When I arrived at the property they told me there was not any reservations for me , that they are having problems with Expedia because they have no rooms available and Expedia continues selling reservations. But I think the hotel sold my reservation because everything was going well ., I call the hotel when I was in my way to tell them I was 30 minutes late and they told me it was fine but when I got the hotel everything change in a bad way, the lady that was in reception was acting weird she didn’t allowed other receptionist to find any information about my reservation, she just told him no to find anything that the hotel was full. That was a terrible experience.

The rooms are not sound proof at all, it was impossible to sleep. I could hear everything from the other rooms, and all the cars from the street. The pipes and drains are exposed in bathroom ceiling so you can hear water coming down all the time.

El hotel esta muy bonito y muy limpio. La ubicación es excelente y las habitaciones tienen una vista increíble.
En el restaurante se come muy bien, nos gusto mucho y supera a otros restaurantes que hay en Valle y que ya tienen cierto prestigio.
Sin duda será el hotel en el que me alojaré cada que visite Valle de Bravo.

Too much money for the level of discomfort
The room we were assigned was big and clean, it had a great view of the lake. The staff member were nice, but very limited on their ability to help. The problem was the parking lot next to the room, it had a dog (poor thing was chained and barked a lot), and also a rooster who started to crow at around 3-4 am and did not stop.
There is no way to get food, not even coffee until around 8:30 am when their restaurant opens. And, when my husband was showering in the morning, the hot water stopped running and he had to finish his shower with freezing cold water.

Acceptable only to crash and sleep
The hotel is in mid construction, noisy, you hear everybody and not accesible for humans, instead of stairs to the lobby it has a ramo that feels like a rappel wall, no phone, no ac and the bathroom is open top so you hear and smell everything, also no blackout drapes.

The rooms are very clean, equipped with lovely jacuzzi baths, and command a lovely view of the lake. We felt the hotel service was excellent and the restaurant had a pleasant \"family\" feel. These people are \"great people,\" there isn't a sense of coldness about the place. The pools were lovely, but when we stayed there, just a little dirty (mucky?), which is common for Mexico. (Chlorine is not in general use there, we have found.) All in all, wholly positive with the exception of the truck, ATV, and radio noise which wafts up from the street and from other apartments: I recommend bringing an oscillating fan or other device as a \"white noise\" generator. Fortunately they had one to lend us. Great place!

The hotel has 2 sections, the updated one is beautiful that side is what you're seeing in the pictures, the view was stunning. Rustic and somewhat modern the staff is incredibly attentive, would totally recomend.

Nice room in new building (currently in construction), but due to the fact that it is built next to the main road quite noisy. Room very clean, new and with beautiful sight to the lake.
Negative was the pool (only solar heated and probably due to the winter sun quite cold) and the cleanliness of the jacuzzi (dirt which felt like sand on the seating, water smelling bad).
Hotel is not in walking distance to the lake nor to the city center.

Todo bien, excepto el restaurante PESIMO, no tenían pasta de ningún tipo ya tienen una carta limitada y aparte no tienen todo y el mesero se molestó porque no quisimos pedir de lo que si tenían, mejor pásen la administración del restaurante a alguien que sepa, solo dediquense al hotel

Pedi esa habitación sólo por la tina dentro del cuarto, sin embargo, salía tan poca agua que se tardo en promedio 4 horas y 20 minutos en que pudieramos usarla, sólo por que no teniamos tanta prisa, y el hidromasaje de plano no funciono, mande mensaje al personal por whatsaap (por que no tienen telefono) y me contestaron hasta el día siguiente. En general esta bien el hotel pero no cumplio para mi lo que requeria, también tiene la inconveniencia del Estacionamieto, medio lejos para subir y bajar de donde te tienes que quedar estacionado.

(La opcion que elegí fue pago en la estancia) Y aunque nos dieron otra habitación supuestamente mas grande y nueva, fue una experiencia bastante desagradable: No había donde poner ropa, maletas, etc. pues no tenía closet o cajonera, en la regadera no hay un espacio donde colocar tus amenidades o artículos de higiene, no había telefono para comunicarse al lobby por cualquier situación y en la madrugada empezó a transminar agua del techo.
Lo que salvó nuestra estancia fue la cena de fin de año, pero nos mencionó la recepcionista que el restaurante es aparte del hotel... entonces el crédito es para otra área.

En general esta bien el hotel, sin embargo para los que les gusta un descanso en total obscuridas y silencio no es una opción. Ya que tienen cortinas muy delgada y sin black out. Además de la mayoría de las habitaciones dan a la calle, en cuanto abren el restaurante se escucha la música hasta las habitaciones... El restaurante está rico pero poca variedad les recomiendo que vayan al centro podrán encontrar mejores opciones.

El hotel tiene una vista espectacular y por eso vale la pena, el cuarto que nos tocó muy ruidoso porque está a pie de la carretera y la puerta no aísla el ruido, la televisión funciona con internet y no hay buena señal de internet no pudimos utilizarla, el restaurante no abre más que en fin de semana y no tienen algún lugar donde comprar cosas básicas, tienes que ir en automóvil a valle o a avandaro, no se puede ir a pie a ninguno de los dos lugares.

El jacuzzi exterior no se pudo utilizar porque nos dijeron estaba descompuesto. La climatización de la alberca dijeron sólo la ponían el fin de semana, aunque la tarifa de los días entre semana es la misma y por ello no la pudimos utilizar de lunes a miércoles. El acceso al estacionamiento es complicado. El servicio de restaurante no es bueno y los precios altos, por lo cual únicamente comimos allí una vez.
