My recent stay at this property was deeply disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for comfort or safety. The room was extremely worn, with visible signs of neglect that made the environment feel neither clean nor well‑maintained. As a woman traveling alone for business, I also felt uneasy due to the overall condition of the premises and the lack of a secure atmosphere.
For the price point, the experience simply wasn’t worth it. There are other options in the area that offer significantly better upkeep and a stronger sense of safety. I would not recommend this hotel for solo travelers or anyone seeking a reliable, professional lodging experience.

Worst room I have ever been in. Ceiling patched. All metal rusted. There were cockroaches!! Shower curtain rod half pulled out of wall. Tv didn’t work. And we felt very unsafe. When I addressed issues with attendant, she could care less, just kept telling us where the keys went. Would NEVER stay there again!!

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and efficient. I saw alot of reciews about roaches, but I only saw one during my 5 days there, however, i was on the second floor and I covered the drsins with tape when not in use. Although there was a kitchen, there no utensils, bowls, cups, and anything to eat the food in the full refrigerstor or cooked on the stove top which was puzzling. The room was clean but the exterior and elevator were something still needing to be desired. Overall, it's a \"sleep cheap\" hotel, and any rates over $99/night would be overpriced.

To start check-in was 3 pm. No person showed up at the office till 3:30pm. I finally get to my room. At first I noticed the burn marks on the kitchen counter. Then noticed the stains on the furniture. I went to use the toilet and the seat was broken and falling off.
The next morning I woke up went to the toilet and several roaches were walking around on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. I was just there for one night traveling through on business and dealt with it. However if my wife was with me we would of had to leave a immediately!!

The stay was absolutely horrible. There were cockroaches crawling on the bed, in the bathroom, and inside the trash bins — the room was completely infested. I couldn’t sleep at all because I felt insects crawling over my head and body. This was unacceptable and extremely disturbing. Upon arrival the place was filthy, trash everywhere, looks like the place has never been cleaned. The person checking us in was extremely rude and unhelpful and didn’t tell us how to find our room. After searching for 10 mins we finally found it. Open the door it stunk inside, smoke detector ripped from the ceiling, stains on the bedding and then we saw it. Live bugs! We immediately grabbed our stuff and left. Absolutely horrible. We slept in our car at a truck stop instead.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. From roaches crawling on the walls, dirty walls, baseboards, dirty microwave and cigarette burns all on the sink in a “non-smoking “ room. The smell of urine in the stair corridors. The beds will hurt your back. They do not provide room service to attend the bed or replace towels, and if you are as unfortunate as my husband and I you might get a room with no hot water. Then you will get the female front desk clerk tell you “you have to wait for the water to get hot again because there is only one water tank and others at bathing”. This property is not represented properly in Hotels.com or the RedRoof site either.

Not friendly at all. I had a delayed flight and I communicated that well in advanced but they made me feel as if I inconvenienced them
when I was just doing whatever they instructed me to do prior. Also this place is extremely outdated!! Need an exterminator IMMEDIATELY. Open the door and turned and lights and the roaches scattered across the floor everywhere. Truly disgusting. Everywhere you turned ROACHES. no escaping. The beds and comforters are not it at ALL not comforting when you have creatures crawling everywhere.

On the plus side the sheets and towels were clean. Also, after walking into the room we spent a long time looking for bed bugs with zero found. Given the state of the room and the property this lack came as quite a surprise.

Negatives: it's dirty. Needs new paint. It smells. But we were in day two of trying to find our way home to the west coast after a big storm messed everything up, there were literally no other rooms anywhere (we had just Uber'd from another hotel where we had confirmed reservations but they resold our room for double what we paid and told us to pound sand (seriously, that was right out of a a Seinfeld episode, or something), we were exhausted and needed somewhere, anywhere to sleep. We were desperate so we stayed). Oh, and it was loud. Other residents were up and wandering about smoking and talking all night long.

We called an Uber as soon as the sun came up and spent the day at the airport.

So, one star for a shocking (really, stunning) lack of bedbugs. One star for clean sheets and towels.

This is a minus star. Extra terrible. Room is not even close to being as expected. Reeked of bleach, so severe that my throat is irritated and headache. TV only had a couple channels. Feeling unsafe and what appears to be a bullet hole in the wall. Bathroom door and handle busted as well as the security latch. Disruptive and disrespectful occupants, front desk did nothing said to talk to police who arrived on scene and were present in the AM. Lots of nighttime activity, perhaps illegal or not.I am requesting a chargeback/dispute. Expedia needs to be more responsible for the hotels they promote.

