My stay here was comfortable. I booked two rooms and the price was very affordable. The rooms were clean. The property itself can do some renovation on the outside: A microwave would be a bonus in the seating are by the cafe. The beach club access is a+plus especially the entertainment staff, My Expedia rep was very helpful and responsive also Gilberto,
I don’t remember the dept he is in. Jesus the bellman is very courteous. The area is safe. Security and police presence in Cancun is her common. It’s approx 20-25 mins to hotspots in the hotel zone area. Walkable to mall, stores, shops, banks, restaurants and gas station.

This hotel had absolutely the friendliest staff, we arrived late, spring break and needed a room. They were so helpful and we were able to get in for the one night.
The place was very clean very modern.
The only drawback was no furniture on the patio. So we had a great view but had to stand to enjoy it.
We arrived after 10 so not a lot of food options, there was a small restaurant just up the street it was amazing I highly recommend. Pic added
Parking was also easy and free. As well there are convenience stores close by for snacks and drinks.

The room was horrible. Most uncomfortable hotel room we've ever stayed in. First..... The room is very large with practically nothing it except a bed nightstand and a long desk/table and one cheap desk chair. We had a nice little balcony but could not sit out there with only one chair. It feels cold and very very basic. Cavernous. Had plenty of room for a little table or a love seat or something. No art on the walls. No character or ambience at all. Glad we only stayed for two days. They need to put some effort into guest comfort and practically.

It was just an ok experience. I didn’t not like that the front desk lady did not give me a pass to leave the hotel and the guard at the entrance would let me leave unless I got a pass and I had to go back wait in line to received said pass. I have never in my life been required to have a pass to leave a hotel. That was not a good experience.

Great ocean view on the 12th floor, the room was clean, the staff was nice; it has a great location very near Las Americas Mall, many restaurants and stores. But the Beach Club is VERY LIMITED, there are only 2 times slots to get on the shuttle, it was already full when checked in, so we took our own Uber to the other Krystal property. You only get one day pass if you are spending 2 nights. The other property was very crowded by the pool.

Great location, very nice hotel and great staff. But, honestly, their bedding really needs to be updated and I told them this: the mattress was hard as a rock and seemed old. But the rain head shower in the bathroom was amazing and all else was good. In spite of the above I would probably stay again.

The hotel is not in any way a 4-star hotel. The rooms are old and tired with multiple issues and faults. In our the balcony door wasn't even closing. We were offered a move to another room, which had exactly the same faults. After taking this with the management we were moved to a \"better\" room, which is essentially a typical 4-star room,The hotel has got only 25 rooms of that standard. The breakfast was average to sub-par. The only good things was the beach club access to its siter hotel and the kow cost for self-aprking

I booked this because i missed. my flight and it was midnight. When i was booking expedia didnt show me that check in was at 3 pm. I needed the space for the night to sleep. So i ended up paying at the property much more. There was no manager and the front desk girl was not being kind or accommodating. This was a terrible experience. The room i booked through expedia went to waste as i never even used it and we left by the time it was check in time. I asked for a refund and even th expedia agent i was speaking to said the hotel would not answer his call. I m a loyal expedia client. please help me recover my money.

The Krystal hotel is in a great location and has great views but the rooms are run down and dark and dingy bathrooms with no hot water. My room was on the 12 floor and was not cleaned properly. I had access to the beach club which is nothing special as the drinks will cost you a lot and there are not enough seats near the pool, as well the service is non existent. This hotel is not worth your 50 to 100 bucks.

When I made the reservation online, I booked a room that was advertised as “Free Access to the beach.” However, when I checked in, I was informed that free beach access is only available for stays of two nights or more.

If this condition applies, why was it not clearly stated in the booking description? I paid a higher price specifically to book this room with free beach access, so this situation is confusing and disappointing.

The balcony view was amazing. Breakfast was horrible because we didnt eat. Reason being waiter in charged refused to warm up our kids pizza which we bought there the night before. He said they didnt have a way to warm it up. Camila only person who tried to help us. Need more workers like Camila!!!

The room was relatively clean; however, I found long hair on the bed linen upon arrival. After requesting room cleaning the following day, I was told the room had been cleaned, yet the same hair remained on the linen. Additionally, no hand towels were provided after the cleaning, even after I requested them.

The hotel advertised a free shuttle service to the beach, but this service was never available. During our four-night stay, we were not able to use the shuttle even once.

