Staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. A/C was great. Bar was nice and drinks were good. The nearest dining options were at the airport a few blocks away, which we walked to and from in daylight. Checked out before breakfast opened. In-room or lobby coffee would have been nice. Hotel is on a busy street, so lots of road noise and sirens during the night. Area is a bit sketchy, so we opted for a taxi to airport instead of walking with luggage for our early morning flight. Would stay here again for nearness to airport.

My single room was quite basic, but as I used it mainly as a base to explore Naples, that wasn’t a problem. Housekeeping cleaned the room scrupulously each day and replaced the refrigerated bottles of water. The entire hotel looked spotless, and the breakfast spread offered an excellent start to the day.

The location is ideal for the airport — just a five-minute walk, though you do need to cross a few busy roads. It’s also convenient for reaching the city centre via the often-crowded Alibus, although squeezing onto it each day did start to feel a bit of a chore after a couple of trips. Next time, I might just take a taxi instead.

This property served its purpose. Booked this place to be within walking distance of the airport. It was exactly that. We were able to walk to the airport which was 13mins away. Property was super basic and bit outdated. Honestly the room itself was boring basic but bathroom was more of where I think updating needs to happen first. With being near airport of course can be a bit loud at times. Not in a busy touristy area so the surrounding is definitely sketch, wouldn’t recommend being out past dark. We did end up finding a local restaurant about 12mins walk away. About as authentic as it gets but had really good pizza, just be aware of the sketchy walk. Anyways hotel was exactly as expected. Basic but convenient for airport travel in the morning.

Advertised a restaurant that offered local cuisine but there was no food options as the restaurant was only possibly open for breakfast but it was unclear if the restaurant actually opened at all. The front desk could order in pizza as an option as there were no other restaurants in the area. The only other option was to eat at the airport. The beds were clean but the mattresses were not pillow top as advertised. The window in our room opened to a filthy rooftop. Would not recommend.

Expedia website showed that this property had Airport shuttle service and that was the main reason I picked the hotel; BUT the staff told me they never had a shuttle service. Your website information is incorrect. Because of that I had to hire a taxi for 20 euros, and go thru mental struggle if the taxi would come on time or not. I am not sure Expedia is wrong. Either the property manager reported information wrong or Expedia recorded it wrong

Great location for a one night stay when flying in or out of Naples airport. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. There is a continental breakfast (was included in our booking). There’s a lounge/bar which also serves some basic food in the evening, or the reception desk will order pizza from a local place that delivers right to the lounge. We were able to walk to the airport from the hotel at 4am with no issues. About a 12-15 min walk.

Room very small the floor dirty had hair and we asked for non smoking but when we open the door right away I could smell the cigarette smoke. Room 135 next to the street very noisy.

In my room there was no safe. I could not put my passport in the safe place. When asked at the reception, they didn’t believe me. We went together back to the room. Staff worker didn’t find the safe neither. He offered to go and to open all the rooms on the floor to look for the safe with the idea to change the room for me. I was in town for 4 hours. It was not an option to loose more time on this.
When I did the reservation I wanted to be at the hotel inside the airport. My departure was early and I had to be at the airport at 5 am. Hotel is in 5 min drive ( 20 euro flat fee taxi). The area is scary, dirty. Looks abandoned . Hotel is clean. Simple. In my bathroom there was toilet paper.

I selected this hotel as I needed a property that was close to the Naples airport for an overnight due to an early morning flight the next day. It is very close to the airport, I walked there but you can take a taxi. And I stayed there 2 nights, on the front and back end of my vacation. The hotel is older but very clean and the rooms are nicely appointed and have air conditioning. Very nice bathroom amenities. I included the breakfast in my rate and it was very nice and plentiful. Alfredo at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. His English was perfect! They only have breakfast at the hotel so he ordered pizza for me that was delivered to the hotel. If my travels ever brought me back to Naples, I would definitely stay here again.

It was the first time for me to visit Italy, i was flying into Naples International Airport. So the Millennium Gold Hotel was ideal as it's six minute Taxi journey. The hotel staff was really helpful and extremely polite. The hotel and my room was exceptionally clean. The rooms are equipped with the basic requirements, with a spacious onsuit bathroom. The breakfast area was large, with a excellent hot or cold food selection. The staff attended to breakfast was warm and friendly. My stay was extremely comfortable and i would highly recommended.

Only stayed here overnight at end of trip to Italy because it was so close to Naples airport and we had an early flight. It's walkable to the airport on sidewalks the whole way.

Very loud, poorly insulated room. Hard to get any sleep, as it is right on a main road. Bed was hard as a brick and pillows were flat.

Restaurant was not open, but bar was with light bites. No food within a walk other than a McDonalds, or walk to the airport for food - 15 minute walk one way.
Young man who checked us in was kind and friendly, but bartender seemed agitated because he had to handle many hungry people who expected restaurant to be open.