If there was a way to leave no stars I would the environment was pure ghetto and the room was infested with roaches. I’m talking about from adult roach to babies on the floors on the walls. I will not be staying at this property again. The first room I was assigned had a heavy smoke scent, and the toilet was recently used. I asked for another room, the next wasn't that much better but the front door lady said that was my only other option. The grass was unkept and high. There were stains on the floor boards, no hot water. My mother and I took some time to clean the room after learning we wouldn't be getting a refund. Also the room key rarely worked. Lastly the pictures they use to advertise are very old.

It wasn't all negative, there is a pollo tropical across the street and the location is near to shops, etc.

Never got to the room. Requested an accessible room because my husband doesn’t walk or do stairs. They reserved a regular room on the 2nd floor and the elevator was broken. So we had no way to access it. They stated no other rooms were available. So we had to call other hotels looking for a room. Our flight was delayed so we did arrive late. But we had called the hotel and they stated that would not be a problem. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything to help us. Very disappointed in Expedia for no help. We had booked a stay for 2 nights. Will probably not book through them again. It was not our fault the airline had delayed our flight. We then found another room and had to pay a second Lyft to take us there. Expedia was of no help!

Upon arrival, there were several cops in the parking lot . I wouldn’t have even stayed here, but my father booked a reservation for me without my permission or knowledge. There were several dirty needles around the property and a promethazine bottle. I informed the young lady that I might need to stay one more day just because at the moment I am currently houseless and she informed me rudely about the checkout policy. Alsi I mentioned to her that I wasn’t feeling well and moving kind of slowly. She proceeded to bang on the door and demand that I leave or else she would call the police. I was literally packing up to leave And she was trying to rush me, as if I was gonna make me move quickly. She then threatened to call the police on me and put me on do not reserve list. That was completely unnecessary because after the experience I had I would never book a reservation with this hotel or any affiliate of it ever again. I will say that there were two other associates and male any young lady is working Thanksgiving evening that we’re quite nice so they were the only bright spot of the entire duration of my stay. If anybody wants to discuss this further with me, I will be recording all communication to my legal team.

You get what you pay for.

The elevator has been broken for a month so you're force to carry your belongings up 3 flights. Theres roaches, key card work when it wanted. Imagine a fight is happening and all you want to do is open your door before it gets fatal, after 7 tries the door finally unlock. I wanted to check out when i drove in. That no refunds policy force me to stay a full week.

The weather's conditions had the parking lot flooded. They didn't have any turn down service! No one even came to clean my room. I had to turn in my old towels and wait hours to receive new ones. They didn't have any rules for the family living there and they children running All thru the hallways unattended.
Besides, there was a man who was just hired to do security/ watch over the cars. He was drunk, rude and ended up pointing his finger in my face. I reported it to the Staff member who said that she hired him and she kinda shrugged it off. Spiders, small roaches was also crawling around in the restroom before I even brought food inside of my room. No pots and/ or pans to cook with so I know can know if the stove even worked.

Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Unacceptable

I booked this hotel expecting basic safety and cleanliness, but what I walked into was shocking. The room smelled horrible, was visibly dirty, and felt completely unsanitary. Within minutes of arriving, I witnessed someone using drugs on the property, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

I went straight to the front desk to request a refund due to the dangerous and unsanitary conditions, but they refused to help and told me to “call the booking site.” They made no effort to correct the situation. I didn’t cancel for personal reason, I left because the hotel was unlivable.

What’s worse, I later found out the property was recently inspected by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation and multiple health and safety violations were found. The hotel still refuses to refund my money, despite the documented issues.

I had to find somewhere else to stay the same day, losing both time and money. I strongly urge this site to reconsider listing this location. No guest should have to go through what I did.

The room had 2 holes in the wall, the wifi didnt work fast than 4mb/s, menaing it was not possible to work or watch neftlix, the shower did not get hot, the bed was terribly uncomfortable, there were fluid stains on the wall, and there was massove white glob blocking thr water flow of the bathroom sink. Friday night, i listend to a group of people shout and play basketball in the parking lot at midnight and when i called the police and privided the location they quickly dismiss me as to indicate that this was a common Occurrence at this hotel.

My primary reason for choosing this property was price. The whole area has very high rates for hotel rooms. This property is more of an extended stay type room with refrigerator microwave and an electric stove. I was only using it as a two night stay prior to taking a flight back after finishing a cruise.
When I arrived to check in the person at the front desk had already cashed out their drawer and was unable to complete the transaction required in order to give me my room key at 3 PM. So I had to wait until the next person who was late arrived in order to complete the transaction and receive my room key.
The room was clean and had all of the necessary requirements for a functional stay. Over the course of my two days there I did notice 2 to 3 palmetto bugs or roaches in the bathroom area.
I would say that this property meets the minimum requirements for overnight stays.

It was so dirty, the pictures from the website are NOT at all what it looks like, we were 3 girls (mom and 2 daughters) i was worried for our safety the entire time (lots of men standing outside the hotel on the ground, smoking, yelling and cat calling to myself and the girls
