Chambre propre et lumineuse, très bon accueil, nous avons eu une personne très sympathique à notre arrivée, à notre écoute malgré la barrière de la langue, elle a réussi à nous faire comprendre le fonctionnent, le parking... très souriante. Un grand merci, je recommande et j'espère y retourner.

I usually enjoy coming into this small hotel, and i am sure I will come back. I like the close location to the tarin station and the relatively quite location. AND the view out the back, towards the green hill.. Nice! But I have real mixed feelings about the last visit.
The receptionist was quite flexible in changing my room at arrival. It was as I am used to in this hotel, just gret to spend a simple night.
But!.. There was some long black hair on the floor in the bathroom, some brownish stains on the sink (like nutella or so?.. I hope.. ), something that looked like cut nails in the basin... And an absolutely horrendous, enormous booger stuck on the wall just next to the toilet. Disgusting.
Beofre leaving for the night, I told the receptionis about it who promised to, 'of course', clean itduring my absence.
Comng back at 2am, hence 9 hours later.... the bathroom had not been cleaned.
The disgusting thing on the wall was still there, the rest as well.
It made my stay real, real uncomfortable. I felt at unease going into the bathroom..
I hope I can get guarantees of this being solved before y next stay.

Unfortunately the room was too dusty for me to sleep and ended up falling ill due to the condition. I did not sleep all night as I also found a dried up blood stain on the curtain.

I would have said something but I got to my hotel very late and just had to put up with it.

The bathroom was the only thing that was ok.

Due to this experience I probably won’t be returning to Stuttgart.

Good value near station but up 84 stairs!

Dated room but excellent value. Be warned - if you arrive by train this hotel is up 84 steps! I’ve stayed before so was aware. Kate arrival due to train delays. Contacted hotel and key left in key safe. However, card wouldn’t open front door due to a fault. Let in by someone inside and the rest was ok.
Room a bit dated but functional. Good shower.

Easy enough to access railway station, although steep slope or steps are involved.
Satisfied for the price, but no extra pillows in a premier room and no coat hangers in the wardrobe seems quite lacking.
No drinking water supply either, with no kettle to boil bathroom water this was also disappointing.
Very spacious room though, and the sofa cushions were useful in place if pillow shortage.
Would look elsewhere next time.

The property is located on top of a hill, to which you have to navigate three flights of stairs to gain access. The property itself was underwhelming and the decor of the room reminded me of the something out of the 80’s a lot of light wood shades. The room was supposed to be serviced every 2 days, but the cleaning team decided to clean after the first night but not bother to replace the towels. I had to ask reception twice. And then I has three towels on still wet?? The windows in the room open but I would recommend fully opening it, as there is no balcony and the drop is steep. One evening I came back to my and they 2 wasps constantly buzzing around the room. I would not recommend this hotel. I believe there are far suitable options available.

They came to my room without knocking opening my door 9am one of the workers want to fix something in the bathroom I tried to tell them that I have until 11 am the check out and they said we have to fix the bathroom I was half asleep I had to leave the room

Keine Heizung nachts, Zimmer eiskalt. Ansonsten oK

Das Zimmer war oK, Lage sehr nahe am Hauptbahnhof. Beim Check-In ging die Heizung im Zimmer noch, als ich abends vom Essen zurückkam, leif sie nicht mehr. Entweder ist sie ausgefallen oder wurde über nacht abgedreht. Dadurch war es im Zimmer sehr kalt und nicht komfortabel. Auch am Morgen keine Heizung. Kein Personal beim Check-out am Morgen anwesend.
Mit funktionierender Heizung würde es eine bessere Bewertung geben.

Stayed 3 nights in this property. The curtains were falling off the curtain tracks , staff advised that they will be fixed the following day but it didn’t happen.
In the bathroom, the cover of the exhaust was broken and was placed on the window sill. No attempt to fix the problems

Avoid This Hotel - Terrible, Aged, Underinvested

Terrible hotel. Stayed in a Superior Double Room. Room was pretty basic and not what one would expect from a Superior Room. Had a faulty TV on the desk despite the fact a new TV had been installed. Nearby road was very noisy. No aircon meant that the room was like a Sauna most of the night. Alternative was opening windows and being kept awake by all of the nearby traffic. Was awoken around 3am when the bathroom fan fell from the ceiling onto the bathroom floor. Very poor, underinvested hotel. Appears to have recently changed name as their was a different name written on the side of the hotel. I won't be back and I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is close to the city's main railway station. The heating system did not work in the booked room and, as a compensation, I received a free upgrade to a better and more spacious room with street view and also free breakfast. The free WiFi connection is very good. The reception is closed during the night, after 10 pm.

