Personale gentilissimo, hotel ristrutturato con molto gusto. Colazione fantastica, a parte il caffè che non è quello meraviglioso napoletano, ma questa è una mia fissazione e amore per il caffè napoletano.

Staff were amazing, helping my friend to get to the hotel late at night from the airport when there was a general strike. They really went above and beyond.
Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine.

We just needed a place to stay last minute before a very early flight.
The place was good what stood out is the man running it. He was just amazing! So nice! Got my wife coffee at 3:30 am and had a taxi waiting and ready to go when we needed to leave. Maybe the nicest person we met our entire trip to Italy!

All we needed was a bed before an early flight and it gave us that. The staff was nice and helpful but the bed was hard, the towels were threadbare and there was no hot water. The wifi was also not working and the room itself was very noisy.

The staff are super nice and kind, the facility looks nice, but the room smelled as if 10 people were smoking there. They put two air fresheners that we had to put outside because it was overwhelming. They gave us an outside room so if you book there make sure is not room 16, old, smelly and dingy. But you get what you pay for… again, the staff is great!

The receptionist, Martina, was incredibly helpful and provided top-notch hospitality. Unfortunately, there was no AC, and it was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the tram track. Overall, we still considered it a good hotel given the conditions of the city of Naples.

We stayed here during our whirlwind tour of Europe. This was a last-second stay because the place I had originally booked was in (what looked like) a seedy part of town. The room was small but comfortable. The elevator was very tiny and we had to make two trips to get our bags from the garage (free parking) to the room. The staff were friendly and we had no problems with our stay. It was difficult to get to due to all of the road construction in the area. We didn't get a chance to look around because we got there so late, but it looked like a nice area.

The hotel was clean and staff were lovely and friendly. It was on a major road so was quite noisy at times although once inside the hotel courtyard it was much diminished. Our room was well proportioned but the only window was too high up the wall to see through and faced out to the busy road and was adjacent to a tram stop. We know there are other rooms with better windows. Breakfast was continental style and plenty on offer. We didnt have any coffee or tea facilities in the room but you can order coffee via room service. Having the tram stop right outside was very convenient for getting into the heart of Naples quickly (10 min)

The wifi doesn't work in the room, it isn't near anything - our view was the underbelly of the freeway ramps that it sits directly beneath. It is in a terrible area, not close to anything - nothing within walking distance, and it is 20 - 30 Euros, one way, to go anywhere. We felt completely stuck there.

We loved our stay at Buono Hotel. The courtyard is pretty and the steps up to the hotel are beautiful. Lorenzo was wonderful to greet us and make sure we were comfortable after our long trip to the hotel. Lorenzo also recommended a local pizza place and they had great pizza! The room was clean, shower great, and we had to leave early the next day so Lorenzo made sure we had a taxi and arranged for us to have the breakfast buffet earlier than it was scheduled so we could eat before we left.
This is a wonderful hotel with fantastic service and a delicious breakfast.

We arrived very late and the person at the reception desk was wonderful and kind. He was patient as we got settled. The next morning, we were helped again, the reception answered and questions we had. The breakfast was delicious. Bravo!! I lived this place. The room was great too!

I think the hotel is wonderful. The staff was excellent. The rooms were noisy, you could hear everything and everyone in the halls and rooms... otherwise it was a good place, close to the tram, easy to train station and the puzzarue across the street was amazing.

If you need a convenient spot to stay for a night to catch an early flight from Naples this place is great. Clean, nice facility. However would not recommend as a place to stay if you're visiting Naples as the area is horrendous.

It’s ok for a few hours to sleep before the flight. Better then no sleep & not expensive. Short taxi ride from the airport. The room was clean. The stuff at the desk all friendly & helpful. They have someone at reception 24/7.
The bed was quite hard & pillows are not good at all. Please, note, that the standard room was tiny - no space to walk around if you have luggage.

Buono says it all!!

This was the cutest hotel and the staff was incredible. From check-in to check-out my friend and I were very pleased with the service, cleanliness, and attentiveness of staff. It was a 5 minute ride to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

The area is not a good part of town but we booked in order to be close to the airport. Some staff don’t speak any English, so communicating was a challenge. We loved Mary—she went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed. Hotel seemed to be undergoing restoration.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the property is in a marginal neighborhood. We didn't feel comfortable walking to a nearby restaurant for dinner so the front desk ordered pizzas to be delivered to the hotel. The rooms were clean but bare bones decorated with bed and side table. Our bathroom overlooked the front courtyard with only a flimsy curtain providing privacy. I chose this property because of it's close proximity to the airport. We had an early morning flight to catch so it served it's purpose.

