the closest hotel to the central station, unfortunately the renovation/recreation of the train station makes one walk about 10 minutes to get out of the site. It likely don;t be finished in my our your lifetime. the hotel is convenient , and the rooms are new, modern, spotlessly clean ..

Helpful staff, great location, but the room was very noisy. Earplugs were supplied but you heard lots of noise from next door rooms and also loud bangs from outside. The bed was hard. The bathroom was old-fashioned but had good hot water. The heaters in the room provided good warmth as it was around 0degrees outside.

Room was basic but ok. Room was clean and surprisingly quiet. Found it frustrating that both reception attendants did not speak basic English, which made communication difficult. This lead to a major misunderstanding about room charge amount. Until I insisted on seeing her computer screen and realized she was saying 400 but meaning 200.
Area surrounding hotel is a bit grungy and lots of vagrants. Most likely would not stay here again

I’d suggest some improved lighting at the car park entrance to the hotel, or at least painting of the step to make it easier to see and hopefully avoid any further falls.

Was ok for a short stay with convenience to train. Room was small for 3 people. No temperature control but did have a fan. Shower setup in the bathtub was REALLY strange. Check their bathroom pics. Service and breakfast were good. Small elevator but easy access to parking garage.

This hotel is one of the worst I've been in a long time.

Check-in staff was AMAZING, I can give them that, he spoke four if not five language.

The room was the start of the disaster.

Bathroom floor drain would overflow when taking your shower, with dirty water and flood the whole floor of the bathroom.

Bathroom was not clean and dirty.

The bed was dirty. The duvet had hair and dirt all over them and the pillows as well.

No AC nor ventillation so only way to breath in that micro room is to open the windows which are inconvenient (They open over the bed, so if you are tall, watch your head) and then you get the noise all day and night.

The hotel is right next to the train station, police station, hospital and fire station. It will wake you up every 2-5 minutes with siren.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times without a problem. I stayed in room 409 which was a Queen room for single occupancy. The room was very small and whilst it had a nice desk for my computer, there were only 2 available and both were difficult to use. In addition the door to the bathroom didn't open fully (this was part of the design) so a large person would have difficulty gaining access. The breakfast was very expensive and compared to other hotels in the area didn't have any hot items other than boiled eggs) and there was no variation over the 4 days I stayed. I only stayed at the hotel as it had 24 hour reception and I had a late flight into Stuttgart. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!

The one thing that i didnt like was there is no air conditioning in the room and i was Sweating all night coud'nt fall a sleep which made me uncomfortable And I wasn't rested for my next day adventure because of the heat in the room. Other then that everything was good and i like the city.

Staff was amazing. Helpful all the time. Location across from the main train station can’t be beat!! Super clean with daily room cleaning. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s not fancy, but the overall value is really what matters. I’m planning to stay there whenever I visit Stuttgart!

Great location, nice staff but a bit uncomfy room

The staff is very polite and friendly, they are there to help their customers for sure. We stayed there for a couple of days because of the great location (the city centre, as well as the main railway station, are in walking distance) and the discount price. However, I would rather pay a bit more if e.g. there was an air conditioner in the room and a more comfortable bed as I could not sleep well and that also affected our days. All in all, it was good for the price, I would recommend it to fellow tourists.

There’s nothing seriously wrong with this hotel it’s just a bit tired looking.
In the room, over the bed, is a reading light housed in wooden case which is positioned such so your likely to bash your head on it when getting up if you forget it’s there.
I was unable to logged on to the free WiFi at all.

It was pretty good. I missed channels in English as the TV during my stay in this hotel was very limited and a bit hard to turn on and look for channels. The guide available was outdated, so it was a bit frustrating not being able to watch it as I would like it.

Hotel was not worth the 2nd best 3 star hotel rating in stuttgart. It was 5 minute walk train station and easy subway ride to airport. 10 minute walk to Xmas market. Room was ok but facing busy street so could not open window with road noise.

You get what you pay for?

The hotel is close to the train station and in a quite good location. However, the carpets are stained and the overall experience was very disappointing. The room required an old fashioned key and the door was difficult to open. I had to ask for assistance more than once. The young woman at the front desk was very lovely and helpful however. :)
The bathroom was so small that the door could not fully open as the toilet was in the way. The shower curtain was stained on the bottom...not a great experience and one that I will give a pass to in the future.