Stayed here a couple of nights to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. Restaurant and night desk staff very friendly and helpful, other staff available but seemed preoccupied. Breakfast is fine. Restaurant seems to be open for breakfast only, not dinner, and there aren't other restaurants around in this industrial seeming area, unless you walk to the airport. No shuttle service to airport, and taxis charge 20 euros for the very short drive - OK I guess since otherwise they might not service the hotel. If you have light luggage, just walk to the airport. Toilet did not work well. Shower is plastic tube style. Hot water fine.

The Millennium Gold Hotel was within walking distance from Naples International Airport (13-15min). Do not get a Taxi as they charged £40 euros for a 5 mimute journey? Nice hotal for the convenience to the Airport with views of Mt Vesuvius. Helpful staff and friendly would give them 5 stars, with nice lounge and dinning restaurant. Rooms a little basic, but very clean and tidy.

The rooms were filthy , sheets so worn there were holes, unsecured windows leading to accessible rooftops, no working temperature control. It was literally disgusting. For some reason, they thought we had three people staying instead of four, so ameniteies and breakfast was only for four. The person who delivered breakfast was quick to correct that. Although I pointed this out when we checked in regarding the number of pillows, I was told there was an extra in the closet, but we didn’t want to use one without a pillowcase. The biggest challenge we had is that there is a glass wall between the shower and the sleeping area. I will forever go down in my family for booking a \"love\" hotel. Definitely not conducive for a family... no privacy in the shower.

Overall I was happy with the hotel and staff. Hotel had the toothbrush/toothpaste kits in the room which came in very handy after my luggage was misplaced by airlines. The staff also recommended a store about 500m away that had other items I needed. I was comfortable walking in the area at night. My only issue was it was very noisy (both from outside, and with the other hotel guests).

We arrived in evening and when we asked were advised that the Restaurant which had been renovated was open for another hour. We went to our room no toilet paper. Called to front desk but constantly busy and message only in Italian. We went down to the restaurant and the food was terrible including the desserts - cost us 50€! Had to remind the guy at reception about the toilet paper - he then gave it to us to carry to our room. For Naples it was close to the airport and cheap and clean. When we tried to book it without hotels.com it was going to cost us 100€ more!!

The hotel is surrounded by buildings with barbed wire walls and constant police presence and flashing blue lights I didn’t feel safe at this location and when asked about local restaurants, I was advised to eat at the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel had a very limited menu and poor service. The room smelled like there was a dead animal decomposing. There was no toilet paper holder, the toilet flush button was broken, mold in the bathtub, no shower curtain. The TV did not work, they did try and fix it twice but were unsuccessful. Couldn’t get out of this place fast enough.

I particularly like Hotel Millenium Gold because it's very close to Naples INternational Airport and the car rental offices. Igenerally stay here the night before my return flights to USA. I can turn in my rental car theneasily walk back to the hote. Then, in the morning, the hotel reception people can have a taxi for me in under 10 minutes. A taxi ride to the airport is only about 20 Euros whichis worth it to not have to walk to the airport.

While checking into the hotel we asked if they had airport drop off service and they confirmed they did it 24/7. Airport drop-off at 3:45 AM was crucial for my early morning flight. We reconfirmed the night before too! However, on the day of my departure, the man at reception refused outright to provide the service, leaving my family stranded and scrambling to find alternative transportation. This was extremely inconvenient and caused unnecessary stress. The man waa unhelpful and indifferent to my situation and claimed they never dropped off historically! We expected better customer service, especially for something as important as airport transfers. Very disappointed and won't be staying here again.

This hotel did what it was meant for, a one night stay before our flight out of Naples airport. It was clean, had AC and was a 2 min drive to the rental car drop off. The only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and at 2:30am a family checked in next door and you could hear every single word. Which was annoying. But aside from that it was fine. This is not a luxury hotel not near anything I would only recommend staying if you have an early flight at NAP!

The hotel advertises a restaurant but when we went for dinner we were told the restaurant is closed and our food options were city centre (4km away) or the airport… so we went back to the airport. The hotel offered nothing more than a bed and a bathroom (with a fly squished into the wall during cleaning and no proper bin) and as we had a roadside room, the traffic was non-stop all night and kept us awake. Not at all like advertised and we should have seen such poor reviews on other sites too before booking. Staff could do with a lesson in customer service as well. Would not recommend at all

We booked a superior double and there was nothing superior about it… Coffee or tea left in the cup from the previous occupant, yellow stains on the pillowcases, and the room was not representative of what was shown in the photos. There was no bedframe for the bed no chairs in the room to sit on. False advertisement at its finest when I went down to complain and ask for a different room, I was offered the classic double which was significantly better, but it was a downgrade, and I was not offered any compensation. The location of the hotel is great for the airport. We were able to walk to the airport within 10 minutes with luggage. However, there is nothing nearby that you can walk to for food, and it is extremely dirty in the city of Naples. This is not their fault, but you will see trash everywhere.
