Very clean room. Slightly warm in the winter but had a “cool” mode that helped a little. All in all the staff was wonderful and the room was excellent. Even had a “pillow menu” to pick the type of pillow you’d like.

The Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin hotel was lovely. Although we stayed for one night, the hotel was quiet, well situated (across from the Hbf) and comfortable. The room was spacious. The amenities were useful. The buffet breakfast in the morning had a large variety of options. The hotel staff (especially at the front desk) were extremely polite and communicated well. Thank you !

In the best tradition of grand hotels by train stations, the Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin is just across the street from the Stuttgart Main Train Station. Very convenient to pedestrian mall shopping. Inside the hotel is quiet, spatious, well appointed. Excellent morning buffet.

A first class Hotel in every respect. Large room which even had a walk in closet, as well as a desk for work, sitting room , spacious bedroom and immaculate bathroom.delicious breakfasts with very efficient service. We would recommend this Hotel to anyone on its own account, but also the very close vicinity for Railway Station, cabs and underground.

Location excellent near the train station. Extremely comfortable spacious room with a small separate sitting area. Service was great. Good sized lobby. Breakfast as excellent. Large choice of food and there were some regional baked goods we enjoyed that we had never seen anywhere else in Germany. Very relaxing sauna. We were only there for one night. Unfortunately, it is the little things that stick in our minds. The soap container in the shower was empty. What a pleasure to discover when you are all wet in the shower. We were desperate for a cup of coffee when we arrived in the room but couldn’t get the Nespresso machine working. Housekeeping sent up a worker. It took him 15 minutes to figure out how to do it as the machine was probably on its last legs. The problem was getting the capsule to sit at exactly a certain angle in order for it to work. He showed us what to do. My husband couldn’t do it, didn’t have a delicate enough touch. I did. These were minor issues, but in an expensive hotel. We were each given a free cup of coffee as we sat in the lounge in the late afternoon waiting for our train.

This is not at all your normal hotel near a European train station, it’s much, much better! This is an excellent hotel, directly across the street from the train station. The staff are very good and the rooms are wonderful.

The hotel provides a clean, efficient, safe place to stay. I like hotels with some personality, a sense of warmth and there is little of that here. The restaurant(s) have the same menu throughout and I found the prices to be high especially breakfast. However, given the far and few eating options in the area I ate there. Would I return? If the other alternative hotels looked worth trying probably not.

Great location across from main train station, with quick access to SBahn and UBahn lines. Room was really nice and rainfall shower was refreshing. Breakfast, though not inexpensive, was good with made-to-order items also available. Right on the main shopping district, with plenty of dining options and cultural sites as well.

The hotel is directly across from the main train station in Stuttgart and in the heart of many restaurants and shops, so easy to find. The hotel itself is very nice, super clean and the staff very friendly and helpful! We included breakfast for an extra fee through Expedia, but the breakfast is exceptional.My family & I would stay here again.

1)Paid £456 for 1 night stay (increased prices during football tournament)
2)Journey started from Glasgow at 3am
3)Arrive hotel 11am
4) Not permitted to check in at 3pm - stated policy check in time
5) Not even permitted to check in at 6:30pm.
6) Could not use property facilities (spa, shower, pool) that we had paid for
7) Due to attending the football game, we were not premitted to access our room until 11pm.
8) Arrive to the room to find feather bedding despite requests for hypoallergenic bedding (sister has allergy and asthma).
9) 30mins later - we were given duvets without covers and one thin pillow each.
10) No sofa bed as stated online so had to share a bed which resulted in
11) Hours sleep as a result 3hours in 36hrs
12) Too exhausted from the day before to get up in time for breakfast.
13) No offer of even a free drink at the bar but they were happy to let us spend it. All of this and I have been told I don't meet the conditions for a partial or full refund.
I’m being refused even the offer of a partial refund.
I’m looking forward to returning to Germany but will never stay with this hotel group. They treated us like cattle in transit. I’m disgusted with with their and Expedia’s management of this

Reception team were outstanding! Responding quickly to any correspondence I sent and held a package when it arrived earlier than I arrived.

They were wonderful and arranged an early check in for us as we had experienced an awful overnight journey on the train. They were also very helpful on any questions I had and even gave assistance in finding a nail salon quickly

In our extensive travels, I have never seen such impeccable attention to detail and cleanliness. The chrome in the shower sparkled. The housekeeping staff should be commended for their exceptional work. Front desk staff exceptionally professional and helpful, and the hotel is an absolute delight!

Loved the Davidoff cigar lounge and drink service. Sauna was small but good. Fitness was small but adequate. Breakfast was subpar for 5 star German standards. Also, meats, cheeses, eggs were mixed together on same serving areas making vegetarians like myself unable to enjoy anything but bread, yogurt and coffee. I stay here about 5 or 6 times a year and I have mentioned this every time to management. The meat should be clearly separated from non-meat items and that includes chicken which the girl in the morning told me was not meat. Let's just try to keep all the animal flesh products away from non-animal flesh.

We found this hotel to be very nice during our stay and conveinent to the train station and the Christmas market. The only thing that we did not care for was the smell of cigar smoke in the lobby and hallways due to the cigar bar on property.

Everything was exceptional. We have stayed at this property before and always find it. Perfect. We did meet a new staff member, Noah, who took excellent care of us at the bar. He was so incredibly professional, friendly, and just very pleasant. We would go back to visit him at the bar again.

A trendy room.

I was very happy with my stay, the room was 106 and was a standard room, not the biggest but newly refurbished I guess, the design is around a red colour but it works and is very good. I don’t think the hotel was busy and there was no upgrade that the VIP hotels rewards mentions, if you’re not going to accommodate the offer take it off the website. With that said the staff were super polite and I have no real complaints. I would stay again.

Made us feel comfortable like home

We experienced comfort safety and every wish we asked for was taken care of.
It felt like home, welcoming, friendly and on Nikolaustag we were given a lovely sack with small treats to share with our grandchildren.
The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Stuttgart on foot and also to leave to nearby towns!
Cleanliness is set to a high standard and dont miss out on the breakfast buffet. Excellent and such friendly staff!

Horrible rude staff

The lady in the restaurant was extremely rude! Tried to have a video call with my colleagues and she kept telling us to leave since they wanted to clean the table - never had such terrible, rude kitchen staff. I won’t recommend this place or stay again

This is a beautiful, elegant property very close to the train station. It was clean with professional, great service, and I would highly recommend it. There was an issue with the room being quite warm at night making it difficult to get a good night sleep. The staff indicated they would look into.

Train ride from Berlin to Stugart was horrandous.
But the close proximity of the hotel from the train station, and the swift check-in coupled with the sparkling wine certainly make up for all.

Quick overnight in Stuttgart

One night stay in Stuttgart. Hotel was clean and modern. Comfortably fit three people in our room with extra bed. Very nice buffet breakfast in the morning.
