It is beautiful, the rooms are small, but we got an upgrade to one of the few bigger rooms. because of covid, there aren't many room amenities. Quiet on the back of the hotel. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment. We chose the hotel for the location to walk to the gardens/zoo across the river. Lovely area with nice restaurants and history.

This hotel is well located next to the U-bahn and a 5 min walk to the S-bahn via the small shopping centre opposite. There are plenty of shops bars and restaurants nearby with the old town just behind the hotel. Despite being so close to everything the hotel is in a relatively quiet location being on a side street slightly away from the main road. Only disappointments were room size is quite small and no bath only a shower

Location perfect for attending a gig at Schleyer-Halle. Staff were very helpful and made us extremely welcome as we arrived almost a day late. Breakfast buffet was good value and the coffee was much needed. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We only wish we had arrived on time so we couldve fully enjoyed our time in Stuttgart.

Surprisingly great motel!!! Clean, perfectly functional (all you need in a small space - such as USB charge points, international TV channels, free wifi, nice shampoo...) and conveniently located. Friendly reception and restaurant staff; the breakfast is fresh and I was impressed with the staff using a slow time to clean all the displays until traffic picked up again, they take pride in their work space.

Es ist für uns ein Rätsel, wie die vielen positiven Bewertungen zustande kommen. Wir hatten ein Comfort-Zimmer gebucht. Wie sich am nächsten Tag herausstellte, wurden wir beim Check-in dreist vom Mitarbeiter belogen. Auf meine Nachfrage hin, ob es sich tatsächlich um ein Comfort-Zimmer handle, bejahte er dies. Eine Umbuchung war nicht möglich, da angeblich kein Comfort-Zimmer verfügbar war – was ich stark bezweifle.
Als wir abends ins Hotel zurückkamen, hatten die Reinigungskräfte unsere Zimmerkarte einfach mitgenommen! Ich wandte mich an die Rezeption, doch auch diesmal erhielten wir nur eine pauschale Entschuldigung – sonst nichts! Es wirkte einstudiert, als wäre das die Standardantwort für sämtliche Beschwerden.
Auf meine Nachfrage nach dem Vorgesetzten hieß es, dieser sei nicht da – und übers gesamte Wochenende selbstverständlich nicht erreichbar (wie praktisch).
Die Dusche war unhygienisch – die Glasabtrennung wurde nicht gereinigt, was sehr unangenehm und zum Teil eklig war. Der Platz in der Dusche ist extrem beengt (und wir sind beide sehr schlank), sodass wir uns beim Duschen ständig drehen mussten, um nicht die schmutzigen Wände zu berühren. Zudem schwankte die Wassertemperatur ständig stark – so sehr, dass wir uns mehrfach verbrühten, da man sich kaum rechtzeitig wegbewegen konnte.
Wir werden diese Hotelkette nie wieder buchen und raten auch jedem davon ab. Es ist eine Schande!

Die Unterkunft war ok. Das Personal sehr nett und alles sauber. Frühstück war ok. Das Zimmer war zu klein und ist nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Die Umgebung war nicht so schön und man fühlte sich besonders wenn es dunkel war nicht wohl. Zum Glück gab es gegenüber dem Hotel ein weiteres Parkhaus da das vom Hotel sehr klein ist. Dieses ist sogar billiger.

Sehr sauberes und modernes Hotel. Die Lage ist Topp, da der ÖPV direkt vor der Tür ist. Exelentes Frühstück mit It vielen Bio Produkten. Ich habe selten so nettes und zuvokommendes Personal erlebt, die einen immer anstrahlen und ein gutes Gefühl geben.

Top gelegen direkt an der S und U - Bahn in Bad Cannstatt. Jede Menge Auswahl an Gastronomie im Umfeld. Gegenüber ist ein Bäcker für diejenigen denen 11,50€ für das Frühstück in Buffetform zu viel oder teuer ist. Super freundliche Rezeption und Barkeeper. Scheinen ein sehr gutes Betriebsklima zu haben.
