Not sure how it’s got 4 stars, tired looking all
round esp the bathroom, no dinner options and not in a good area to go out and have a meal. WiFi didn’t have signal and poor phone signal in the hotel. There was a bath, but no plug so you could only have a shower. Should look at improving WiFi signal so it reaches the entire hotel and possibly look at improving tv so there are some other language channels.

Great location next to the airport but pretty sure there was a leak in the bathroom so water was constantly on the floor. The shower wasn’t great either. More water got everywhere despite there being glass. The soap wasn’t great and the shampoo was in a bag lol. I suppose my main gripe was with the bathroom. Everything else in the room gave off sex motel since things looked cheap. Not sure why there’s 4 stars next to their name in the logo

There is no way this is a four star property. Convenient to be close to the airport but in a truly unsafe area. No restaurants near by and the property restaurant is not open for business. Stay downtown and taxi to the airport. They actually buzz you in and keep all doors locked. Shame on you Expedia for allowing this misrepresentation.

Good hotel for one night within walking distance to NAP airport. As others have said, the area is noisy but the rooms do block it out. Quite a bit of noise between the rooms. Lots of garbage in the streets and public transport in Naples is frustrating, probably best to stick with the airport bus (5 euros) if you want to go into the city. Breakfast was very simple.

I had a panic about checking in as our flight was delayed but the reception staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating.
Hotel itself is a little in need of a facelift and the area is a bit dodgy and a longer journey into Naples centre than I’d realised.
That being said, the location is perfect for the airport

The hotel is ranked 4 stars but I would give it a solid 2 ,it is very basic and tired looking but ok as a base for exploring the area. Rooms are cleaned daily.
Pool is great,breakfast is ok ( tea, coffee,juice,water,various pastries ,fruit and some savoury stuff like omlet,eggs,ham,cheese,olives tomatoes etc.,staff are friendly and helpfull. The area outside the hotel is terrible,lots of rubbish lying around but obviously this is a local council issue rather than the hotel's. Hotel reception is 24 hrs ,the front doors are locked at all times and each entry is reviewed by hotel staff so we did feel safe. Hotel is 10 min walk from airport , we hardly heard any planes taking off etc inside the room,noise levels were ok. Very limited choice of dining out near the hotel. No restaurants near only two snack caffes.

Upside, the staff was very friendly. The property was in a great location to walk to the airport. Breakfast was good.

Downside, the smell in the room was horrible and the mildew in the tub area was really bad.

I would recommend if you have an early flight for the convenience of walking over in less than 10 minutes.

Great place if you are arriving Naples and need a base before heading to other places. Manager was lovely, nice relaxed atmosphere, lovely clean pool was like an oasis in the middle of airport facilities. Breakfast adequate, family room nice and spacious. Would recommend for families.

Arrived to a room that had a really bad smell coming from what we expected was the bathroom drains, which meant we had to open the windows to get some fresh air in. Surprisingly the noise from outside was less than could be heard from the neighbouring rooms. Mini fridge was broken and WiFi would not connect. Is close to the airport and the staff were friendly. If there is cheaper available before a flight then I would recommend them first as you are not paying for any quality here

If you need a hotel very near the airport then this is one of the few options. it is clean and the staff heplful. It s location is unfortunate, it is surrounded by high security 'Hire Car' parks, which is a bit off putting.

We had a room right next to the street that was loud. The walls are thin and you can hear water rush through pipes and all noise from neighbours was extremely audible. We picked the hotel for convenience, but you can't have a relaxing night here. Also, it brands itself as 4*, its not. It's a 2*.

The property location is the only positive part of the hotel. The area out side is full of trash all over the entrance area. The bed is very uncomfortable and had two twin mattresses put together and advertised as a double. For one night it’s ok but any more than that I would say no.

