Everything was wonderful, especially the staff from the balkans, they were amazing.
But it is 2025, you have superchargers outside but cant manage to make wifi work even though there was not much guests.

We had room #355 triple room with nice balcony and mini fridge which was great to keep our food and drinks. Large room, very clean, renovated bathroom, staff was nice, excellent breakfast with wide variety. Close to the alpine road. Very quiet after 9:30 pm while the alpine road is closed.

This hotel is ideally located to explore surrounding tourist locations as well as to enjoy a quiet and scenic village. The staff are wonderful, and the hotel is run with obvious care and pride.

Hotel room is large and is more like a small suite as it comes with the kitchen. We stayed there for one night in early June while the weather is still cool at night, but you might want to consider again if you visit in the summer time as it does not have air condition in the room. The overall stay is very nice and the neighborhood is quite quiet at night.

The hotel is conveniently located between Hohe Tauern National Park and Zell am See. Our room had two double beds, each in a separate room, which is nice for families. Indoor pool and wellness area was very nice. The only downside is that the hotel is on a very busy road which can be a bit noisy if your room faces that direction. However, for the price and convenience, I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very expensive for the size of the room. Also, dogs are not welcome in the restuarant, only in the garden room. We felt segregated from everyone else. Also, had to pay 7 euros a day extra for the dog. Also, the employees were not willing to give QPS address to ski slopes, and other tourest sights, as a result we wasted alot of time trying to find these locations.

We arrived starving and tired. The receptionist instantly made us feel welcome, and we loved our room and comfy bed. The dinner buffet was very good, as was the breakfast buffet (and I usually hate buffets). The hotel is well placed to access the Glocknerstraße and Hohe Tauern Park. On our second day, the receptionist gave us a fantastic recommendation for a hike up a nearby glacier. The hike was tough, but a totally wonderful experience. We relaxed both nights in the steam room and sauna which smelled like rose water. Our stay was truly wonderful!

Tolles Hotel und hochwertige Einrichtung. Besonders zu erwähnen der Außen- wie auch Innenpool. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Lediglich fehlte uns wie in vielen Hotelzimmern inbegriffen, ein Kaffeeautomat bzw. ein Wasserkocher. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Besonders zu erwähnen, dass die morgendlichen Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet werden. Ein tolles Hotel mit Familiengeschichte und sehr freundlichen Hotelbesitzer.

Vi boede i anneks bygningen i egen lejlighed. Stor rummelig lejlighed. Vi var to voksne og to mindre børn afsted. Der var det vi skulle bruge i lejligheden. Hotellets pool er helt fantastisk! Og omgivelserne i det hele taget, både i gå og køre afstand! Maden på hotellet var ikke lige os, men kvaliteten virkede udemærket. Der er andre alternativer i byen, men vi benyttede os af lejligheden og indkøbsmuligheder 7 min i bil udenfor byen. Anbefaler man har bil med til dette hotel.

Trenigsrommet opplevdes litt trangt da det var veldig mange apperater. Selv om de var av eldre årgang var det veldig stort utvalg og jeg fikk en meget god treningsøkt. Perfekt. Einfach nur ein tolles Hotel. Aufmerksame und ausgesprochen höfliche Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel ist in allen Ecken modern, gepflegt und sauber. Der Wellnessbereich ist überragend. Das Essen schmackhaft. Das Frühstück vielfältig. Es werden sogar frische Omletts nach Wunsch des Gastes zubereitet. Ein großer Parkplatz steht den Gästen zur Verfügung und für uns als Motorradfahrer sogar Garagen für die Motorräder. Alles inklusive.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, für jeden was dabei. Der Innen-und Außenpool ist sehr schön angelegt. Des Weiteren gab es noch einen schönen Badeteich. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber!

A good hotel. Clean and nice room with two balconies, magnificent mountain view. Good service and good food at the restaurant (although nothing \"special\"). The room had no air conditioning, so it was a little hot in the summer heat. But the doors to balconies could of course be opened, so it helped in the evening. Excellent location when travelling to the Grossglockner Alpine Road.

Super fint hotel. Vi rejste med 2 børn på 1 og 3 år. Hotellet var ikke super børnevenligt. Men vi ville meget gerne komme tilbage og bruge mere tid på de mange faciliteter hotellet kan tilbyde.

Hotell rett ved Grossglocknerstrasse som passet perfekt for oss. Meget stort rom med to adskilte soverom og stort baderom. Rent, pent og gode senger. Hotellet har også restaurant som serverer diverse lokale retter.

It is a very good location when you wanna visit the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse. But it is also very closed to Kaprun (Kitzsteinhorn) oder Zell am See. Good and clean hotel in a wonderfull environment. Large rooms and fine breakfast.

Inmitten einer wunderschönen Landschaft, ca. 10 km von der Großglockner Mautstelle entfernt, liegt dieses schöne und gepflegte Hotel. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, aber sehr schön und sauber, das Frühstück sehr gut. Ein ideales Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für eine Tour zum Großglockner.

Das Hotel habe ich mit meiner 8 jährigen Tochter besucht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Doppelzimmer verfügte über reichlich Platz und war sehr sauber.
Das Schwimmbad und den Fitnessraum haben wir jeden Tag besucht und viel Spaß gehabt. Das Spielzimmer war ausreichend bestückt.

Hotelli oli mukava ja vastasi tähtiluokitustaan. Hotelli on rauhallisessa ympäristössä, hieman sivussa keskustasta, mutta tämä sopii omalla autolla matkustavalle. Hotellin henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä. Hotellilla on pienehkö lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, jossa oli mukava käydä lasten kanssa uimassa retkipäivien jälkeen.
