I had higher expectations for this hotel and i feel that it made me more frustrated with the experience. Not four stars - the price was pretty low which should have been a warning, everything costs extra once you arrive.

Parking very limited and difficult to maneuver, streets are very cramped.
Toilet was fixed to wall and sagged and groaned when i sat, didnt feel comfortable fully sitting
Corner room, good size. Ac did not work, outdated furniture. Door needed to be slammed to latch closed.
Nowhere in shower to put anything, it was also very small, with one unlabeled bottle fixed to the wall (but not tamper proof, i could pick it up and open it).
Provided a little basket of sample size body lotion and conditioner, no shampoo or soap
Towel radiator didnt seen to work, and there was minor cosmetic damage to some areas (bathroom doorframe, shower)
Breakfast was just ok, cold cuts, bread, and was 12.50 euro per day per person!
It is close to public transport, our window faced the tram which could be quite noisy, especially when we opened the window (which was necessary during the day due to the lack of ac). The location could be better - it seemed like perhaps once a nice area that was not not so nice. I agree with another reviewer, it doesnt seem very safe to walk back here at night alone.

Had a great time in Stuttgart. The stay at Hotel Astro was comfortable. The room was big and it was great to have aircon in such hot weather. Our top floor room had a great view over the neighbourhood. The bathroom was interesting, having a Jacuzzi type bath with a hand shower but no shower curtain. I only shower, so avoiding a wet floor was quite a challenge. the hotel is well located, a few blocks away from a bunch of restaurants & across the road from the river front.

Went to Stuttgart for the Christmas markets absolutely A1, the hotel was not our first choice, we where staying in an apartment. Enough said of that experience, let’s just leave as a farmer would like it for the mess that was there rotten right through🤮🤮nasty!! The late booking of the hotel was excellent exceeded expectations!! Staff where excellent rooms brilliant overall well impressed⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect for what we needed
Hotel is in a pretty quiet area but ideal for what we needed. We were visiting the festival at Neckar park so it was either a 10 minute taxi ride or a few stops on the tram. Breakfast was ample and rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that when we got our bill it was 50 euros more than we had booked it for. After a few minutes of we did eventually pay what we were expecting.

The location worked very well for us. It is in a residential area, but is near several train stops, with easy access to city center. The room we had was quite small, but clean. The shower was small, but good. Our major issue was that there were NO English TV channels, only German and Chinese. We expected at least an English news channel (BBC or CNN International).

Excelente opción para pasar la noche después de un día de museos, llegamos a las 11:00pm con una llegada autónoma, el cuarto listo e impecable, el desayuno muy bien por €12 y la recepcionista muy amable por la mañana.Tiene estacionamiento por €10 la noche y está justo detrás del hotel. El hotel está ubicada en una zona residencial por lo que el estacionamiento es muy difícil por la noche, tomaría el del hotel.

Hotel sauber und ordentlich. Zwischen 2 S-Bahnstationen gelegen. Zimmer zur Straße etwas laut. Es gibt 2 gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze hinterm Haus oder schräg gegenüber. Zimmer ausreichend mit Fenster zum komplett öffnen und Verdunklungsvorhang. Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Frühstück im Keller mit freundlicher Bedienung. Auf dem Buffet alles was man braucht inclusive Rührei. Check in etwas umständlich da von Perso und Kreditkarte eine Kopie gemacht wird. Rechnung erhält man beim Check out.

Huone oli siisti ja raikas tuoksu sisään tultaessa. Siisti, mutta sängyn alta siistitty huonosti. Sänky oli todella siisti ja hyvä. Vesihanasta ei saanut kylmää vettä eikä henkilökunta sitä saanut toiminaan. Hotellin sijainti oli mainio muuhun liikkumiseen mutta matka kentältä majoitukseen oli pitkä. Wasen oli 10min U-bahn matkan päässä.

Wir Haben ein Zimmer im Keller bekommen. Statt der gewünschten zwei Einzelbetten gab es nur noch ein Doppelbett. Die Fenster waren auf Boden beziehungsweise Straßenhöhe. Da die Straßenbahn beziehungsweise U-Bahn direkt am Hotel lang fährt, war an Schlaf, solange die Bahn fuhr nicht wirklich zu denken. Sehr schade denn das Hotel sonst einen guten Eindruck gemacht hat. Aber dieses Zimmer war ein absolutes NoGo.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel par rapport à l’adresse de nos amis - il faut payer 7 Euros de plus pour avoir une chambre un peu moins bruyante (tram à proximité)

Ottimo hotel con personale cortese e cordiale che parla anche italiano. Camera confortevole e pulita con climatizzazione, il che in estate anche a Stoccarda può essere necessario nei giorni molto caldo.

Ich war für ein Tag mit meiner Freundin dort weil wir bei einem Konzert waren das am Mercedes Benz Museum war... 25 Fußmarsch mehr als perfekt! Das Hotel war super und für uns mehr als genug!!! Keine Ahnung warum das so schlecht bewertet wurde... einzige Mängel wäre, Parkplätze sehr eng... sonst super!!!

Suitable hotel for a business trip
The hotel is simple, but clean, and convenient. Perfect for a business trip in the Hedelfingen area. Late check-in is possible via an interphone and a machine which gives the key. Breakfast costs 7 Euro, the choice of food is very wide (buffet), and of decent quality. TV screen is huge, and the choice of channels is very satisfying. All in all, satisfied with this hotel.

In einem Zimmer funktionierte die Heizung nicht, wurde dann allerdings nach wiederholtem Reklamieren behoben. Im Zimmer ( Unten ) konnte man das Internet nicht empfangen. Der Kaffee könnte besser sein.

Schönes und gut zu erreichendes Hotel.
Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht im Hotel welches sehr gut zu erreichen ist. Eine s-Bahn Stelle ist nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Der Service ist sehr gut und zuvorkommend, sowie das reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet und die schönen Zimmer. Lautstärke war o.k., obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße lag. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel wurde extra berechnet und ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gelungen und ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.