We had an early flight in the morning so picked this hotel. The rooms are quite small, as we expected, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful; recommended Nana’s for pizza, which was great. Their courtyard is a quiet retreat from busy, noisy Naples. Good hotel for one or two nights.

It was horrible stay.

Reception man was disgusting and impolite. Hw took my passport for copy and said come back in ten minutes. This should be given back straight away. I then checked into the room and came down to collect my passport. I found the passport was left on main desk while he was away for more than ten minutes into the kitchen n front door had no security which means anyone could walk in and take the british passport if wanted. Whe he came back to the desk i asked for my passport back he was rude and let me do the notes first. No air con in the room. No kettle and the shower was not even for one person. The bed was terrible and springs coming out of the mattress. No sleep for me. Overall bad experience and the breakfast is just another shame. Dont stay here

Helpful staff at this basic hotel made the stay very pleasant. The bathroom was a good size for a low cost hotel. The area is not much but there are a couple of dining options within walking distance, Il Poggio and Pizzeria Nana were very good choices for a low key meal (Nana) or cocktails/coffee etc. (Il Poggio). The bus for the Garibaldi Square station leaves right across the street. From that bus you can get anywhere in Naples.

Overall the hotel is good and the people quite nice. I gave an average for comfort because the beds are too hard for my taste, otherwise it was fine. The local area was not inspiring but to be fair I did not have time to explore. Breakfast was nice and the staff pleasant. It’s a good 3 star hotel.

A convenient and pleasant place to stay.

I arrived to this hotel with just a broken foot. The personnel were just amazing. The try to help me in every way possible. Trying to go up a small stair was very difficult, and how can you forget someone that just lift you up all the way and live you safely on top of the stair? that act of kindness was truly unforgettable.

We booked this hotel understanding that it wasn't on a good neighborhood because it's proximity to the airport. We were looking for a good night sleep prior our early flight back home. Well we got everything but that! The hotel was extremely noise, you could heard traffic, even conversation on the parking lot. The people staying next to us were extremely noise, laughing and talking until 2 am, slamming doors, you name it. I contacted the front desk and the guy said that he could try to move us but there were no rooms available. We didn't sleep at all. The hotel is old and not comfortable at all. The queen size bed consisted of two twin beds pushed together, super hard and uncomfortable. The shower was so small that I could barely fit on it, and I'm petite. Overall horrible experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Open the window

The room was clean, well appointed and quite large, however we ordered a non smoking room and room the reeked of cigarettes. When we told the hotel staff about this they simply responded, \"oh, open the window then\". Wifi is not available in the rooms only in the lobby, which is says on the website but is fairly uncommon for hotels of this size and quality.

Quiet little getaway

At the end of a family trip I spent my last night alone at this hotel and was impressed by the service. From a last minute booking at the air port, I was on the hotel within 30 mins. Staff ordered me dinner in. ..even shared a cigarette with me as I had run out. Arranged my taxi to the airport in the morning. They're cheaper than a cab. I'm sure they'll collect you too for €15. Loved it.

The Host at the front desk was really helpful. He spoke enough English to help us with everything we needed. We were only there a short time but the room was wonderful! Is not so great area but inside of the hotel is much much much nicer then what appears on the outside! He also ordered a taxi for us to the airport in the middle of the night, and super early in the morning. it was 15 euro.I think it might be less if you go during the day.

I chose this hotel because I wanted something closed to the Naples Airport, and couldn't find anything right at the airport. This hotel provided a shuttle service and my driver arrived promptly at 5 a.m. to take me to the airport and the shuttle cost $15. The hotel room met my needs for the one night and the staff was helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The hotel is conveniently located next to a tram line that runs all the way down to port from where you can take ferries to Capri and Sorrento. The staff were great and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is located in a safe part of town.

A one night stay before heading to the airport early the next morning. We parked our car in their garage ( extra 10 euro ) but worth it in that neighborhood. Desk person was very sweet and the freshly baked goods in the morning were nice.

Buono Hotel was located near important amenities such as a supermarket next door and a tram stop right outside the hotel. However, the lift and doors in the hotel were extremely noisy. Breakfast was a simple fare with some pastries and cold meats, nothing special.

absolutely incredible staff..... extremely helpful....
and we only speak about 20 Italian words.... they work with you!!!!
easy ride on bus to downtown... and metro transfers....
got us a cab for early departure from Airport, and coordinated whole thing.... bed was a little firm to our tastes, but that is very minor complaint.... excellent wifi connection

Comfortable stay.

Place is nice and clean. Room not too big but was comfortable. There is parking space. Several buses take you to the center of town withing 10-15 minutes. There is a very nice lounge/bar/pizzeria near by.
