We stayed for 2 weeks in August in a Cosmopolitan Superior Loft. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of space in the wardrobe for unpacking clothes. The mattress was comfortable but pillows were flat. The room itself could have been a bit cleaner. The table had sticky spots on it that obviously had not been wiped after the previous guests and the fridge had spills inside and few stray blueberries! Because the room only gets cleaned once per week, we had to ask for additional towels and dishwasher tabs.
We had an issue with the shower drain being clogged but it was addressed quickly. During the day staff was available, however not in the evenings or weekends. On Saturday evening our toilet stopped working and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone even when calling the emergency line. So we had to wait until Monday to have it fixed. This caused an inconvenience as we were forced to leave the hotel to use the bathroom. While staff were apologetic, no compensation was offered.
The location is good, just a short walk to the bus and train. Within 5 minutes by train you are in the city centre. A Reve grocery store is right around the corner which was very convenient, as well as many cafes and restaurant options.
I gave the hotel a 4 star rating due to location and room size for longer stays.

The lofts were beautiful, the amenities perfect, and the location very good. There is no AC or fans in the lofts and we were there in temperatures above 30°C and the rooms were unbearably hot until the middle of the nights once the windows opened and sun went down.

I request an iron and ironing board as welll as a late check out no one responded. The room smelled fun not water the refrigerator does not even have a chill in it so it was hot inside. And i got locked out of my room no one is answer the emergency number seeing that iy is an unattended property. Im pissed to say the least

We booked a total of 7 rooms, we were very happy about the size and the cleanliness for the rooms. Unfortunately, 2 rooms had problems as the neighbor room were very loud as they partied most of the night in the room. We released that the walls are very thin as one of the rooms could hear other rooms having sex.

This aparthotel ticks all the boxes you'd need for a comfortable stay. The beds are superb, the room is spotlessly clean, the kitchen and bathroom are good sizes and the location is excellent for the U Bahn.
The room is nicely furnished and the WiFi is absolutely outstanding. We had speeds of around 250mb which is far quicker than anything I've seen in a hotel at home.
But it just felt like there was maybe a little lack of attention to detail. The corridors to the rooms are horrible and give a first impression that isn't fair on the rest of the stay. There are no added extras in the room, like a couple of biscuits, a welcome pack type thing with handy information such as how to recycle, get bins emptied and local info, there is even a lack of pictures on the walls which makes part of the room feels very sparse.
Small details were lacking. The room key was plain and unbranded. The numbers in the corridor were in sheets of A4 in cheap looking frames. Outside the lighting is extremely poor around the entrance.
Don't get me wrong, we had a very nice stay, would return and would happily recommend. But this is a venue with huge potential, and it just feels like a few little tweaks would quickly and easily take it from a 4 star review to a full 5. Because it's very close.

I loved the location of this property. Shopping for food was really close. Restaurants and bakeries were also very close. And shopping and sights were only a 30 minute walk from the apartments. I highly recommend this location. The location made it so I did not have to rent a car.

Hatte leider zur falschen Zeit gebucht, war eine Messe vor Ort und bis nachts um 2 Uhr Lärm ohne Ende sehr hellhörig da Restaurant unter meinem Fenster war und die Leute draußen saßen und nicht auf die Zeit geachtet haben war denen auch egal. Wir lieben diese Loft Appartements. Wir waren nun das zweite mal über das Wochenende zwei tage da. Beim jetzigen besuch haben wir ein kostenloses mega upgrade für die zwei zimmer panorama suite bekommen. Wir waren sprachlos und wie beim ersten mal auch von der stilvollen Einrichtung und der Sauberkeit überzeugt. Bei der grossen Suite war alles nochmal perfekter :) wir sind mit dem zug und mit dem bus angereist. War gar kein problem, sehr gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es sehr vielen. Tagsüber waren wir einkaufen bei rewe die straße runter. Die einkäufe konnte man im Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer lagern. Am abend haben wir uns taiwanisch bestellt (absolute Empfehlung!), das hotel wurde vom lieferservice sehr einfach gefunden.

Es war ein wunderschönes und sehr großes zimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett. Die lage ist mitten in Stuttgart ost und es gab viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen. Oder die verbindung mit bus und bahn um in die Stadt zu kommen waren nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotelzimmer/Hotel an duch würde ich ohne Probleme weiter empfehlen.

Ja, de gangen in het complex zijn kaal (onafgewerkt beton), maar wat boeit dat? Het appartement zelf is heel netjes en modern. Parkeren: op straat, betaald en aangezien het vol was, moest ik een klein stukje lopen

Wir hatten ein größeres Hotelzimmer mit einem kleinen Loungebereich. So richtig sauber war alles nicht ganz. Paar Streifen oder Kratzer an den Wänden, die Bettdecken hatten den ein oder anderen Fleck... Das Parkangebot ist echt schwierig. Es gibt zwar viele Parkmöglichkeiten aber alle so vor allem früh und abends besetzt.

Der Zustand des Panaroma Loft‘s ist nicht gut. Das Zimmer sollte renoviert werden (Wasserflecken/Kalkflecken im Bad, Boden, Wände schmutzig, knarrendes Bett) Da kann der tolle Ausblick insgesamt nicht für ein Gut überzeugen. Schade!
