Weird place, not a hotel
The spot was okay but the check in process was weird. They said to call before checking in but no one was reachable by the time I had arrived. I asked specifically in email about key cards as this was a 6 person trip and I wanted a key for everyone. We had two keys for the entire stay. The beds were not comfortable, the kitchen was nice but not clean, and you could not lock your door properly unless everyone was inside the apartment.

The area around the property (Koreatown) was alright, not unsafe but nothing too exciting for exploring. Very good location geographical for catching the bus (directly outside) or the metro (5-10 North). Uber rides from Downtown or Echo Park only cost $13.

It was a great stay. Comfortable and safe. Chinar was great help. Made the stay very convenient. Only issue was that Wifi was down when I went. But still very clean and nice. We will go again when we go to LA in the future.

Almost everything about the property was disappointing. The wifi never worked. All the passwords that they provied, nothing worked. So beware that there would be no wifi. They have pictures of apartments on Expedia which includes balcony. You would obviously assume that if yiu are getting an apartment for six people it would have a balcony, but no absolutely not. They claimed that they never advertised balcony which is technically wrong but they did advertise free wifi and then didnt deliver. It doesnt end here. They dont even give you paper tissues. Denise was decent receptionist and was at least apologetic. The other receptionist spoke like she was accusing you. I am very disappointed and I have to go back in two days again because the free cancellation expired two weeks before travelling.

This property has plumbing issues. There was a loud noises coming from the draining. Noise was so loud I could not sleep. The toilet stopped flushing after the first night and I contacted the property manager at 6am. The toilet was not functioning until the after 4pm.

The place was perfect! But the check in process can be a pain. We was told we can check in a bit early but as we got there couldn’t get a reach of anyone so we sat out there for a good 40 mins (after 4pm). Then they finally responded. Once we were checked in everything was good. The place was nice and clean. Location is good. We loved the rooftop! The bed was uncomfortable but we made it work. Check out process was nice and easy also.

This is a new building in a nice neighborhood. It was a great stay with safe, underground parking. My only suggestion would be to not use scented laundry detergent on the sheets and towels as i am sensitive to that sort of thing and it negatively impacted my stay.

First the check in process was a nightmare and clearly the worst part about the place. It took nearly an hour and got yelled at by some lady for doing what we were told to do in the video they provided, unacceptable to be honest. When the rest of our party arrived they were met with more yelling to move their vehicle or get towed when they were just unloading their luggage. Horrible reactions by the staff. When we asked if their was more parking somewhere we were met with \"Google it\". Felt like trash to deal with anyone.

Last minute family trip to LA. Found this gorgeous place for a good price. Great location, for a two bedroom very spacious, very clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive if anything was needed. Everything was perfect! We were greeted with a warm welcome and easy instructions to get to our room. Whenever we were concerned or needed to ask questions prior to our booking, our hosts were incredibly responsive. We were also welcomed with a very clean apartment, plus snacks included! We would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to LA, we’re definitely rebooking if we return!

Great place at a great cost
Checking in was easy. The property owner was very pleasant and thorough with the check in process. The roof top was a perfect serene place early in the morning. The view was a plus. My kids and their friends absolutely enjoyed their time as well. The neighbors may have been a little bit upset about the laughter and chatter late into the night and complained but we weren’t extremely loud or partying so the walls may just be a little thin. Besides that and the sink in the bathroom making constant noise it was a fabulous place to enjoy our stay in Cali.

My partner and I have mixed feelings about this property:
#1 i choose the room based on the picture and descriptions. The apartment i choose had a balcony and i choose that for specific reason. But when i arrived, i received a room without a balcony, which was a disappointment. When i asked the host about it, she said it wasn't guarantee and instantly said we couldn't smoke on the balcony, but i never said anything about smoking, so i wqs a little offended by the assumption, when i clearly smelled weed smoke coming out of other apartments.
#2 on Expedia the room is reserve now pay later, thats another reason i choose the property, as soon as i confirmed my reservation the property immediately tried to charge my card the full amount. Luckily i had my card locked. I ended up contacting the property and making payments, which was kind of sketchy because i never received any type of confirmations or emails until the day before my trip. That was very stressful, especially with the way scams are taking place these days.
#3 I just wish the property was more transparent, the apartment i originally saw was not the location we ended up staying in, which was another inconvenience.
After all those set backs, things got a little better. Overall the room was clean, very nice, great size, clean property and friendly staff.

I loved the location. Very close to things and activities. Parking was nice, safe and secure in a parking garage. The property itself is really nice. However the hosts were anything but good. The lack of communication was appalling. I was told check in was 4 pm, no host was there to instruct us on how to check in. Texted both hosts, only one replied and she stated that the other host (Mark) would be helping us during check in. He never replied. My party and I didn’t get checked in until 5:20 pm. So we just sat in the parking lot and waited. I called him and he stated they were “sorry” and there was an emergency at “another property”. When he finally showed up, he was trying to check in a separate who was there before us. That’s totally fine, but the fact that there were multiple people waiting over an hour from the stated check in time is ridiculous and rude.
There were also no clear instructions on checkout. I called both numbers and got no response from either. I had to go to their Expedia page and use the 1(800) associated with the property to finally get put through to someone. Then I had this random person named Miguel (who I guess coordinates the cleaners??) ask me when I was leaving so he could send the cleaners. Which is understandable, but if checkout is 11 AM, isn’t it safe to assume to send the cleaners at/ around 11?
Then hours later, when I’m at the airport, Mark finally responds but only asking if I’ve left the property.