We loved everything about the hotel! We should not judge a book by its cover. If you look at the hotel outside you can’t tell how nice the rooms are! The staff was super friendly and neighborhood was quiet.

Friendly mid-size hotel, perfectly location across from the main train station, but far enough to be quite and nice. The hotel has no a/c, Our room received sunlight all day and was uncomfortable at night... but the staff gave us a floor fan and that improved the situation.

The bottom sheet was not fitted and came off during the night making it uncomfortable. The savings on providing such a tiny pillow must be considerable to risk your guests being unhappy. They paper thin towels must also provide similar savings.

In general, it was a pleasant one-night stay. The room was big and clean, and the staffs were kind too. The only negative thing is that there is a hill which you need to climb to get to the hotel and there are only stairs. It means you need to detour if you have big luggage. Other than that the location was also good. Easy to reach from the hbf.

First, there are 2 ways to get to this hotel from the train station. However, there must have been a name change because on one side it says Hotel Pflieger, which was really confusing. The hotel is up a hill also from the train station, so although it is close, be prepared for an uphill walk. Anyway, everything else was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

This is a small hotel which is clearly treasured by the gentleman and woman who run it. There is careful attention to details, from the visual presentation and excellent flavors of the breakfast to the plants and flowers in the lobby. It's a 15 minute walk to the Central Train Station, although I must admit we got lost amongst the contruction around and at the Station. The hotel is excellent!

Great location and pleasant place

Fantastic place; quiet and serene, in a great location. You are located next to a vineyard, yet somehow a five-minute walk down a cool outdoor staircase and across a street to the Hauptbahnhof. Very friendly service. Highly recommended!

Otelde Ekimin sonunda bir gece konakladım. Otelde kalorifer yanmıyordu ve oda buz gibiydi. Küçük ve ince bir yorgan koymuşlar. Üzerime 5 kat giydim. Eşortman üzerine kot pantolon giydim ve o şekilde uyumak zorunda kaldım. Gece resepsiyonda görevli kimse yoktu. Bu yuzden ilave yorgan da isteyemedim. Hayatımdaki en kötü otel deneyimi olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

Ein Check-In war leider nicht möglich. Ich musste mir ein anderes Hotel buchen.

Mit mir wollten noch drei andere Gäste einchecken. Ein Gast hat drei Stunden versucht den Inhaber zu erreichen.

Irritierend ist, dass auf dem Buchungsportal ein 24h Check-In steht, im Kleingedruckten der Bestätigung dann darauf hingewiesen wird, dass man bei einer Anreise nach 18:00 Uhr den Inhaber 24h vorher kontaktieren sollte.

Nach der Ankunft um 21:30 Uhr hat man uns ohne Voranmeldung mitgeteilt, dass es ein Wasserschaden gab und genau unsere zwei Zimmer nich mehr verfügbar sind, obwohl viele Menschen das Hotel betreten und verlassen haben. Man hat uns nicht einmal geholfen, um diese Uhrzeit eine andere Bleibe zu finden.

I call the hotel to inform that I will arrive late. They confirmed me that my key will be in a safe box and sent me a code. When arriving the box was empty and nobody was there. I called 10 times in vain. I stayed in the lobby more than 30 minutes alone. I asked help to a cleaner who found my key (still don’t know how). I went to me room after midnight

I recently stayed at Mirage Hotel in Stuttgart, and overall, my experience was average. The comfort level of the hotel was mediocre, as the furniture and amenities were not very comfortable. The service and breakfast were also just okay—not particularly impressive but not disappointing either.

However, one of the highlights of my stay was the reception staff. They were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, which made a positive difference in my experience.

One downside was the lack of slippers in the rooms, which would have added to the comfort. While the stay was not particularly remarkable, it was decent for a short visit.

Muy bien para el precio que se paga, muy cerca de los lugares de interes y la estacion central, sali de noche y sin problema. La recepcionista muy amable nos ayudo con un percance.
Bonito, con mesita. Amplio el baño.
El único problema es que la avenida estaba en reparación y esta un poco difícil llegar, más porque google maps te manda por atrás en las escaleras y no la calle principal. Pero una vez que lo entiendes todo es mejor.
