I would say outstanding but

I wouldn’t say it’s very kid-friendly, since the room felt pretty tight with a crib. That said, it was really clean and nicely prepared, just like we expected. The building itself could use a bit of renovation though, and a few things need fixing ASAP—especially the bathrooms and the minibars.

The location is honestly one of the best in Beirut, especially if you're here for sightseeing or just to enjoy the city.

Tons of restaurants within walking distance, a 24/7 market just around the corner, super safe area, and both Zaytouna Bay and Beirut Souks are just a 5-minute walk away.

All in all, a great spot for first-time visitors to Beirut, with a solid price-to-quality ratio.

Paul and Amira and all the staff I interacted with at Ramada by Wyndham were lovely - so kind and welcoming. The room was great, and very functional for what I needed. The location was fantastic - literally 1 10 minute walk to Zaytoonah Bay and 5 minutes to Beirut Souks, and it was very easy to find.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is so helpful and ready to assist with every request , and the location is the best in Beirut. The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the quality of the shampoo and shower gel, which could be improved. Still, I highly recommend !

One and only

I have stayed at many hotels in Beirut for the price range that Ramada offers, it is by far the best experience: hospitality, friendliness of staff, cleanliness is impeccable, rooms are large, views are better than expected in a populated city, high standard, nice lobby, good restaurant, surprisingly and agreeably very quiet which is not a trait in Beirut unless you stay at 5 star $500 a night hotels.

the one thing that made our stay's rate as terrible was the valet parking service. we handed them our car in perfect condition, to receive it the next day in urgent need of workshop!! What the valet guy did with the car and how he drove it in and out of their designated parking, God only knows!!!! the car was seriously damaged from below due to a direct hit with something steep! not to mention that it didn't start, the battery was out and needed a boost. This is terrible service even if they make you sign a paper clearing them from any liability, you should be more responsible towards your guests and have better training to all of your employees!

It is a nice hotel in a good location. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was nice. The price was one of the best I found in the region so I think the affordability is the best part of the hotel. The breakfast was good. It is not like some of the luxury hotel breakfast that you find in other location. But the food was good and there was a good variety.

Decent Hotel in Downtown Beirut

The hotel is small yet rooms are a decent size. It is a 4 star hotel and more suited to serve the business area around it. Location is perfect close to all main areas of downtown. My advice is not to go for the breakfast option as it is expensive for what isogferedtjatislimited, cold and does not get replenished frequently.

The hotel is really very Good, but i had some problems about my check in. The problema is that when i made the Reservation, it was written \"Breakfast included\", but when i arrive at the hotel, the staff said it was not included, and said it was a problem Of Expedia.
The wifi internet is only good, no more than Just Good.

Good value for excellent location

The hotel was formerly an office building of sorts--you can tell from the cramped lobby and narrow linoleum-floored hallways. It sits in the heart of Beirut's new business district and, understandably, caters more toward business travelers. There's a lot of construction taking place in the neighborhood, so it can be noisy during the day, but the nights are quiet. The rooms & furnishings show their age, and the bathroom tiling could definitely be replaced. But for $100/night in Downtown Beirut, it was good value for money.

Check in went very smooth and the staff were welcoming. rooms are a bit small however very comfortable and clean.
The coffee/tea tray weren't always refilled...we had to call every morning during our stay to get the coffee/tea bags we wanted.
There is a construction site close to the hotel so sometimes we got up from the sounds at 7/8am.
Check out did not got so well. the receptionist kept us waiting for more than 15 mins because there was a problem with the mini bar. I found it very disrespectful for us since we were staying at a Ramada and not any hostel or low budget hotel.

3 building under construction surround Ramada working 24 hours.
I booked Executive room (I don't recommended) but I choose down grade to deluxe room because they have balcony and see view plus free breakfast.
Very small bathroom 3.6 square meters.
Location is the best near Zaitona bay and solider.
Room 1201 & 1202 are recommended (quit and view)

Good Hotel, value for money, good location.

Construction near by which make it annoying if you are not an early bird. Bathroom is small and basic. Room is also mid size. Complementary water and coffee maker. Parking 10$/ 24 hrs.

Rude staff, middle of a construction site

This hotel was fine inside if you don't mind the sound of construction at 7 am. It was impossible to find as there is only one rather hidden entrance and you have to go through an active construction zone to get to the front door.

On the bright side the bed was gigantic and the breakfast was delicious. Though you should be prepared to argue with them that your reservation includes the breakfast.

Holiday Weekend

We spent four nights here over holiday weekend and found adjacent building work noisy on the first night, but then much quieter for the remainder of our stay. The hotel location in downtown business district meant an easy walk to 'Souks' shopping area and Place d'Etoiles which were lively with many good restaurants and bars. The hotel is small with limited parking but a good valet parking service (10 dollars a day). The room was a decent size, but the lobby, bar and restaurant are all small. The service was good and the hotel staff were polite and helpful.

This hotel has limited amenites (eg. no gym or leisure facilities) so would suit travellers or business people who plan to spend their time elsewhere.