This was excellent value for the money- we stayed 4 nights and communication was excellent with the on- duty contact Mark. We notified when flight landed to give plenty of notice and he was there at our arrival. The beds are doubles so smaller but the extra trundle cot was great and extra blankets were readily supplied. A very well equipped exercise room with at least 8 modern cardio options with programs and extensive strength equipment. Climate is adjustable. We wish we had gone up to rooftop sooner and made more use of- it was quite amazing with various plantings, private seating sections and a couple of BBQs. Great/reasonable/central distance for various activities. Neighbourhood had noise but not sure it was any worse than many neighborhoods. A bit of a drive to decent grocery and neighbourhood a bit rundown. Very nice other tenants - no building issues with noise or smoke etc. decently equipped kitchen and new laundry set to use. Would be helpful if some more hooks/racks for coats, towels etc

Good place to stay, comfortable and relax, made you like local. I have whole place to use like my own for 3 nights, and having washer & dryer is really helpful. Location is fine (10 mins walk to Metro). Eatery choices are limited.

Then when payment settled, no one contacts me on check-in procedures, they sent a video for self drive check-in but I am not driving... So I have keep messaging the operator on the check-in status till finally succeeded, worst part is they recorded my mobile as US number which I am holding SG number. The whole experience was very unpleasant.
Lesson learnt, don't ask for early check-in, this will create disaster. Late check out will be upon approval, so also not advisable. I seriously think the booking till check in process need serious improvement.

Very nice place inside well maintained. Main complaint was did not inform us you had to pay for parking and when we arrived there were no parking spots available. Took me over a hour to find a spot on the street. And had to walk 3/4 of a mile back to the apartment.

Had a very pleasant stay at this property. It was spacious, clean and modern, felt very homely. You need to arrange to meet the host before arriving, collect the key and have a quick tour. Basic items are all included in the kitchen, which is great. WiFi was very fast too. Some nice amenities nearby, including a large Korean supermarket across the road with a cafe inside for coffee and nice items for breakfast/lunch.

The location is decent for getting to transportation but the unit itself lacked items that could have made it nicer. The coffee maker is pathetic, the beds were not comfortable and the pullout couch was like sleeping on springs without a mattress. My body still hurts. Will be seeing a physio therapist when I get home. Took 3x to get clean sheets. Never did get more pillows. The few lumpy ones we had must be 20 years old. Upon arrival unit was 80 degrees. Sparse kitchen supplies. Bring your own toilet paper unless you like prison toilet paper. Buy kleenex too. Was disappointed we had no balcony. TV was not 55 inches more like 27 inches. No TV in bedroom. Did like having a washer and dryer in the unit.

Check-in was really disorganized and it was hard to get ahold of the hosts. While the apartment was aesthetically nice and clean, it very much had the feeling of a model apartment and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Upon examination, the mattresses were very thin and more suitable for staging than sleeping. There was one thin blanket for each bed and the few pillows available were completely flat. Otherwise, the Korea Town neighborhood was delightful and the location is very convenient for taking inexpensive Lyft or Uber rides to nearby attractions.

Unit was good overall. The location was central to the things we were doing. Glad to have parking but found it a little pricey at $20US/night. Kitchen was nice and liked having two separate bedrooms. The bathroom was a good size with decent counter space. The bed linens were old and pilling, and the bath towels were very small and poor quality. Would suggest these be upgraded. Also found the pillows to be either very flat or lumpy - these could also use an upgrade. Appreciated having a few rolls of toilet paper, but pick up some facial tissue and a roll of paper towel as these are not provided. Check in and out was very easy.

The room itself was in good condition, but the building definitely has need of some updating/refurbishing. Only major issue with the room was persistent cologne smell in the kitchen/entry, not overpowering or anything, but strong. The mattress was a little hard/uncomfortable.

Building was relatively new, great amenities (roof deck w/ lounge chairs + bbq; gym; coworking space), relatively spacious and had everything needed, including laundry. Felt safe, street parking was relatively easy too. Could use a deeper clean, and the building materials were quite cheap and already falling apart. Communication with managers was very convenient.

There was construction going on for the entirety of my stay which the property managers failed to inform us about. I did not have a single opportunity to sleep in on my vacation as the construction stated at 8am every weekday morning. The floors are very thin, I could hear every single foot step from the neighbour above which would often go on all night. The apartment was beautiful and spacious and it was easy to communicate with the host. Overall, a very loud experience.

I really liked this property! A few things that I would want for them to change is the cleanliness. Some of the dinnerware were not clean, the floor was dirty and socks turned a darker color, the pull out beds from the couches had stains on them, and the towels also had stains/didn’t seem to be cleaned before, and the elevator would not work sometimes and had an odd smell. Overall, I would come again if these issues were fixed!
