End of season sunshine. The hotel at this time of the year is I assume much quieter which suited us as this was our second visit. We were upgraded to Signature Level at check-in and welcomed by the same receptionist as last year with warmth. The food is more than satisfactory in the main restaurant, there really should be no problem finding something you like, the quality is also very good. The Gaucho steakhouse was excellent and we really enjoyed lunch at the food truck. Staff were friendly and attentive. All said a job well done TRS Ibiza. Oh, and hands down the best place to see the sunset - The Gravity rooftop bar!

In the advertisement they wasn’t specific about all exclusive package. When I purchased all exclusive package im thinking all drinks was included but it was not. Also I thought room service was included to order food just because I had all u can eat all exclusive but no room service was included. They AC went out in the room I was in even tho they gave us another room that was cool. But overall my money was not worth it unsatisfied. Also was not able to get in the pool 7 days because it was dirty. Also we requested towels and toilet paper for 24 hours they keep telling us they would bring us some but never did until next day. No room service terrible. Couldn’t even get partial of my money back do to the circumstances.

I came to this resort expecting relaxation and hospitality, but instead I left hurt and disappointed after experiencing blatant racism. From the moment I arrived, I felt singled out and treated differently from other guests. Staff members were noticeably less friendly, gave dismissive responses to simple requests, and even ignored me while assisting others who came after.

What should have been a peaceful vacation turned into a series of uncomfortable encounters that made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. No guest—regardless of race—should have to question whether they’re being treated fairly or valued equally.

I brought my concerns to management, but the response was defensive and dismissive rather than apologetic or solution-oriented. It’s extremely disheartening that a place promoting itself as “luxury” could lack such basic decency and cultural sensitivity.

I hope the resort takes this as a wake-up call to provide proper diversity and sensitivity training to their staff and to genuinely address the discrimination happening under their roof. Until then, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone who values respect, equality, and basic human dignity.

Overall it didn't reach the 5 star service we expected. Hotel and facilities are lovely you can never get a sun bed tho! So there's not enough beds for the amount of people. Food was utter rubbish! Same buffet day in day out quality was poor dry heated up food with same cheap rice pizza pasta options. Service was ok found some staff members rude. I waited in a que for buffet on the day of arrival we arrived before check in so had no room number yet. Just my wrist band for all inclusive. I was told I couldn't go in to eat after queuing as I didn't have my room number yet I did explain. I had to go and wait at reception for the lady who was very helpful to tell them I am able to sit down and eat as I've paid for all inclusive this starts as soon as you arrive regardless if the room was ready or not. So the staff don't seem to be up to date or fully trained. No tour of the hotel or told were restaurants are food times nothing! All a guessing game. Staff member didn't know the answer to a question understandable he was new but good customer service results in finding out for the customer he was not interested in doing so. Room was average clean etc we got a rubbish view of a wall even tho we booked a sea view which was a shame. Overall as I say hotel facility's were nice to look at I just wouldn't stay here again as it was very average for the price we paid we've had better food and service in lower star hotels.

The grounds were lovely, however we paid for the signature level service which turned out to be a total waste of money. It was impossible to get a sunbed every day and really hard to confirm reservations in any of the a la carte restaurants. Unfortunately TRS seems to be more interested in selling day passes to other non resident guests so it was over crowded for the guests that were paying to stay in the hotel.

We were also asked to pay for items that we hadn't asked for upon check out. This was eventually rectified but the manager made us feel uncomfortable.

Definitely not worth the money for Signature level!

Walkable to the beach that connects to another so for those who enjoys a swim is perfect.

Also has nice restaurants on the beach.

Nice rooms as well. Clean and neatly furnished. Just a tad far from most of the clubs but I guess you know what you are choosing when in San Antonio

There was 3 of us. We stayed in a suite with a sea view. Amazing.

The main bed wasn’t an actual king size, just two twins. Not a problem though. The sofa bed was bigger.

The bathroom area was amazing. Dual sinks, great lighting, and separate toilet from shower/bath area. The shower and bath is amazing, there’s a window with a glimpse of the sea. Nice touch. Bath tub for those that like that, my wife used it.

The patio was amazing. Comfortable, with plenty of seating. Great views, over looking the sea and the main pool area. Outstanding

Inclusive certain drinks like a simple margarita on the rocks was an additional charge. Room service was outrageous for very mediocre food. Also paid $150 euros for A birthday suprise for husbands bday they did the surprise on the wrong day with the wrong bday message to me instead of my husband ).thats a lot of money for incorrect service. But the cake and meat and cheese board and wine were really nice and the room has a great view and was very clean

Had a great time in Ibiza, but not sure this hotel would classify as five stars as advertised. The food was amazing, beds were comfortable, and poolside service was great, but the showers in both of our rooms leaked out into the bathroom area every time you showered, and many of the staff seemed confused about how the resort worked/what time things opened & closed- and it was difficult to get deck chairs by the pool and dinner reservations. Between the hours of 5 and 7 PM there’s no food available on the resort property at all. All of these things could be worked around and handle easier if there was clear communication upfront about how soon in advance you need to book your food, reserve your chairs, and plan ahead. There was an app we downloaded, but it was missing some information and would not let us book reservations for our entire party for dinner at the same time. We just felt a little disoriented the first two days there. Otherwise had a great time.

