalten, daher kann ichmich hier nun auch äußern.

Das Zimmer (315) sollte ein Nichtraucherzimmer sein. Das Gegenteil war der Fall. Es war, als ob man versucht in einer Raucherkneipe zu schlafen. Auch mit Dauerlüften war die Luft schwer zu ertragen.

Am 2.Tag kamen ich und viele andere Gädt den Abend nicht ins Hotel, da die Karten wohl falsch programmiert waren. Leider war die REzeption nicht mehr besetzt. Der Notruf bei Problemen war kompetent, sagte aber, dass die Verantwortlichen vom Hotel einfach nicht ans Telefon gehen und er nichts ändern kann. Wir mögen uns ein neues Hotel suchen. Dieses war aber nicht möglich, da alle Dinge wie Geld, Laptop im Hotelzimmer waren. Durch Zufall kam ein Person, deren karte d ann funktionierte, so dass man nach Stunden ins Hotel kam.

Eine Rückmeldung seitens des Hotels steht seit über eine Woche aus.

Der Zustand der Zimmer bis auf den maximal verrauchten und alten Teppich ist dem niedrigen Preis angemessen. Der Rest leider nicht.

Die Zimmerkarte hat nicht funktioniert da die Batterie leer war. Während meines Aufenthalts wurde sich da nicht gekümmert. Der Teppich war voller Flecken. Frühstück war geschlossen keine Gründe angegeben an der Tür. Auf Nachfrage am Ende des Aufenthalts wurde erst informiert. Die meiste Zeit die Rezeption nicht besetzt gewesen.

Gemütlichkeit, nicht einmal Nachtlicht vorhanden, Teppichboden völlig verschmutzt. Im Zimmer 205 , Kakerlaken, die Kissen teilweise nicht bezogen, Begründung, sind keine Bezüge da. Inakzeptabel!!! Check-in und -out verliefen problemlos. Das Hotel war barrierefrei. Leider hat die Lampe im innenliegenden Bad nicht funktioniert und konnte auch nicht schnell repariert werden. Das hätte beim Saubermachen auch auffallen können.

二度目の滞在でしたが、部屋は広く静か、交通量も多くないので夜は静かです。ただ付近にお店はないので、駅で食事などを買っておく必要はあります。朝食も依頼しておけば一般的なバイキング式で取れます。パン、ハムなどは複数選択できます。
ホテル内ではフロントがいる時間なら水やコーラなどが買えました。

Verblijf voor 1 nacht is oké. Matige locatie.

- Ruime, schone kamer.
- Goed ontbijt.
- grote supermarkt en Thai mini restaurantje aanwezig op loopafstand.

Min:
- Locatie op oud bedrijventerrein.
- alleen Fastfood- en Chinees (all-you-can-eat) restaurant in de directe omgeving. Eetgelegenheid in de nabije supermarkt is in de avond gesloten.
- In de avond is de receptie niet geopend, geen personeel aanwezig. Inchecken door bellen naar telefoonnummer op de deur, waarna toegang wordt verkregen tot het hotel.
- de bar is ook gesloten in de avond, en het restaurant in hotel is alleen voor ontbijt.
- de parkeergarage kon tijdens ons verblijf niet afgesloten worden, roldeur was stuk.

Einfaches Hotel in spezieller Umgebung

Einfaches Hotel mitten im Industrieviertel. Hatt aber ungemeine Vorteile. Nach Ladenschluss sehr ruhige Gegend und überall hat man Verpflegungs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, ruhige Lage (jedenfalls am Wochenende), nicht so sehr hat mir gefallen dass dies Hotel zum selben Preis über unterschiedliche Portale Angeboten wurde. Es stellte sich allerdings heraus dass über andere Portale als EXPEDIA, dass Frühstück inklusive gewesen wäre. Das Hotel wollte nun von uns zwölf Euro pro Person und Tag haben. Das wären 48 € mehr gewesen als wenn ich über zum Beispiel Check 24 gebucht hätte.
So war meine erste Buchung über EXPEDIA mal eher als Misserfolg zu werten.

Gefallen hat uns eigentlich recht wenig.
Eine Anfrage per Mail blieb unbeantwortet, ein späterer Anruf wurde nur unbefriedigend beantwortet.Personal haben wir überhaupt nicht gesehen.
Mein Zimmer lag nahe am Eingang. Der Zugang wurde bis spät in den Abend als Rauchezone genutzt, sodass mein Zimmer sehr nach Rauch gerochen hat. Das >Zimmer meines Kollegen hat sehr muffig und unangenehm gerochen. Und ein Duschvorhang im Bad....ich wusste gar nicht, dass es so etwas noch gibt.
Alles in allem ein schwaches Befriedigend

Wir warren mit der Familie unterwegs, trotz der Laage im Industriegebiet sehr Leise, Grosse Zimmer, sauberkeit top Personal hervoragend. Wir haben nicht im Hotel gefüstückt aber Der Kaffe war sehr Lecker. Ich würde dises Hotel auch für Geschtsreisen empfhelen. Familie Ic :)

Super Aufenthalt für unser Training

Wir hatten gleich nebenan bei der Polizei-Akademie einen Training für die ganze Woche. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt keine 2 min entfernt von unserem Zielort. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. kostenloser Parkplatz rundet die Sache ab. Können wir sehr empfehlen.