The property is close to Central Train station. It was important to be close shopping center. As a daily Mass attendant, the walk to cathedral church was a short 500 meters.

The staff was very helpful. FYI, there is an option for breakfast for a charge of 12 EUR.

Location is great. Facilities are very subpar though. Rooms are tiny and when you ask the staff for things (like an extra pillow for instance) they say they don't have any. If you're looking for no frills, good location, this is a nice place, otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

You don't get what you pay for

My stay in this hotel for the past trip was overall disappointing. I paid for a room I couldn't get in after a full day visits with customers. I was so tired and need a shower badly but I got a shrug and tough luck looking telling me come back 2 hours later. I don't think they care if I am not happy or I am tired. I left my baggage in my colleague's room and went out unwillingly and exhausted. 3 hours later I returned to the hotel even more exhausted and found out my room was left open with my valuables inside untouched but also room uncleaned. I finally realized it must have been the staff couldn't get my door open and didn't report my broken door that lead to this whole unbelievable unpleasant experience. Adding my colleague's comments that most lights in his room doesn't work and my desk light flashes when it's on so I can't use it. Phone is dead so we had to walk down to report this broken door issue. How unbelievable can it be? I chose to return to this hotel for the past good experience and now the 3 stars ratings seems rediculous if only location remains the only benefit. I certainly would not recommend to anyone again. How would someone want to pay for something you can't use while you needed it most? That really sucks!

The hotel is very conveniently located for the station and the shopping area. It is well maintained but lacks air-conditioning. There was no fan in the room either. This meant that the room was very hot. I needed to open the windows, which are quadruplely glazed, thus letting in the Saturday night hoon's car noise. They seemingly treat the street below as some drag racing curcuit! This was not such a problem on the Sunday night. When the windows are closed there is no sound from the outside. Clearly it is better to stay here in the cooler months. I would use the hotel again, but not in summer!

This was the worst hotel ever. Unfriendly...door does not open properly.
Fungus in the shower...no air conditioning...and when you open the window its very noisy. The bed is tiny and i felt like i was in a prison cell.

Very disappointing stay

i stayed in this hotel 5 years ago and was very happy so when I needed a room for 1 night I booked again. How it has changed.
Lets start with the positive, the receptionist on arrival was polite, helpful and very good in all aspects.
The room, however, was not so pleasing. The bathroom was in good condition and clean. The rest of the room was old, shabby and not very clean. Yes the wood surfaces had been cleaned but the carpet was bordering on the disgraceful, old, worn, grubby, and had not been cleaned around the edges for some time. We felt on;y a half a job had been done. There were two horrendous trip hazards between the bedroom and lobby and the lobby and entrance door. These consisted of a vertical metal upstand of 25mm let into the floor where the adjacent floors were out of level. Anyone tripping on these whilst in bare feet could easily break a toe, they are a major health hazard. The room did not look like it had been decorated for some considerable time, very grubby. The rest of the corridors were in the same condition.
Overall very disappointed.

This was the worst hotel stay I think I have ever had . Staff was a melinial “eye roller” who was annoyed that the old door was sticky and would not unlock. Lets get to the room, was a warm day, room faced south, room faced a courtyard where someone was pressure washing till 9 at night. No ac, no fan, when I asked about the possibility of getting moved I got another eye roll and “sorry but your class of service cannot get moved”. I think I paid 150 euros for a hotel that the worst Motel 6 would have been an upgrade.

This was one of the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in! It was the size of a large walk in closet, as well as the bathroom. Extremely, extremely small and cramped and in no way should this place cost 125.euros a night. It was very dirty and old as well. The only redeeming quality was the location.

This place was a 1 star hotel for no other reDon than location. It was livable if your trip is a few college buddies looking for cheap lodging close to HBF and Canstatter Fest. It’s directly across from HBF and two blocks from Königstraße and literally next door to the Graf Zeppelin. We should have stayed at the Graf Zeppelin but the web pictures made it look much nicer than it was. It’s a very dated building and interior. The breakfast was terrible and we didn’t even bother eating there the 2nd morning even though we paid in advance. Skip this one until the owner rehabs or totally overhauls this hotel.