I visited last year with the same group of friends and had an incredible time. This year there were some disappointing changes. Last year there was more varied entertainment, including drummers interacting with the guests, dancers and dj’s playing longer than an hour at a time. Still a good stay however it went from incredible to good!

Another Fabulous stay at TRS!

Have stayed here once before, and will be returning again! Everything about this hotel is amazing. Definitely recommend going all inclusive. Only thing I would say is we were only there for 2 nights, and wanted to do a restaurant each night - the butler wasn’t very helpful in accommodating our request in this which meant we missed out.

bait and switch

despite booking a room with a king sized bed 6 months in advance, we arrived to find 2 twin beds pushed together. I was charged the full price of the stay before seeing this. i brought it to their attention within minutes of entering our room, and they said they would bring a mattress cover to make it effectively into a king size bed. hours later it wasn't done and we asked again... and again. we had to spend a night of our anniversary trip on adjacent twin sized beds. the next day we nagged them all day and eventually later that evening they addressed this.

i also found you had to ask repeatedly to have your room cleaned/ turned down.

the whole common space in the hotel is not air conditioned, which I really would expect in an upscale hotel in Ibiza during summer (it was over 30 degrees and humid)

the building is a bit run down

the pool was admittedly great in terms of vibe and set up. food was good. bar service was ok but slow.

overall, i've stayed at a lot of hotels and i just dont think these people are providing quality service. and the dishonesty in terms of charging me for one room and then giving me a different one is really shameful.

Great hotel but beware bathroom
floors are marble, shower designed so the water runs over the floor and only had a tiny bath mat.
On the first day of our stay husband slipped and badly injured his leg
which ruined the trip as we couldn’t enjoy the clubs we had booked.
Hotel staff were nice but nothing they could do, made us feel like we were trying it on. Such a shame as would have been a great stay but spent the three days in pain, spent a fortune on club tickets which we couldn’t enjoy.

Absolutely fantastic place. The food selection and quality was absolutely first class. The food truck was a particular highlight. It was also refreshing to have a selection of fresh fruit and cheeses at every meal, rather than just at breakfast. Also, fresh olive bread at breakfast was to die for. The entertainment was spot on. Laid back vibe but just enough. Rooms spacious and spotless.
Two minor issues. There was dog mess in the gravel for several days despite the grounds being well tended. The mats on the sun loungers had seen better days. We will be returning. Thank you

We stayed for x2 nights when we arrived I couldn’t get a booking for either of the a la carte restaurants on both nights but I explained to them only here for two nights and they accommodated me in both!

The pools were fabulous we came off season so plenty of space around the pools
Loved the roof too pool and bar
Will come back again for a x3 day break for sure

Breakfast fantastic we didn’t pay for the upgraded all inclusive but if your into old fashioned and negroni you better go for the ultra!

The hotel was chic and all the staff we met were very friendly. Unfortunately we had food poisoning on the third day which blighted the stay somewhat. As others have mentioned getting the first drink at dinner was quick, any subsequent ones were either not forthcoming or you had to try and catch someone’s eye. It was only towards the end of the stay we realised the food truck did lunch, it was only explained when checking in about the additionally charged degustation menu. We had a sea front room which made for amazing sunsets but got quite noisy as it overlooked the main pool. Easy walk into town, or opposite the hotel and across the cliff in the other direction ending up at the beach at the side of the hotel. Taxi from the airport was €36 to the hotel was €40.

Good but not great

Our second visit here (Oct 2022 and Oct 2024] and whilst the service and food are still excellent, the property is starting to look tired. We often had stained or torn bed sheets. The shower heavily leaked and we could hear the water/drainage system loudly from showers and toilets in other rooms. The pool areas were quite dirty with quite a few damaged or stained sunbeds. Not a 5* star hotel by any stretch but a reasonable 4. The sunset from the Gravity Bar is a definite bonus. We also had a lovely afternoon in the spa this time which was a free perk of being a Hotels.com gold rewards member.

Amazing hotel, everything was 100%. We stayed for a week and I couldn't find one fault. Spotlessly clean, fabulous staff, amazing food and drinks and it felt 5* in every area. The room was lovely, bed was so comfortable and beach right beside the hotel. The breakfast, buffet and a la carte restaurants were all amazing with a fabulous choice of food and lovely staff and the bar staff were great. Sometimes there was a very short wait for drinks or tables but we were on holidays and didn't mind that at all. Pool areas were gorgeous. Can't wait to return.

