The hotel and its amenities were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, supportive, and always willing to help, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The location is beautiful, and the pools offer breathtaking views, making it a wonderful place to relax and experience Santorini.

The only downside is that walking outside the hotel can be quite challenging. The road beside the hotel has no sidewalk, and cars travel quickly along the narrow roadway, which can be especially dangerous after sunset. It would be a great improvement if the hotel could offer a shuttle service to a few central locations in Fira, allowing guests to travel more safely and conveniently.

Otherwise, I strongly recommend renting a car or using taxis rather than walking, especially in the evening.

Our stay at Cresanto Luxury Suites was truly unforgettable.

The hotel is beautiful, spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. The private pool was perfect, and every detail reflected luxury and comfort. What made this stay extraordinary, however, was the incredible customer service.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our room. While it was very nice, it wasn’t quite what I had envisioned. This trip was especially meaningful because I was honoring the 14th anniversary of my son’s passing. The room and the view meant so much to me—they represented a place where I could feel close to him.

Angela took the time to truly understand what this stay meant to me. She listened with genuine compassion, spoke with the manager, and arranged an upgrade to the most spectacular, spacious suite with a breathtaking view. Standing there, I felt like I could reach the sky and hug my son. It gave me a sense of peace that I will never forget. I will always be grateful to Angela and the entire team for their kindness.

The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from Fira and around 20 minutes from Oia. I actually loved being in a quieter area—it allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Santorini without the crowds while still being close to everything.

I traveled with my 9-year-old twin daughters, and they were welcomed with so much love. Thank you for all that you have done for us.

My room was spectacular.. had a climatized plunge pool. The room is very large and for some reason had a his & hers W/C and excellent shower area. Comfortable living room to watch a nice size tv. They provide Nespresso machine with Nespresso coffee pods two free per day and two free waters. Also when you are in the main pool area they bring bucket with ice large water and two glasses for free. There is huge fire pit for cooler evenings pool bar and Bali beds for free no charge. ❤️🙏😎

This place is amazing. The rooms were nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, the lagoon pool around our room was cool and clean and so refreshing to swim in after getting hot wandering around the villages of Santorini. The concierge will help you set up any excursions you might want to do, but we chose to rent a buggy from them for 4 days and just drove around the entire island, creating our own excursions. I can't say enough good things about this property and we really didn't want to leave, so we'll be planning our next Santorini trip and definitely staying here again!

Supermarket just down the hill and town a short walk up the hill (I hate cardio and was fine)

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is nice if you’re looking for a quieter area to stay in but keep in mind that bus options are limited from Imerovigli. Room was very spacious and clean. We opted for a room with a plunge pool, not totally private as there is a walkway in front of the rooms but it didn’t really bother us. Main pool is very nice, breakfast wasn’t bad. Very nice place if you’re looking for a chill option where you’re looking to spend some time in your hotel room.

The whole property is immaculate and staff were excellent. The free breakfast was absolutely outstanding, some of the best pastries I’ve had in my entire life. Hospitality was amazing as well. The property is located on the backside of Imerovigli so the “caldera views” are not of the true iconic Santorini cliff side but regardless were still breathtaking, and because of this it is in a more quiet location which we found nice.
My only complaint is that our “private plunge pool” was actually overlooking the main pool and pool chairs so not a private experience, but was still lovely.

The property is beautiful. Rooms are nice and big. Did have an ant problem but wasn’t a huge deal. What was a big deal was our “jacuzzi” in our upgraded room. First the nights it was the perfect way to end the day. Hot and lovely. On day 4 it was cold, way cold, couldn’t use for 3 straight nights and that was so frustrating as there is not much to do without it. Felt like we were at home trying to find movies. We complained as did another couple. We were told it was the “wind” but it’s always windy. The maintenance guy finally came and turned it up as someone turned it down. We almost switched resorts it was so frustrating

Let's get the bad out of the way: our spa pool didn't work for the last 2 days of our stay. No one's did. It was \"sort of\" addressed...
And a wind storm made most other daytime options untenable, so this was a big deal.
This is not a cheap place
That said- the service staff took great care of us. The concierge and wait staff were some if the best I've experienced
The rooms are a bit dated but laid out very nicely and very, very clean and safe
If you go, let the staff book everything for you- they get it done in seconds
And have breakfast delivered- it's delicious and worth it
*main pool is not heated and coooollllddd
**water in any room in greek isles is not drinkable. They supply you with bottles

The hotel itself is very beautiful and scenic. My only bad experience was the hotel guest relations staff are there to make more money from you. They’ll tell you it’s unsafe to book your own cars or go by public transport so they can recommend you a very expensive private driver to take you around. This is extremely expensive and a scam. These drivers will charge you ridiculous rates for even short drives. The hotel staff should be more concerned about their guests experience & recommend affordable travel for their guests.

This place is fabulous.
5 star all around
Service is super+++
Hotel is very well maintained and taken care of. Our first day there was an unexpected mud rain and everything got filled with dirt. Within a few hours all the mud (that actually covered all of Santorini) disappeared!
And this was not the case in the other hotels
Rich breakfast with excellent
variety at the edge of the infinity pool with great view to the sea. Omelettes were very good!
Yes - this is true that the view is not to the Caldera, but the views are just as good!!! (And it comes with all the privacy, peace and quiet that you don’t usually get along the Caldera)
We stayed for 4 nights at the Delux room with private warmed up jet pool and sun mattresses which were amazing!
The pictures on the site don’t do justice…
It is just a few minutes walk to the imerovigli town with the terrific famous views and sunsets. So you don’t miss out on anything.
Bottom line- don’t think twice!!!!!
A few tips from us:
1. Get up for sunrise at least once and watch it from the jet-pool.
2. Prebook dinners every evening in sunset view restaurants at Fira, imerovigli and Oia. Aim for one hour before sunset.
3. Do the Fira to Oia walk one way and take bus back
4. Prebook a cocktail at PK bar in Fira for sunset

Everything was exceptional and exceeded our expectations at Cresanto. The room was beautiful and clean, staff was welcoming and helpful, food was exceptional, including the breakfast every morning. Our balcony had privacy and a great view. Could not recommend this place enough and above all that the owner was always around saying hi and welcoming everyone. I would return in a heserbeat.
