I stayed here for a solo trip, I felt very safe. No bugs, air conditioning worked great. Room was clean, airport shuttle was provided to and from the airport. I had an early flight and they were ready to drop me off ahead of time.
My only complaint was the tv kept losing service.

Super close to the airport. The desk clerk drives the shuttle, so I had to wait to check in, but it was easy to get a ride to the airport. Hotel is a little run down, but the room and the beds were ready clean and nice.

I didn’t get the room i paid for and the room I paid for was trashed need bottles everywhere gave me a room with only 1 bed that was dirty also with drug needles and dirty sheets I was highly uncomfortable staying there I paid for 3 nights and only stayed 1 night

I booked last minute after I needed to reschedule my flight to the next day. The pictures make it look far nicer than it is. You can tell it’s the same place, but it looks 10x nicer than it actually is.

The bathroom was gross—the toilet and walls. The ceiling was peeling away. It smelled like smoke and pot, but it was maybe coming in via air conditioner? I can’t get the smell out of my nose. One bed was comfortable but the other was super hard.

People in room above us were up and walking around a lot at 3am and could hear every step they took.

On one hand, it’s sorta what you should expect from a $50/night hotel that close to the airport, but the pictures make you think you’re getting something better. I wish I’d have spent the $30ish more for something a bit nicer, but I was only there 9 hrs so at least it wasn’t there long.

For what it’s worth, check-in was great with very helpful staff member.

This hotel is a good deal if youre just looking for a place to rest your head for the night. It was decently clean, but there were spots in our bathroom where the ceiling was cracked or peeling, the acrylic in the bathtub was peeling, the room was decently clean aside from that. The beds were actually decently comfortable, however there were barely any TV channels or anything to watch during our stay while in our room. Other than those few issues, it was a decent stay.

For $55 this was not a bad hotel room for the one night we needed it. It was very bare bones. The breakfast was pretty disappointing, not much in the vending machine, shower was not great, the water in the sink came out way too fast and went all over the counter and we could not get the Wi-Fi to work. I would say the property could use a remodel. Overall, it did seem clean just not well maintained. Again for $55 it served the purpose.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel did not provide drinking water at all — there was no water station available anywhere on the property. When I asked the reception staff about drinking water, I was told to use the bathroom sink water, which felt extremely unhygienic and inappropriate for guests.

Additionally, during breakfast, the milk and water provided for tea and coffee were extremely cold, making the beverages unpleasant. Basic hospitality expectations like safe drinking water and properly maintained breakfast service were missing.

I would book anywhere else. Not here. This place belongs on a show called Hotel Nightmares, because that's where this experience will live in my subconcious.

The elevator buttons don't function properly, the top button doesn't function, the down button is basically used as a call button for the elevator.

The rooms are not properly cleaned. The bathroom shower curtain in my first room, has literal human excrements on it. The bathtub had brown stains. The second room, the shower curtain still had stains on it and the bathtub was disgusting, but it was too late in morning for me to try to switch to yet another room and still be disappointed. I couldn't even bring myself to use the shower because the whole bathroom was just disgusting.

There's a smell in the place, that I couldn't identify but now, thinking back, I'm pretty sure it was must, mildew and cigarettes.

The front desk staff was not communicative and only really just nodded. Not very customer service focused.

Overall, the hotel is just falling apart and obviously is not well taken care of. It should just be condemned.

Hope this helps you avoid this place like the PLAGUE!

My overall experience was not great at all. The bathroom was filthy, the shower was so dirty I had to lay down a mini towel to stand on it as I showered. There was no soap, I do bring my own soap every time I am on vacation but this is the first time that absolutely no soap was provided. The towels were also dirty, we had to stop by a store to purchase our own towels and bath rags. The bedding in the room had a throw blanket, not a thick comforter but a throw blanket. My bf and I had to request another from the front desk because they were so thin. There were stains and food residue on the walls plus more. The list goes on but moral of the story, my experience wasn’t good and it was our first and last time staying here.

Hreat experience from beginning to end. All of the staff are super nice and helpful. Very friendly. We actually extended our staynone more night . We really love the fact that they also have a Continental breakfast from 5am-9am included in the price of the room ..from booking to price of the room to checking in staying and checkout its all super easy. They even have a free shuttle to the airport.