On arrival we had a free upgrade to the suite as opposed to the deluxe room, which made the price a lot more tolerable! We did have a look at one of the deluxe rooms, it was lovely too. I think for the price you pay it’s worth getting the suite though.

All inclusive was fantastic, there were a couple drinks you can’t have unless your premium - but the selection was sufficient enough for it to not matter too much.

We only tried the helios restaurant, which was fantastic. The lunch options great and breakfast was the best part.

Atmosphere of hotel fantastic, private beach nearby which was stunning and 3 pools.

Staff were amazing, all around an unreal stay and we would come back!

Favourite ever all inclusives! The food was absolutely unreal, you have to book the restaurants that are included but make sure you do because they are incredible. The food was served like a Michelin star restaurant! There were a few pools to choose from to relax around and the rooftop pool was stunning especially at night as the pool faces the sunset! Staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you, the buffet food is nice and it's only 10-20 minutes walk down to the marina where there are lots of bars and restaurants.
The pool are is nice and clean, never a problem to find a sunbed and the outside bar service is fast. There's also a private beach at the back of the hotel which is lovely.
Only downsides we had was the rooftop bar is a bit pretentious but that's just our opinion, and be aware there is no door separating the bedroom and bathroom area so there is not much privacy. We were on the first floor and the view was just of a massive tree on the balcony which was a shame. Apart from these minor things, it's a lovely hotel with great food and added plus is that the bar staff take your orders around the pool but it can be hard to get their attention so it's quicker to just go the bar yourself. We didn't eat dinner there as it started trousers or formal shorts to be worn and we prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. Overall a nice stay.

Unfortunately this facility is racist. My family and I still stayed here a week and very few staff were pleasant to us. Multiple occasions we were overlooked and others (whites) were tended to before us. We did not feel welcomed at all. In addition, this is a place to relax only! None to little entertainment. No food or snacks after 10pm. Bar is closed at 1am, if you want anything after you have to PAY for room service. Same food that’s included during open hours. You will have to leave the resort for entertainment. Catch a taxi to a local spot 5mins away or go to Old Town which is 30mins away. TRUST me you will want to leave! The food was subpar…I had fish served to me twice that was unprepared and other items were just underwhelming. I would not recommend this resort. STAY IN OLD TOWN

This hotel was nice and clean but honestly not for me, bed was hard. This hotel is very quiet with no amenities for fun. It’s a pure relaxing hotel, not for anyone less than 45yrs, unless you don’t want music or partying. Make sure you know what your all inclusive includes because it is not all inclusive at all. Only 3 restaurants (1 Buffett, a steak house and Italian) both have inclusive menus which are different from the pay items, also of which they don’t tell you. When you look at the app it’s not specific. Only specific drinks are included such as margarita(only classic and frozen), gingerale is not included in all inclusive. You have to pay for all room service. There is no food available all night, not a snack shop or coffee. Restaurants close at 10pm. This hotel is not walking distance to the city/ party life. Most Not all staff are not as pleasant. In my opinion would not return.

We paid extra for a panoramic sea view and our room was right next to a very noisy Taxi rank on the first floor. We reported a cockroach in the corridor near our room. Obviously they did nothing as it ended up in our room. Had to check all luggage before returning home. If you are looking for a quietish hotel then look elsewhere.

We had a fantastic stay. Every single member of staff were so friendly and welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing, so much choice and excellent quality. We paid extra for a junior suite with a jacuzzi, it was well worth it, with beautiful views, sun all day and large accommodation. We arrived by taxi which was around half an hour journey. The beach was a short walk down, beds €21. The waiters around the pool are very attentive and always ensured you were looked after, never left wanting a drink. The rooftop bar and pool had stunning views and was a more chilled out space than the main pool which had entertainment daily.
This was the perfect place for our honeymoon, we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Was very clean, modern and luxurious. Bathrooms came with L’Occitane products as standard and the rooms were very clean and modern. There are 3 pool areas, a more lively area with music from around 3pm, the rooftop pool which turns turns into a rooftop bar in the evenings, and a quiet pool. There are also 4 dining options included with all inclusive - el Gaucho, Helios and the gourmet food truck which doubles as a snack bar during the day. The food at the standard buffet was amazing too, with small dishes being constantly freshly made throughout dining. The staff and waiters were also lovely. Only improvement would be around the waiting time for drinks and waiter service round the pool, it was difficult to get served at times but other than that a lovely stay. A far cry from the party side of Ibiza but easy to get to via taxi (c. 35 EUR) if that’s your thing.
