We had a medical emergency at the hotel and the ambulance had to be called, we spent the day at the hospital the day of our check out, and I was so concerned because we had to get our bags, but the staff was very supportive. They were nothing but espectacular, since day one. I am so grateful.
Location is very close to HB, good breakfast and the area is next to Milaneo’s mall. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice cozy hotel

Well located near mall and 10-15 minutes walk from central station. Rooms are modern but very tiny. Staffs are super friendly and breakfast time is very crowded but good to have in the price paid. Parking is a problem as space is limited and come on first come first served basis without real in-out privilege. You can lose your spot upon a return trip even if you are paying for the service. This is probably a stupid rule given that you are paying more than €20 per day.

Could do with more lifts especially as cleaning staff used the main ones so had to wait a while. Room could have been cleaned better.

Checked in at 10PM. No parking. Manager was not helpful and told me to park on the street. Then she checks me in under the wrong reservation and would not listen when I explained we only had 2 people not 3. Had to call front desk because even the WiFi connection didn’t show me checked in. She wrote the wrong last name on my room key sleeve, then shows up at our door when she finally realized her mistake and has the correct name. I told her I tried to explain and she insisted I was mistaken. Worst Hilton/Hampton experience ever. Worst customer service ever. Totally arrogant manager refusing to take any responsibility for HER mistake. This hotel should be avoided at all costs due to their parking situation.

Very central - the gentleman who checked me in was very welcoming and kind. My room was spacious with an excellent shower and comfy bed and great WiFi. The gym was very good as it had a cable machine so could use that - the complimentary breakfast has great selection and quality. Highly recommended.

Wouldn’t do it again.

Have less than 20 parking spots for the whole hotel or a 7 minute walk to and from parking lot. Room for 3 you can barely get luggage in. While visiting only 1 nice front desk person. Don’t stay here is there are more that 2 of you and/or you have a car.

Can’t fault this hotel apart from the shower screen, having a shower in the morning wets the floor quite a bit even with the small towel provided, beautiful looking design but unfortunately doesn’t catch all the splashing from body

This is a very modern building situated next to a shopping mall, restaurants and little park with amazing water feature architecture for kids to play in

i would give this a 5/5 rating but I paid about triple the average night stay due to being their to watch the euros I have looked at the normal price and I’d say this is a bargain at the price

Parking nightmare

Hotel was good. But had a horrible experience with Parking and hotel staff. Parking is pretty much non-existent in the hotel and beware of where you park in the next door parking mall. My car would have been locked out in the mall during Easter for 2 days. Hotel staff were not helpful and told me that it was my problem for not parking in the right place. I followed the directions as per their advice. Being a non-german speaker and in a new place, I would expect better assistance from the hotel staff.

Hotel is adjoining a train Station, you can hear some noise at night but not overly loud. Staff not very helpful asked for some clean cups when they left the dirty ones after servicing the room at first they said they would send them up then after waiting a while they called back and said come get them yourself

Lovely clean hotel, although the cups/glasses in our rooms were NEVER cleaned for the 5 days we were there, hence my score.

Breakfast was busy and the layout was very tight. For such a large hotel, there were only two coffee machines. The hot food was hit and miss but there was enough choice to be happy.

The staff were extremely friendly, polite and attentive, although they did seem a little under pressure.

There is a train stop right outside the hotel which is a huge positive, although it is only a 10-15 minute walk into the city centre.

Great place for night stopover

Booked Hampton by Hilton as it was fairly close to the Mercedes Museum. Whilst the room for 3 was tight, it gave my wife and I and my grandson a good nights sleep. Our little Dachshund was made really welcome too😁👍 Breakfast was great and parking beneath the hotel was perfect.

The hotel itself was clean and welcoming but the rooms were tiny. There was not enough room to move around the beds and we had no space for suitcases either.
The biggest issue we had was parking. The hotel has a car park but when trying to park in there was told we were in the wrong place. The only option for parking was the shopping centre next door. This was fine but should be noted that the car park is closed on Sunday's and public holidays. We weren't aware of this and when we asked the hotel staff they told us that our car would probably be locked in. This left us with a very stressful night worrying about the following day. We were in fact able to get the car out, but you need to be parked in areas A & B as the rest of the carpark has shutters down. I thought the hotel staff should have been more informed of the parking situation. Other hotels in the area had deals with the shopping centre to offer daily parking rates, I'm really surprised that the Hampton was not included in this.
Breakfast was fine but not enough seating so we had to balance 3 of us round a single person table.

In principle ok but....

Modern hotel, fresh appearance and friendly (though slightly overworked) staff - but: I am typically a very sound sleeper but had two very restless nights here without being able to pinpoint the cause for it, maybe it was the AC, maybe it was the AC. The (free) breakfast was also very basic.

Rummet i bra skick. Det som är inte bra är att hade utsikt mot järnvägen, Minst bra var att frukost matsalen var för liten för så många gäster som skulle äta. Fick klämma mig fram att komma fram till kaffet och när jag skulle hämta mat. Det finns ingen plats att nå fram. Upplevde det som stressigt eftersom ytan var för liten kring borden med mat.
