Room was lovely and clean, large bed. Good selection for breakfast. Central for Malaga, we walked but there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away to get to Malaga centre.
We ate at the cafe in the Reception area one evening and the meal was lovely 10 / 10. Also meal deals available for coffee and cake through the day which we also enjoyed.

Probably the best hotel we stayed in for our Andalucía vacation. Ran with German precision and cleanliness, everything seemed to work. The few areas of improvement would include doing a better job on their breakfast (bacon should be smoked and cooked better, some level of crispiness, real sausage, and refill empty items sooner) and their dinner spot had so few choices and fewer that sounded good. But it’s hard to compete when good restaurants are a very short walk away.

great location. located right next to a mall. across the street theres a little strip of 5 or so restaurants. bus stop right in front that takes you to the city center which is about 10 mins away . easy to get to . located 10 mins from the airport as well. they have stores as well across the street if you need to get anything. room was very big and spacious,clean,smell great, comfortable bed, alot of tolietries given comb toothbrush kleenex shower cap. room is very modern and decorated beautifully. in lobby they have a restaurant with pastries,pizza and you can order dinner at night, as well as a bar if needed through out the day. they have a roooftop terrace and pool i didnt get in the water but it looked nice. they also have a gym but i didnt go to see it. staff all very kind and helpful and welcoming.

The front desk staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. The check in process was smooth, and when we arrived at the hotel, we found out we left our passports in the safety box at the previous hotel, they helped us to phone the previous hotel and located the passports so we could go back to get them. What touched us the most is they truly care about customers, and treat customer's problem as their own, so they tried their best to help out. not having an attitude as that's your problem, not my business. I wanna say huge THANKS to them again. The hotel itself has the best location in the town, right next to the bridge, and the room we got is very roomy, and everything is kept well. Nice hotel, nice staff, highly recommened!

Great hotel close to city centre

We arrived late to Malaga airport and had a one night family stay in Malaga for onward travel next afternoon. Sercotel Rosaleda was an excellent choice for us. Located in the outskirts of town, but closer to the airport so easy to get to from the airport. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good. It is a EUR 5 taxi ride in to central Malaga which means the hotel cost is very attractive compared to more central locations where the room charges are higher.

The rooms were quiet/ soundproof and there were blackout curtains. Breakfast served until 11 and checkout at 12.

I can really recommend this hotel for a good nights sleep and close to the city centre.

The hotel was perfect for my trip, it was very clean throughout and all staff were friendly. I paid for the breakfast, and it was nice enough - nothing to shout about but good enough to set me up for the day. The hotel is linked to a shopping centre so good for a quick look around or to pop into the supermarket.

My only issue was that it said the pool was open April - October and to me this would mean that visiting in October it would be available to use and was the reason I picked this hotel. However, the pool was actually closed, with all the sun loungers locked away

Terrible and misleading - a joke. AVOID!

Terrible and misleading hotel. on arrival there were no towels in the room and no coffee and tea supplies - housekeeping errors. when i was at reception asking for towels several other people were also complaining so this wasnt an isolated error. the staff were not very friendly. then i visited the gym - its terrible, much smaller than photo suggest due to the full wall mirror in the room. the weights machine is very bad quality and unsafe. limited free weights and the rowing machine is pathetic- only uses your own body weight and has little resistance. the cheapest equipment. then i visited the “pool” - what a bad joke, its a paddling pool for kids!! 50cm deep!! also the other photos are fake, very very bad. finally the distance to town or beach is misquoted unless the car is breaking the speed limit! overall a pathetic attempt at a hotel. i checked out and found a brilliant substitute for less money - avoid this hotel

The hotel is clean and the rooms functional but with no frills. What let's it down is the rooftop, it looks nowhere near what the pictures suggest. Grossly lacking enough seating / loungers so lots of people were on the floor.
The location is also out of the main centre, it takes around 25 mins to reach the centre limits although plenty of taxi options.
Overall it's not dreadful but just a bit meh. We wouldn't stay here again if in Malaga.

The hotel is nice, residential area but only a 30 minute walk to centre or east access to bus just in front. Adjacent to mall. The bid disappointment is the pool. Very shallow, barely 2 feet of water. Do not choose this hotel for pool. Otherwise fine if you want to be out of the centre.

