We reserved hotel specifically for hot tub and sauna. Hot tub was broken. Sauna was working but you were not allowed to go there with kids because of nudity. The front desk were very nice and friendly and lady from Kirginstan was very helpful and offer late checkout. Matresses were old and not very comfortable. Location is good, you can walk to many places. Breakfast buffet was good as well and they have room services available too.

The road out front is busy and you must use the bridge to cross. If you are coming from the train station and have heavy luggage, you will have to carry it up and down semi circular stairs.there is no elevator or ramp.

The hotel was exactly what we would expect from a Marriot Bonvoy hotel. From the Monet in the lobby to champagne at check in. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities needed. The breakfast buffet and room service was excellent. They have their own bees on the roof for honey. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Stuttgart.

We had to charge our car one day, and one of the staff accompanied us to the garage charging station and helped us set it up (the garage is onsite which is nice). Rooms were very nice, albeit fairly dark....there wasn't enough lighting. The location is good...there aren't a lot of restaurants or shopping right next to the hotel, but a 10 minute walk puts you in the middle of everything. We felt very safe walking everywhere, even at night.

The lovely hotel is a casualty of the tremendous construction going on for the new train station; it affects it in every way. The staff however is fantastic. We had a minor problem with our room and they fixed it immediately. They were very gracious and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room amenities were superb! The room service breakfast was amazing!

Very disappointing booking. The staff was excellent and friendly. The room on the other hand was lacking. I've never slept on a mattress that was so uncomfortable in any other hotel. The bed was so stiff it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. The bathroom was small and basic compared to other hotels with similar prices. I will not be returning to this location unless I absolutely have no other options.

Great stay in this hotel. A bit pricey for a standard, but nice room. Bit of a walk to the main shopping area, but any thoughts of mediocrity we had were shattered by the amazing breakfast on hand. Almost worth the price just for the breakfast. Superb staff as well.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We recieved 2 connected rooms for a family in upgraded new rooms. The staff is helpful, especially Marco Jokush at the reception. The pool is great, as well as the gym. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious. The parking fee is quite expensive, and the managment should consider to reduce is, taking into account that paying for the room is not so cheap.

Reception provided great service, and the room (minus the dirty toilet seat) and complimentary toiletries were great. However, the food was terrible! I say this after ordering room service three times. saltiest salmon ever; disgusting pasta with tomato sauce for my daughter; not that good pizza Margherita; disgusting very low quality cold cuts (they served precut sandwich type slices); horrible carrot soup; cold coffee that was suppose to be hot; and bad sausages. It was just continuously disappointing. Oh, and lots of major and ugly construction all around the hotel.