Definitely not four star accommodation. More like 2 star max. Receptionist sent me off to find room in the dark on my own across a road on arrival. Shower leaked leaving puddle over bedroom floor, given a room beside road despite request not to be beside road, so very noisy all night. Most frustrating thing was I couldn’t lock the safe without using light from my mobile phone as key for safe was on same keyring as card for electricity which had to be inserted near the door upon entry. Just a thin white sheet on bed, no actual bedcover so cold all night. Only saving grace was hotel was close to airport and was in it for less than 12 hours. Would not return.

I stayed one night before flight next day. It’s fine,not 4 star as you would expect in uk but perfectly fine, kettle in room and bathroom supplies which I have not found in other Naples hotels, air con although not very effective. The price was very reasonable and included breakfast which was ok. Hard to find the entrance - it’s round the back in carpark through big gates which have to be opened by the staff. Not a lovely area and noisy but it’s by the airport so to be expected and Naples traffic is generally heavy and noisy.

This stay was exactly what was needed, a hotel which was close to the airport for an early flight.
It had what was needed, a decent sized room and bathroom with good working facilities. It also had efficient air con. Sadly we were road side, so it was very noisy. We didn’t use it but there seemed to be safe parking too. We did have a pleasant surprise with the breakfast on offer and the staff were all very friendly.
After reading the reviews we had prepared for the worst (we had dinner elsewhere before arriving and were in the room for less than 12 hours) but were pleased with what we found. This isn’t a luxury stay but it does the job. I would stay again if needed but would request a room away from the road.

The hotel is very dated. Corridors dirty and carpets worn. The furniture wasn't replaced in years it would seem. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, very high windows, no view outside. Generally an unpleasant experience. Not sure how they got 4 stars. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Lovely gem of a Hotel

Overnight stay before continuing our journey the next day as our flight arrived in the evening. So close to the car hire compound. Although the access gate from the car hire was offline, we just walked 2-3 mins round the front. The buildings surrounding area isnt great, but dont let that put you off.
Welcoming lady at reception. Lovely room , king size bed, clean, TV free wifi, nice ensuite shower room , complimentary toiletries. Our room overlooked the car hire area. Continental breakfast with enough to chose from. No street noise just the odd plane taking off , it is so close to the airport after all. 10-15 min walk or take the free car hire shuttle bus if you're collecting a car that is, like we were next morning. Will use the hotel again. Maybe not 4* but a 3*++

It was said on the booking page that the hotel had a bar and a restaurant. It had neither. It had a shelf of dusty bottles behind the reception and a sign saying \"Restaurant\" that lead to a closed and shuttered resturant.

The hotel is impressively located above the sea with beautiful views. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms are great, spacious and well-presented, with large bathrooms. The main entrance is sophisticated, with marble everywhere.

Two things we didn't enjoy... On both days we were there, weddings took place, and the second night, the music sadly carried on till 23:20 and was very loud. It sounded as if it was in the room next door even though we had 'loft rooms'. Staying up late and joining in may have been a better option for us.

Secondly, the breakfast is pretty basic, not 4* in my opinion. Continental breakfast only, self-service. Sweet choices (pastries and cake), nuts and boiled eggs, ham and cheese. We would have liked a cooked breakfast and more choice.

If you take a boat trip to Capri, you can see the hotel on the headland; it looks fab.

It's a quick drive into Sorrento, which is a great place to eat and wander around. It's well worth the time to visit as it is quaint.

From the port, a ferry leaves approximately every 30 minutes to Capri, and I also saw other destinations. The Capri ferry takes about 30 minutes and is fast and smooth. It's a great day out, as the island is delightful. Private parking is available at 40 euros for the day at the harbour. Drive down to the port, and just before arriving in the coach area by the ferries, you'll see the 'valet style' parking on your left. It may seem expensive, but it's very convenient.

The location is perfect for traveling from the airport. The entire area around the airport is older and run down, but the hotel rooms are perfectly fine. Staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the AC works well. There is limited dining around and driving through Naples is a death wish but otherwise this hotel is perfectly adequate for the price. We had two rooms for one night before our flight early the next AM. If you must fly from Naples, this hotel is great and an easy walk to the terminal. Also it's right behind the car rental drop-off.

