Location is good. Close to bus stop which takes you to Haram bus stop. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby for very good price. Rooms were tidy. 2 of the 3 beds had problems but staff replaced them immediately. Honestly, cannot speak highly enough for the staff. They make this place worth booking. They were so attentive and responded to all our requests. Very kind and polite team. Thank you!

Regrettably, there is no bus shuttle service to Masjid Haram. The room we booked was situated on the side of the main road, which resulted in excessive noise. Furthermore, the carpet in the room was stained, and the washroom was not adequately cleaned. The bath towels were also too small.

The hotel itself I would not recommend it, it was not as advertised, very old and dirty room, the bathroom drainage was blocked.

We had Cockroach on our bed and then reception demanded proof and sent up a staff member to check. When he saw it, they changed our room. So was not happy with the hotel room. I couldnt book another hotel because of how busy it was in the area. Was not happy with the stay at this hotel.

What stood out to me about this hotel is that the staff is excellent. They were very helpful, and went out of their way to make sure guests are having a great experience. Overall, the room and beds are clean (and I did a thorough check). The showers show discoloration, but it looks like it’s due to aging, rather than cleanliness. Although we purchased a room with two beds, we were given 3, but I’m not complaining. An extra bed was really nice. The buffet options were decent. We stayed a total of 3 days, and each day had a different food selection. The transportation is the most convenient about this hotel, because it’s right across from the entrance. Although the hotel has its own shuttle bus, I chose to take the free public buses to Makkah that were across from the hotel that ran more frequently. The bus station that deports from Makkah was also easy to access, and ran frequently. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Makkah.

Alhamdu Lillah I was very happy and satisfied with the service. My room was always clean, I was in room 0124, but I forgot to ask the name of the housekeeper, but he ensured I always had my needs. And the staff was great as well. I really appreciated and thanked the workers/staff members. In sha Allah I wish to come back again.

This is Makkah's hidden gem for a busy time of the year, like the last ten nights of the month of Ramadan . If you do not mind the patient of the well run transportation to and from haram - which understandably because of volume of people tests your patience even as it is safe - this is one of the best places you can stay in Makkah in my experience. Customer service is top notch and the hotel is clean and the management very proactive. They use social media well and got in touch with me even before I arrived to confirm my arrival and confirm my checked in ahead of time. Very smooth. They have a very good musallah - clean and a very good buffet. Very satisfied with the stay. I'd be coming back with family in shaa Allah

Big hotel but there was always an odor from toilet. The service was poor because when you have any issues, they never pick calls at the reception. Phone will be ringing nonstop, until you go downstairs. I also had a problem with the location. The hotel shuttles can't be used during Ramadan, only public buses convey pilgrims to and fro. This is a major problem as there is a crowd before and after every salat so getting a bus to and from masjid al Haram was hectic. We didn't enjoy our stay.

The hotel is nice but the reception staff is not at all good . The bell boys are very helpful thpugh.
However there is no room service. We asked for it several times but didn’t get kt . I asked fresh towel in the morning and after repeated reminders phone calls and 3 visits to the reception i got it late after 10 pm. The room was no e but the mattresses were bad and creaking
There were even coalroaches in the room.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel very convenient and easy to go to Haram. The bus are available 24 seven staff was really great.
Specially Abdullal Ba Rahim provides great customer service. Definitely recommend this hotel from Hotel to Haram in Bus only take 2 to 3 minutes and it drop at the door step of Safa Marwah

Then later that night the receptionist who failed to check me in in a clean room, came knocking at my door with a security guy saying I didn't go back to him after checking in.

Staff was extremely disrespectful especially Boudor Tayeb who works at their front reception. The night manager, Ibrahim, was not helpful at all. Kept telling us to just go to our room and he will help but when we got to the room we were waiting another 2 hours with no response from any staff.