Staff behavior was also very disappointing. I paid USD $24 per day for breakfast. On the second day, I had an early morning reservation to visit Teotihuacan and requested either a boxed breakfast or for the restaurant to open 15 minutes early so I could eat before leaving. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and my request was refused. I then asked for a refund for that day’s breakfast, which was also denied.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and the service did not meet basic expectations.

We stayed at Krystal Urban Hotel, Cancun for three nights, and overall, the hotel has both positive and disappointing aspects.

On the positive side, the hotel is clean, beautiful, and well located. The surrounding area is convenient, with shops and daily necessities nearby. The hotel zone is about a 15-minute walk to the bus stop, and you can easily reach it using the R1 or R2 bus, which is affordable and frequent.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a pool and ocean view, which we really enjoyed.

However, there were some service and policy issues that negatively impacted our stay.

One major concern was the hotel’s drinking water policy. Complimentary water is not easily provided unless it comes with scheduled room service or is purchased from the hotel restaurant. We stayed for three nights, but room service was provided only once. When we asked about it, we were told we might have left the “Do Not Disturb” sign, which was not the case. Later, we were informed that room service hours were over, yet water would be sent. After calling three times and finally going to the lobby, we eventually received water. This was frustrating, as access to basic necessities should not be so difficult.

Another disappointing experience involved the hotel’s beach shuttle service. During the first two days, we asked about using the shuttle and were told it was already fully reserved. On our last day, even though our check-out time was 12:00 PM, we asked at 9:00 AM if we could

This hotel is misleading- stating it has a beach club when it doesn’t, just pure lies. Meanwhile Expedia is also on these lies because they want their commission and won’t hold the hotel accountable for this gross misrepresentation. The hotel will provide you with a band and you will have to travel about 5 miles to another property to use the beach club. Guess what, once you get there you are a third or fourth class citizen because you don’t have access to anything and the security guards will frustrate you if you try to sit on any of the chairs. The staff are also racist. Just an awful experience- I will never return to this property nor recommend to anyone.

It is a budget hotel with poor service. Should not be part of expedia VIP . The key feature of the hotel they advertised was the beach club access of their sister hotel in hotelzone with free shuttle. Well, what they give you is wothless. Here is why:
1. Free shuttle supposed to leave 8 am and 9 30 am. Dont think it exist. Requested 24 hour ago and they said no room in shuttle, take your own taxi. Asked if they can put my family of 4 in waiting list, they said they would but i did not see them enter anything in system or paper.
Next day around that time, we came down to get breach towels they promised and for 4 adults, they gave us only 2 towels. Said they have no more. We then went to the restaurant for breakfast and came 2 hours later to ask for 2 more towels. Then 1 person said they have no more. Asked another person in another desk, he said i have to return the previous two towel to get new additional two towel. The worst part is they said at the sister hotel we have to present ID to get in despite the band they put on our wrist. For us adults we had drivers license but for kids, it meant we had to carry their passport. That is a really inconvenient and unsafe thing to do and give away your childs passport to a stranger in a foreign country and they hold on to it for the duration.
We then took a taxi and moved on with 2 towels only to the sister hotels beach club.
It was ok but packed with people and hardly any empty loungers.

I had to leave one day no Water so loud due to soccer players. Door slammed all hours of the day couldn’t get any sleep. My room was by the elevator so all of the soccer players and everybody else came in Late was so loud and drunk. It was horrible. I had a complete headache. I went there for dental surgery and I’ll tell you what it was the worst nightmare I could ever imagine. I checked out early three days early.ibecame sick due to migraine with all the loud noise people yelling all hrs of the night and door slamming 24/7 I had to pay did I get my refund? No, I went to Krystal Cancun and it wasn’t any better. She asked me why I was leaving. I said I am sick of all the rude awakening loud noise and door slamminig. no respect at that hotel.whew!

On Hotels.com it states parking is free. Not true. They gave us the wrong room keys, the bellman used his universal keys to get us in, someone had their luggage in there. :-( it was someone else's room. Bad! We could not use handicap parking, cone in the way, we could not have access to pool towels, unless trade in ID at the front desk. Very inconvenient in a dripping wet bathing suit. Bad. unrepaired ceiling in hallway from rain damage

La atención de recepción y maletas espectacular , enseguida ayudando y haciendo todo mejor posible .
El aire tenía un ruido constante , me imagino que quizás algo técnico o un poco sueltas las ventanitas y las toallas oscuras y viejas pero eso se puede arreglar .todo está en que algún supervisor se dé cuenta de esos detalles que buscan ciertas personas .