If you are staying at this hotel, you either just arrived on a late flight into Naples Airport or are leaving on an early morning flight. This hotel is about a 11-12 minute walk from the terminal. The hotel is clean but very basic. The restaurant appeared to be closed and only breakfast was offered in the breakfast room. There are very few options for lunch or dinner around the hotel; you could probably get better food at the airport terminal. The hotel can be reached by walking straight out of the terminal past the taxi stands and past the Alibus (bus to Naples train station) stop. Turn right after you pass the parking lot with all the tour buses and walk to the end of the street. Do not follow the sign to Capodichino International Hotel; that is for cars. Continue to the end of the street and turn left. The hotel is just another minute of walking on the left side of the street. This hotel is perfect if you need to stay near the airport but only has basic amenities.

Even though it is walking distance to the airport it is not safe and cost €20 to cab to the airport - a 500m ride.

However, there is poor ventilation in the rooms and the air conditioning was non-functioning on a 90 degree day. We had an overnight stay as our flight arrived late. The entrance to the hotel is very poor and very un inviting.
The reception building is separate to the accommodation.
Accommodation is extremely hot, although A/C eventually cooled the room down.
Bathroom sanitary fittings, especially taps were faulty, often being either really cold or extremely hot.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

One of few you can walk to from airport

It is convenient and an easy walk to the airport. The room was clean but the outside of the building is not. It is on a noisy industrial street and the only food is to go back to the airport for McDonalds. It works for a one night stay. Pillows were very hard.

Whilst this ‘hotel’ is only a 10 minute walk from the airport, the walk is along poorly maintained pavements on a busy road and accessed via a busy/dirty car hire area.
The facilities are nothing like advertised - everything is shabby, the noise from the main road barely muffled by the double windows, room was airless and suffocating (you don’t want the windows open) and there is NO breakfast or other F&B. You will need to return to the airport for something to eat. This hotel has zero redeeming features, not even its proximity to the airport.

Good hotel for an overnight stay post night flight

Hotel is at walking distance from airport. With 7year kids we walked for 7-8 mins from airport at night. All went good.
Room is spacious but bathroom was cramped. Hardly they could fit all amenities in that small space.

Breakfast was Italian and not English as we are used to :). Otherwise hotel is good for a night stay ImO.

Perfect for a one night stay

A little tricky to find due to roadworks (and wrong instructions from the Airport Info desk!) Come out of arrivals keeping over to the right, past the bus station to the roundabout. Turn right and then left into the car rental parking lot. Head towards the hotel signs (right end of building) and there is a small gate to enter the hotel complex (need to press a bell).
My room (asked for a quiet one!) was perfectly adequate and not small as per other reviews. Breakfast was also OK with plenty of choice.

The hotel is just minutes walk from the Naples airport, so great for an overnight before an early flight or a late night arrival. Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient to airport

The reception staff was welcoming, but the hotel really needs updating. Even though we arrived in the afternoon, there was no possibility of dining or a decent quick food option on the hotel grounds or surrounding area.

How could this hotel be rated 4 stars on your website? Thankfully we were only staying one night, in order to be close to the airport.
The rooms are very shabby, the curtains don’t close all of the way, the towels are thin and old.
The area around the hotel is completely run down, and the only place to eat within walking g distance is the airport.

It was in a vile area..surrounded by filth and unsavoury persons...it's not a 4 star...maybe a 1 star in a sleazy area. The windows were boarded up..the toilet ran and the towels were ragged and thin. The bed was the rest of the board from the window and the pillow was equally hard...nothing at all nice about this place...

Dirty towels, hall flooded with water. Staff was helpful when we went to talk to them. Location is good but this place is very run down. Not 4 stars, despite the logo xD
