This was a frustrating stay. I booked my hotel room last minute in a location near a festival. What attracted me was the room size & kitchenette. When I arrived, I asked whether I could use my Miles&More number. I was told to do it at checkout. What I was given looked nothing like what I'd booked. It was small, dirty & stuffy w/ dust everywhere & stains on the furniture. No kitchenette, no fridge, etc. I called a hotels.com representative & they let me know my room could be changed the next morning. I went to my function, came back, & rested. I awoke w/ congestion. I showered, packed, & went down to change my room. The gentleman began to say \"but you stayed a night\". Yea... because I arrived at 2130 & had somewhere else to be. It turns out, they'd put me into the wrong room. I can only assume an assumption about me was made because I paid for a specific room. He asked if I had proof there was a problem with the room. I showed him pictures. Either way, it was the wrong room. I changed to the correct room & it was COMPLETELY different. You couldn't have convinced me that these were the same hotel. However, as soon as I checked the bedding, they're were boogers on the bedding. The backup/extra blanket had what looked like blood stains. I called down for a new blanket & was assured someone would come get the old ones the next morning. They didn't. When it came time to check out, they refused to add my Miles&More number. I don't think they expected me to speak up about my room.

It is somewhat difficult to find the entrance in the back of the mercure hotel passing the too full carbage cans and the facility tech. machines. Also the marketing photos sold it to us with a swimming pool and as it was blocked with high ugly metal fences especially our kids first impression was a deep disappointment. We checked in the kids crying..nice. The facilities inside was ok and the mercure people at their reception very helpful.

Great place, great rooms and decor, friendly service but location not so much. It’s in the middle of industrial area with lots of derelict and closed down outlets and malls. It’s 15 min walk to the S-bahn station and it takes 45-60 minutes to get to Stuttgart by train. But if you don’t care about location or close proximity to the city - it’s an awesome place to stay and I’d highly recommend it.

We needed to find a place close to our meeting and found this gem. It is a relative new hotel and the room set up like a small studio with stove tops, dishes, fridge, etc. I reserved a double room so there are 2 single beds pushed together.The room was very comfortable and the staff speaks fluent English and ready to cater to your needs.
It is very close to downtown Boligen - a small quaint German town. Stuttgart is only 20-min drive away and of course, there is no shortage of castles w/in less than an hour drive. I'd stay here again.

Average hotel. Pictures shown here and on Google do not reflect the real conditions of the room. The cleanliness of the room is mediocre. They do need a renovation. I paid for garden view, I avoid to post here what was the real view, just check on street view. Two positives: staff is very friendly and breakfast is good.

Tolles Bild, toller Internetauftritt. Das Foto zeigt aber nur den Neubau des Hotels, nicht den Bestand. Mich hatte bei der Buchung neben dem Bild auch die versprochene Sauna und der Fitnessraum inspiriert. Nun die Sauna ist kaputt und nicht in Betrieb und der Fitnessraum besteht aus einem ehemaligen Zimmer mit einem Stepper und einem Fahrrad, welche beide nicht in Betrieb sind. Das Frühstück ist super, aber meiner Meinung nach zu teuer und das Handtuch im Bad war so dreckig (nicht vom Vorgänger) es war zusammengelegt, hatte aber braune Streifen! Also ehrlicher Service und Leistung geht besser. Aber vielleicht haben wir einfach nur zu viel erwartet für das Geld!

Standard as expected. Their WEB page says that receptions was closing at 10PM, but I had no problems arriving at 12PM. Still people there. Rooms are clean and nice. Rooms are in a different building, 20 meters next to the reception. Fresh and new bathroom is always a plus. No surprises.

Die Unterkunft ist neuwertig und erfüllt alle Standarts.Trotz Strasse und Autobahn Lärm hat man nichts gehört. Die hellhörigkeit von den Zimmern ist eher leise.Gleich neben an ist das Rinalto Hotel vorher Mercure, daher ist der Frühstücksraum auch gemeinsam.Man kann jedoch auf dem Zimmer des Arthotels selber Frühstück oder Essen zubereiten, weil dort eine Küchenzeile mit eingebaut ist.Was es jedoch zu bemängeln gibt das wenn man mit dem Partner verreist und ein Doppelbett bucht die Betten zwei einzelne Betten sind die zusammen gestellt werden und mit einer losen Verbindung zusammenhalten sollen. Dies ist äußerst mangelhaf,denn die Betten rutschen sehr schnell ausernander, daher müsste ein Schreiner eingeschalten werden der eine haltbare Verbindung anbringen wird.Der TV ist modern jedoch muss man sich auskennen mit der Technik, da keine Gebrauchsanleitung vorliegen tut, was notwenig wäre. Wenn die Verkabelung nicht funktioniert gibt es kein WLan und kein Fernsehen, daher bedarf es einer kleinen Einleitung im Zimmer. Bis auf diese Kleinigkeiten lässt sich das Arthotel sehr empfehlen.Im Altbau des Rinalto Hotels gibt es zwar auch schon Erneuerte Zimmer, jedoch bedarf es einer Grundsanierung im ganzen Haus. Dann ist auch das Hotel für durchreisende oder Kurzurlauber zu empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Zimmer, wir waren positiv überrascht! Das Zimmer ist größer als auf den Bildern. Die Küche hatte alles was man benötigt. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig. Allgemein sehr modern und neu eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Man hat einen Ausblick auf den schönen Garten (hänge schaukeln, Volleyball Feld, Tischtennis Platte, Schachfeld auf dem Boden, Sitzplätze mit Tischen auf teilweise Sandboden). Da das Hotel der Neubau vom Mercure ist empfiehlt es sich auf jeden Fall lieber dort ein Zimmer zu nehmen. Ein großer Real sowie weitere Geschäfte sind direkt gegenüber. Allerdings ist das Hotel am Ortsende, nicht im Wohngebiet. In die Stadt muss man mit einem Taxi fahren (7€ pro Strecke). Lohnt sich!
