For us location was good with some minutes walk to U-Bahn and not too far away from city.
Only little disadvantage of the house is the stairs and the old elevator. I don't have a problem to walk up to fifths floor, but for almost 200 EUR per night I would expect more beautiful stairs and elevator. But this is minor.

Rooms were overpriced for the standard being offered. I stayed during a show week at Messe and everything was higher priced including this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mostly positive experience. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made check-in a breeze. My room was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated.
That said, the room was on the smaller side—definitely cozy, but still adequate for one person. Noise transmission was an issue, so I’m glad I brought earplugs; I could hear some activity from neighboring rooms and the hallway.
Overall, I’d give this hotel around three stars. It’s a solid choice if you value cleanliness and friendly service, but be prepared for a smaller room and some noise.

This was my second visit to Hansa and my stay was wonderful. Friendly helpful staff happy to answer questions and provide suggestions. Priced competitively rooms were small but comfortable. I will stay here again. Buffet breakfast was good.

You get what you pay for, its a cheap hotel, no amenities, no A/C, small shower, elevator does not go to the floor, it stops 6 step below the floor. It is a roof over your head which I should have realized. Working with Expedia on a double booking that the staff didn't seem to care about since they had been paid for both.

Parking is difficult. We discussed leaving and checking into another hotel. Hotel parking will only accommodate “small” cars and desk clerk told us our compact rental might be too large. Clerk told us “public garages are hard to find and very expensive”. He told us just park on any nearby small street where parking is free but it isn’t free during the day. Hotel is OK but would stay somewhere else.

We booked 2 nights but only stayed for 1 night. People were very loud in the evening and during the night and even after asking for another room that we did not get and even after talking to them by the evening manager they weren't quiet. If you are a light sleeper, avoid this hotel. Even with ear plugs it was impossible to sleep through and the curtains let the sun through. It was hot in the room with no AC. It was one of the worst stays. The only good thing is the location.

So the hotel is 7 minute walk from Feursee train station which is handy coming from the airport.. Hotel also 15 minute walk to the centre of Stuttgart with shops and restaurants so pretty ok.

Very friendly and helpful staff at check in, not so much at check out. The hotel is very well located, excellent access to public transport, many restaurants in waking distance. The room was very clean, functional and provided basic toiletries. It had no air conditioning, which is usually not necessary. During the recent heatwave the hotel provided a desk fan which allowed for sufficient cooling. Well stocked vending machines offer drinks and snacks in the lobby which is staffed 24/7. I would have liked to be informed about significant construction noise across the street before booking. The hotel is challenging for people relying on elevator service to their floor. Despite some of the shortcomings, the rates are competitive and I would try it once more.

I did notice the noise coming from the halls, and the light leaking from below the door, you might want to bring in a sleep mask. Wir waren für ein Konzert in der Liederhalle. Lage perfekt zu Fuß in knapp 10 Minuten erreichbar. SBahn um die Ecke. Wir bekamen ein größeres 4 Bett Zimmer zum gleichen Preis obwohl nur Doppelzimmer gebucht. Dieses war allerdings in die Jahre gekommen und veraltet. Tür zum Zimmer schleifte massiv beim Öffnen. Dusche lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab und die Ränder waren verschmutzt. Heizkörper im Bad ging gar nicht an. Loch in der Tür zum Bad. Loch in einer Bettdecke. Keine Wasser auf dem Schreibtisch. Fernseher sehr klein und man konnte nicht alle Programme empfangen. Frühstück war allerdings gut. War alles da was man brauchte. Kakao, Kaffee Eier hättem wärmer sein können. Es gibt nur einen alten Aufzug wie von früher bei dem man selbst die Tür schließen muss, dass er fährt. Dieser allerdings nur bis zur dritten Etage. Da wir ein Zimmer in der vierten Etage hatten muss man somit noch Treppen laufen und Gepäck tragen. Aufzug war bei Abreise defekt oder wurde gewartet. Personal nur bedingt nett und sympathisch. Dennoch würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen wenn wir nochmal in die Liederhalle gehen wegen der guten Lage. Aber nicht mehr Zimmer 414. Wir konnten andere Zimmer sehen da war alles schöner und das Bad sauberer und moderner.
