The staff was very friendly and even let us charge our phone by using theirs since we didn't bring any, my only complain would be that the room was cold, we found that the problem came from a gap that is located under the desk, there's was a lot of wind coming from the outside, so we had to put a towel to block the wind from coming in.

For what is worth, this place has everything you need and is conveniently located. Breakfast was pretty good as there was a bit of variety. Cleaniness can be improved as the hallway and room smelt funky (probably from the carpet). We had to crack open the window and leave the fan on for air to circulate the room, alleviating the smell. The location is a bit questionable but we still relatively felt safe and it was accessible to restaurants, the metro and bus lines nearby. Overall, it's a good place to stay for a few days.

It’s a fine hotel in Montreal, nothing stands out but nothing makes it a poor choice either. For the money, it would be hard to find anything better in the city. The breakfast selection and the room for it (which seats about 6 comfortably) could easily be upgraded to make this place stand out a bit more.

We had a good two-night stay at the Econo Lodge. It's a walkable neighbourhood near transit options and other attractions in Montreal. The hotel room was kept clean. Minimal amenities, but expected for a budget hotel option in the city. Staff were always kind and respectful.

I booked this hotel for a weekend trip with my friends and I. It was convenient to the metro which we loved and used that to get around. The hotel staff were lovely and helped answer any questions we had. They were all very welcoming. The free breakfast was nice for a budget hotel and had a wide selection. The only complaint we had was that it kind of smelled bad when walking up to the entrance because of the garbage being left outside in the heat, but inside the hotel it was clean and so was our room. Parking was very convenient, it was right across the street in an underground garage and not that expensive when we left

We stayed here while attending Osheaga Music Fest. It's an easy walk from Berri-uQAM station. You take the metro from there- direct to the festival. There is an underground parking lot directly across the street from the hotel. $20/ 24 hours.

Exactly what I was looking for. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom came with plenty of toiletries and good water pressure. The building had extremely effective central air - perfect for a hot summer day. I didn't get along with the pillows on the bed, but that's pretty personal. Wifi was good.
While the street the hotel is on isn't special, it's just a short walk to many great neighbourhoods. There is ample secure parking just across the street ($18 / 24hr). Skip the free breakfast and go get something better from a local cafe.

The seating area though could do with being a bit bigger, but the 24 hour availability of hot drinks and juices was a great bonus. Also they have a grab and go option.
