So be aware the rooms are 2 mtrs by 1.5. Large suitcase ? You are going to struggle. Multiple toilets showers, but no soap or towels. Expensive for a hostel but convenient.

They have rules for people to remain quiet in pod areas as well as no phone calls inside pods but people do not follow rules. They only have one person in charge and sometimes that person is nowhere to be found to keep order. I had to complain twice on noise. This is a very convenient place, literally a few minutes walking to Naples Int Airport so I would give a 5 for convenience but they need to improve on noise control.

Great stay for anyone who needs to stay near the airport. 5 minute walk to the airport and small and clean room, basically just a twin bed. Take note that walls are thin and you can hear others talking and there is a rule for silence. I was able to put my headphones in to sleep. I would definitely stay again if I had a late arrival again or need a quick, affordable place to stay.

It's a cheap option when you need an accomodation for just one or two nights. It's next to the airport of Naples. The room is decent for what you pay, sometimes there is some noise from the other cells. I booked in July and I found not many guests. Overall it was ok, I would just recommend more cleaning in the common toilets

Conveniently located close to the airport! Some staff were nice while others were quite unpleasant. They have a no tolerance for noise and ask that you go outside to talk on your Phones ect. People did not follow this and you can hear everything in those rooms, so it was not very restful.

It was great to sleep one night at this place. I arrived late at night, easy to find and the checking was easy. The bedding was very clean. A clean blanket was provided. I’m not sure if they had towels for shower bc I used my own. Some noise but not bothersome. I recommend for one night stay.

So convenient for my early morning flight. There are a handful of private bathroom stalls that have a shower, toilet, and sink. Only complaint is the noise in the pods. Definitely not soundproof. Bring earplugs

In theory, this hotel is brilliant. Individual \"pods\" big enough to stand in, comfy bed, TV, privacy,. However, quite noisy. The pods aren't soundproof so you hear everything going on in the pod next to you, and outside the pod. The night I stayed they were having problems with the ventilation, so my pod got up to 24.7, not very comfortable considering it's a cramped space. The front desk guy didnt seem to care when I told him. Not even an apology. I'd stay again, with my fingers crossed for ventilation.

The pod itself was fine. The bed was comfortable. The place is subposed to be quiet as people can be sleeping at any time. My neighbor started a loud conversation on speaker phone while i was trying to sleep so i got up to tell the staff and thankfully he stopped the noise. They had a clean area with many private bathroom with showers, no amenities. I needed to shower at 3am and no staff were there (i was told there would be) so no towel!
The airport closes for security concerms for about 6 hours until 3:30am. I was super nervous walking to the terminal by myself. I won't return to Napoli.

We arrived at 23:00 hrs on a dark and stormy night in Napoli. Tired and disheveled after a long day of traveling (from Vancouver), we were relieved at the end of the short walk from the terminal to find the lights on and someone there to check us in. Making a reservation (through Expedia, I am now dubious of the Benbo website) was fortunate as they were full, another traveler without one had to go back out into the rain in search of lodging. The front desk attendant was courteous and friendly, much more so than I would have expected at that time of night, and checked us into the adjoining pods we had requested a few days before (I missed getting a double and had to book two singles). There was an inside door between the pods so we weren’t completely separated, which was a relief.
The pods were minimalist to say the least and about walk-in closet with a single bed in it size, but comfortableish and clean. After a day of traveling (and more to come) it was a welcome respite without all the extra fluff that drives the price up.
The individual bathrooms (with shower) were also minimalist and a bit awkward sized to me, but I am somewhat large, but was fairly clean and got the job done. Probably about average for a hostel.
Our breakfast was fresh made cappuccinos and fresh squeezed orange juice and chocolate croissants made by the delightful barman. I didn’t select the breakfast option, but it only came to about €10 for two people.
All in all it was a positive experience.

The bathrooms were unmaintained. The only faucet that worked in the hand washing area had a clogged sink full of water. Only one bottle of soap to be shared for the many bathrooms, which meant you had to squeeze some soap and then go looking for a working faucet elsewhere. The pod has no temperature controls and only a single sheet to cover yourself with - and it’s COLD. There is no sound-proofing of any kind and the pods and the building itself are nothing but hard surfaces which seem to only amplify sound - prepare to hear everything from all your neighbors such as them putting on clothes, snoring, their phones, etc. My pod had no working shade for the window so anyone could look in on me.

Great value, just have realistic expectations!

As long as you know what you are getting, this is a wonderful way to save money and not have to go back and forth to the city between flights. The room has a single bed and about just space for another one, no window, clean, cable tv, walk to bathroom but shower good, clean, I had stayed at one of these small rooms before in LHR and I find them great for early flights or arriving late, nice staff, I slept well, albeit I was exhausted.

Honestly the proximity to the airport was great for me. It was a place to leave my bags while I went for a pizza, a shower, and a place to lay my head before an exceptionally early flight. My first issue was just the unfortunate problem of the AC not working and therefor being quite hot.

Then the person at the desk made multiple attempts to suggest I should invite his “company” for the night and I absolutely couldn’t sleep as I was honestly incredibly uncomfortable with the key holding person having not taken my no (multiple no) to heart.

Perfectly located for early flights from the airport. The room is compact but spotless. Downside is the thin walls, my neighbour had the TV on and I could hear it clearly in my pod, he did switch it off once I knocked on the wall. Facilities well maintained good showers and friendly staff.

空港から近く夜中に到着しても安心して辿り着けます。空港を出て道なりに左に歩き、駐車場を過ぎる辺りに位置します。ただ、部屋の壁が薄く、快適に過ごせるかは隣の宿泊客次第です。個室になった共用のトイレ兼シャワーがありますが、シャワーの水により床が必ず濡れるため、服と靴の脱ぎ履きがし辛く清潔とは言い辛いです。小さいタオルを持参されることをお勧めします。仮眠程度が出来る場所と考えれば可もなく不可もなくという感じです。喫煙所がありますが屋根があるとは言え壁がなく外と通じているため、虫は入ってきますので夏のシーズンは不快です。自販機があり安価な水の入手が出来ますがガス入りの有無が分からず間違えて購入する可能性大です。ナポリ中央駅までのバス発は目の前の駐車場過ぎた辺りの道沿いにあり交通の便は非常に良いです。

I bagni sono condivisi e il servizio è tipo ostello: le lenzuola sono fornite ma non gli asciugamani.
Fino alle 22:30 potrete mangiare in aeroporto, dopo ci sono dei distributori automatici nell’area comune con snack e bibite

Exactly what you pay for, cheap and basic bit just fine. If you are a light sleeper, probably best to avoid because you hear everything. Bathrooms could be renovated and hire a towel when you check in. Very easy to get to, 5 mins on foot from airport.

Très pratique pour l’aéroport

Malgré mes craintes, le séjour à l’hôtel s’est bien passé. A seulement 3 minutes à pied de l’aéroport, c’est son point fort. Petites chambres propres et climatisées pour une seule personne, il vaut mieux éviter les très grosses valises. Les douches sont simples et tout près des chambres.

Very practical when you have to catch an early flight.
The cabins are badly insulated, I could hear my neighbour snoring and the people discussing outside the cabins. The cabins should be separated from the welcome desk.