Hotel is next to a mall and 2km from the city center. The area between the hotel and to the city is not the cleanest, but safe. There's a cafe at the lobby, but we didn't get food there. There's plenty of outlets in the room and the AC kept the room cool. Would stay again.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Room clean and spacious. Outside was cold but the room was a bit too warm, we couldn’t turn the temperature down beyond 21 degrees. There was a window to cool the room. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Car parking in the shopping centre was cheap and easy and you can checkout of the room and leave your car all day at no extra charge.

1. We were in the room and someone(not cleaning service) just opened the door and later didn’t explain who he was, a little bit concern about safety

Great all rounder location not bad.

Good stay. Area 15 mins from Malaga so great if you have a car and not fussed to stay in city. Lots of free parking around the hotel. Had a great cafe in reception.
Checkin lad was great. Female in cafe on evening not too friendly. The girl and gent in the morning in cafe were fabulous!
Hotel room was very good. Beds and pillows excellent!

This was an OK property with very limited faculties. Having stayed at other 4* hotels this was not. No irons, no tea facilities, no water, this was really a basic room. The room cleaners did not respect the do not disturb sign and would come in to the room 2/3 times a day. The pool is a paddling pool at 0.5m deep. For a very short stay it would be ok but for a holiday I will not be using this place again.

De douche was verstopt en we hadden dit gemeld maar hebben geen technieker gezien desondanks ons dit beloofd werd. Wij hadden een juniorsuite voor 3 geboekt maar niets was voorzien voor 3 dit werd wel snel opgelost. De shopping ernaast stelt qua winkels niet veel voor. Het hotel is goed bereikbaar vanaf de autostrade.

A great stay at Sercotel Rosaleda

We had a really great stay in a lovely hotel. Its a shame it's not a little closer to the old town, but it only took us 25 mins to walk which was enough time to build up an appetite for dinner and drinks or there are restaurants opposite the hotel if you don't want to venture too far.
The hotel itself is really lovely, the only things i would mention, if i am being super picky, is the lack of umbrellas by the pool/patio, bases are up there but not an umbrella in sight! And that the air con seems to turn itself off in the night other than that i can't fault any thing.

The property is very clean , quiet and easy parking , especially in Malaga .

I am impressed with the cafe in the lobby , the all pastry is very delicious, and open very early and closed very late . It has plenty seat to eat .

Strong recommend this hotel if stay in Malaga . It is much better than other hotel in old town .

I chose this hotel because I was going to attend to a Malaga CF match, and this hotel was very close to the stadium, which made it very convenient for me, although the area is not the best of the city.
It is a safe area, but a bit away from the city centre, in case you are there for visiting.

Regarding the property hotel is a new facility, and I would rate it as a 3.5 star hotel, definitely a 3-star hotel with little amenities of a 4-star hotel.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, with an additional retractable door which made the room very slient even though it was in front of the elevator.
The breakfast buffet was very good, with many options to choose.

I would definitely reccomend this hotel, although I believe the rate I paid was a little bit overrated, taking into account this is not actually a 4-star hotel.

This is a new hotel and it shows in the rooms and common areas. We liked how well soundproofed our windows were. The hotel is located adjacent to a busy roundabout but even noisy motorbikes were barely audible. We had a very nice junior suite which included a small balcony. All of the room was excellent. The hotel is also immediately next to a suburban mall so shopping is easy. We thought it would be quite a distance out of the centre of town, but in fact we walked in easily in half an hour and took a cab back for only 5 Euros. The breakfast buffet was very good. All in all, an excellent stay.

The breakfast buffet had a nice variety, food was fresh ( even though we didn't go until 9.30. There is a shopping center right beside, and a football stadium within a few minutes. walk to the city center is about 20 minutes, taxi ride back was 5 minutes.Definitely will be back

From arrival to departure all staff I encountered were pleasant, extremely helpful and kind. So nice! The room was clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. I like to walk and there is a good walking area (20 min) to reach the old town, museums, Cathedral and the coast park and malecon. Parking was fairly inexpensive and is underground at the mall next door,in a separate area for hotel patrons. This was a perfect choice for my visit to Malaga!

Das Bett ist nicht optimal bequem, aber für wenige Nächte ist es in Ordnung.
Zwei Polster waren vorhanden und das war für mich sehr hilfreich.
Die Garage für 15€ täglich war auch in Ordnung. Hierzu wurde die Karte für die Garage auch aktiviert, wo man bequem die Garage nutzen konnte.
Für wenige Nächte ist das Hotel gut geeignet.
Es ist sauber und aufgeräumt.