Be prepared to use your own mobile Hotspot if you want to watch the small tv older lady at front desk during the day wasn't very approachable also to get a clean wash cloth you have to return the old one to desk first needless to say I won't return

You get what you pay for. We wouldn't have stayed but it was late and we were exhausted. We didn't get between the sheets because they looked dirty. The only blanket was folded at the end of the bed and looked as though someone left their old throw blanket behind. Dirty, floors, tub, and toilet. We didnt even want to shower there. Horrible experience.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The front desk staff was not there for almost 20 minutes. I had to wait 20 minutes yo let her know that my suites hot tub was not working and she told me someone would come fix it and no one showed up at all. Therefore, we ended up leaving the place without staying the night there and booked another hotel room.

Apart from the help given by Sheree this was an appalling place to stay. Despite messaging the hotel twice, their 24 hour airport shuttle did not appear due to someone not turning up and it cost $40 just to get to the hotel. The person behind the desk was not interested and the room we were given was filthy with chewing gum on the floor and a sofa chair that looked like it had been attacked by rats. The next room was a little better but not by much. It is generous to say a continental breakfast was included - a couple of cereal choices and a bit of bread. Needless to say we declined the second days offering. Manager was never available when we were there to make representations.

Breakfast was bare minimum (toast, cereal, oatmeal, coffee), bed was stiff with one thin blanket, hair dryer was rusty and didn't work, and the shower wall had big chunks peeled back/off.
Plus we found out at check in that their parking was full so we'd have to pay more and park next door for our flight the next day so call and confirm they have space for you to park off you need it. The lady at check out said it's been that busy for 6 months.
Staff was nice but overall you get what you pay for, don't recommend. I've been pleasantly surprised by other cheap hotels but not this one.

Didn’t match photos. Location was terrible. Cigarette smoke throughout the halls was very strong. The tv froze and cutoff often. Remote to tv didn’t work. We are sure the remote didn’t go to the tv. Front desk lady wasn’t nice when I asked for washed cloth because they only have one in room and it was two of us. One of the towels in restroom was dirty. The tube was dirty or needs new paint at least. We definitely will not be back. Came in town for a funeral and this place was the worst experience of the whole trip. Bedding was also damaged. They need to renovate or tear down and start over.

Our first room had to be changed to another because in the cold of winter the heater did not work and was blowing out cold air and the window was frosted on the inside.
Second room was better. The beds had tin bases. Everytime you went to the bed your feet hit the base and made a banging sound.
The breakfast was terrible! No coffee made, there were about 6 bagels with only grape jelly. When I asked for butter they said they were all out of it. The girl that checked us in was okay. The girl we talked to about changing rooms was very nice and helpful.
We had to have someone sign us into the television? Never heard of such nonsense and we waited for the elevator only to be told you have to hit the up button first then the down button to go down.Crazy!
The shuttle bus driver that took us to the airport in Detroit had to manage the front desk, keep the breakfast going and drive leaving the hotel with nobody until he got back!
Would I stay there again NEVER!!!!

The girl at the desk was very nice and so were the two gentlemen that drove the shuttle from the airport I was almost afraid to sleep in the bed.

Me and my partner were expecting a nice stay, we booked for the jacuzzi suite. We got there and the floors in our room were super dirty. No problem we went to the desk and asked if they can sent housecleaning which they did. After a few hours, we went to go start our jacuzzi and the hotel room had NO HOT WATER. No water at all actually. I called front desk and they insisted there was nothing they could do until another manager got in and the pipes were frozen. Not my problem and I paid extra just for the room. The fact that they let us book that room knowing the pipes were frozen is so wrong. I paid an extra $60 just so I can stay in a jacuzzi room just to be told they couldn’t do anything for us and had to put us in a standard room. What we thought would be a romantic night turned into the worse. no amenities and the hotel definitey does not look like the pictures. I will not be staying here again and trying to get a refund for my money which I still haven’t, along with a $50 deposit. This stay was so upsetting

This was the worst experience I had.
Only one light working inside my room.
No water for customer kiosk machine was down. Front desk did not have water to buy from. Trying to kill guest with thrust unless you are ready to drink toilet tap water. Asked front desk for help, poor front desk guy was not properly guided after he came back from vacation. Lady at in the morning was sweet to drive me to the airport which was free according to their advertised agenda in Expedia.
I would definitely like Expedia to ask me more about it as i also have the proof about what I experienced.

Receptionist was rude, I asked for another blanket she said she’d see if she had one, no follow up. Blanket in the room had a huge burn hole, no insulation so we heard plans all night sounded like they were right outside our window. Bugs in the bathroom.