Our room disgusting with sheets with blood stains and some brown stains. Floor was not vacuumed had crumbs and other garbage on floor. Staff hair on the bed and the supervisor of housekeeping, Suliman, told me that his housekeeping staff do not wear hair nets as he did not want to take responsibility for anything. Also internet did not work in the rooms.

And finally we booked this room for the ease of access to Al Haram although due to the incapabilities of their staff we were moved into 4 different rooms which took over 6 hours as none of the rooms were setup before they gave it to us, the housekeeping had to ask us to leave the rooms to set it up. Why did they not set it up before moving us into that room? Very unprofessional and weird operations for a hotel. And due to this delay in giving our room we missed prayers because we had to wait for them to setup beds.

Like the area. Lots of shops around and easy access to bus that takes you to haram. The front staff was hesitant to change room as the room was very smelly when we checked in. Upon insisting he finally changed. The front staff needs a lot of training as I needed some tissues and some cream but no one answered. After som many unanswered calls I went to the reception and the lady sitting there was on her snap chat and didn’t bother answering the called.when confronted she never apologized and said she will send someone but never did. The other staff was great but the front staff don’t seem to be too interested in their job. The bellmen and cleaning staff were all great and hardworking. Nice hotel but the front staff needs to be client focused not self focused

Let’s start with the positives, the hotel has a bus shuttle outside which is very quick and convenient. The housekeeping staff is very nice and attentive. And that’s pretty much it.
We had a bad stay at this place. Beginning with the rude and arrogant reception. Told us we can’t have our laundry back today have to wait until tomorrow, just to call housekeeping and them bringing it up to our room with no problem. The building is super old, we had a burst pipe waking us up in the middle of the night. Instead of trying to help us settle in a new room ASAP, we had to let 4 men see the burst pipe first, in a time frame of over one hour. We then got shown 2 dirty rooms, before finally getting one on that was just clean enough. The new room had no warm water, not sure if that’s because we ended up in the 11th floor. Overall not a great experience.

Had a horrible time. The key card wouldnt work. Had to run up and down 4 times before getting into the room. Our room and bathroom was only cleaned once during 7days that too after complaining twice. Buffet is a waste of money no variety or continental foods. Not much fruits to have nor did they provide you with things you asked for

Overall the hotel was good and the staff was very nice, location is also very nice and is very close to Haram. There are free bus rides from Hotel to Haram and back.

However, the room was not very clean and walls need to be repainted. The shower was too small and there is a large opening that makes water spread all over the floor the washroom. Internet was very slow.

Breakfast was good but the dining area carpet was dirty and should be changed or replaced with tiles.

This place is okay if u don’t care about hygiene. I mean the bathroom was not clean at all. We were there for umrah so we were okay with whatever we got. But the bathroom shower was so dirty and all the water leaked out of the shower since there’s no door. the hotel walls are thin so it’s noisy. I don’t recommend this if you’re going with family. Not a good quality hotel. The location is okay as it’s a 10 minute drive to masjid al haram.

The guys were not cleaning and they were dishonest
The rooms had a lot of insects and where bitting us all the time we changed the rooms but the new rooms were the same full of insects and were bitting us while the time and the place was smelling bad
The front desk people where professional but
The stuff especially the cleaning guys are dishonest and and not trusted
They can not speak English or Urdu
if you want any service you should know Arabic
I don’t know why people are keep coming to this dirty
I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel
My 8 night with my family was the worst experience we had in the Elaf Bakka

Below average staff services despite being called again & again even to fix locker or to bring towels in the room. The towel hanging hook fell off on my right foot thumb & caused serious injury but stuff was not even apologetic at all.They didnt even fix the hook during my entire stay...throughly disappointing...

The price was excellent. Please keep your expectations very low. The rooms need updating and cleaning. Transportation by bus takes about 2 minutes. If your a couple or single, worth the savings as bus is very inconvenient. You end up waiting 20-30 minutes. If you have kids, stay away!
