We were allocated room 112 which is where the trams converged. It resulted in two sleepless nights. After the second night I asked for ear plugs they had run out, I asked to be moved as I was so tired by that point I could not enjoy the holiday. Which they did agree to but what a hassle. The worst part is they charge the same price for this room but are well aware of how bad it is. If we had stayed in that room the whole time I would have only given 1 star.

2nd time we have stayed at this hotel when visiting Munich. Great location for transportation and walking to main tourist areas. Rooms and hotel are funky in style and music which is cool. Unfortunately this time it was rather loud with lots of banging doors and the air con didn’t work. However would stay again due to location, facilities, staff friendliness and food.

The staff were all great. The hotel is in a great location next to Central Station. The rooms are quite dark with poor lighting and there are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms.
During one Breakfast session, the restaurant had a lot of guests and staff struggled to keep some foods and drinks topped up, such as the filter coffee and smoked salmon.

25hours was a great base for our night in Munich. The vibe is eclectic, playful and fun. They were very accommodating giving us an early check-in and staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and everything in the mini bar is free (!). Such a refreshing treat. The buffet breakfast is delicious and sitting in the sun lit restaurant there is a lively atmosphere.
Two points to note: (1) there is no parking at the hotel which is not the end of the world but makes baggage drop off and car loading a bit of a pain, and (2) the location of the hotel is near the train station which makes any street facing room quite noisy.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location for the train station, but unfortunately that means noise from the trams all night, you can even feel the ground shaking when the trams pass by. The sink and tap are very nice but would’ve been better if they were located inside the bathroom not outside. When taking shower everything inside the bathroom including the towels get wet because there are no hooks for the towels inside the bathroom.

. Located across the street from a major construction site for the hauptbahnhof, the 25Hours Royal Bavarian turned out to be a tad twee even for our trend-tolerant taste. Behind the registration desk hung a bicycle and portraits of Bavarian nobles looking like both they and the painter were coming down from acid trips. Our room was furnished simply, with a pine ledge serving as a desk and three-legged milking stools as bedside tables. The sink and vanity were in the room itself. The shower and toilet shared a tiled cubicle. To avoid flooding, we had to be sparing with the shower wand.
Although we had asked for a coffee setup in our room, there was none when we arrived. “Saturday is always very busy,” explained one of the receptionists, who varied during our stay from competent and helpful to seemingly newly arrived from countries where neither English nor German was the dominant language. After some prompting, we received a kettle and carafe the next day.

Large hotel with sauna. Convenient to metro - 2 stops to the Marienplatz. Staff were very friendly. Free mini bar (it has 2 beers, 2 waters and a soda). Fun bar/lounge with live music. Checked out early (6am) and no one was around so it was abit frustrating to get my final bill

The hotel was in a good central lovation for transportatio and was clean and quiet. The only complaint that we had was that they claimed to have climate controlled rooms however, when trying to use the termostat, the AC never came on and neither did the fan. We could open the window, but that defeated the purpose of a soundproof room.

This place was just amazing — like a cross between the Chicago Athletic Club (an upscale boutique hotel) and a Kimpton. I’ll definitely stay at a 25hours property when I’m back in Europe.
