Being right off the highway it was very fairly priced. Lots to do close by. Fairly quiet even with McDonald’s drive thru being right across from our room in the same parking lot. I wouldn’t recommend the Dennys even with the discount. Apart from that it was a great affordable option. No complaints.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to park right in front of our door, which is nice for loading and unloading.
Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles with a lot of topping options. Also a self serve yogurt with many toppings. There was also cereal, oatmeal, breads, muffins, juice and coffee. Very clean breakfast area. Very nice lady keeping it clean and stocked

The A/C was cold but the motor and can were so loud that i had to shut it off for the night. Thankfully the temps were cooler too keep the room cool.
Breakfast was adequate. I'm not a fan of the powdered eggs but they were provided along with a nice selection for everyone.
The room was very nice, clean. The bed was not very comfortable at all and it squeeked every time you moved around. Do better in the comfort of your mattresses. Your guests are tired when they stay at a hotel and are looking for a good night's sleep.
The lock on the door could be better for improved safety also.

Our air conditioner was loud and did not work properly - sometimes it wouldn’t even turn on and then when it was on it kept turning off. Our fridge froze everything solid that we put in it. At breakfast, the scrambled eggs were in a chafing dish and one morning they were completely cold. I will say that the woman who worked at the breakfast room provided exceptional customer service, and the property is lucky to have her.

the first night at 11:30 pm the smoke alarm we off and told us to evacuate the because of fire !!! No smoke or fire so we called the front desk and they came and took the alarm out. we not a good sleep that night!!!!!! The next day they said they put a new one in (ha ha ) at 7:15 just got out of the shower and off the smoke alarm goes again!!!!! Tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work so my wife walks down and tells them, they come and take it out again!!!!! This time he shows us a new one and puts it up but says they can not fix the phone as they have been having problem with them for quite a while!!! WE cancel our stay for the next two nights vacation RUNIED JUST GO HOME!!!!!!!

I would of gave a 5 star review but unfortunately the last 10 min I was there waiting for my ride to come and pick me up the lady by the name of LAURA was completely rude and told me I needed to leave the property that I was checked out and needed to leave the premises. Now please understand I'm not one to loiter by any means and I am not being a nuisance or looking like I'm a bum. Honestly, all I was doing was waiting in the back on the stairs with my two small bags not causing any one trouble which no one was even coming up or down and it was raining outside and she yelled it at me from the across the parking lot as she smoked her cigarette. I'm a smoker myself by no means am I judging her but the fact that I had paid over $200 for two nights and they still were holding my $100 deposit I think being able to wait for my ride on the property is not asking to much considering she couldn't even produce a check out receipt reflecting the no charge refundable deposit I paid not through expedia but from the property itself. I just have never been treated with such rude and disrespectful behavior by any hotel and trust me I have stayed in alot of them to be able to say it's not something I wanted to do but she needs to know speaking like this to me has costed me having to write this review and me to never stay here again and to make sure no one else i know does. You earn loyalty with respect for repeat business and today no respect was given lost a customer.

Perfect location, across from superstition springs mall, lots of food options, nice rooms, large tv with tons of tv options and Netflix sign in, pool is ok and hot tub.
Negatives: the beds were extremely uncomfortable they need to be replaced as only the middle is comfortable because of the usage on the edges.

I stayed with 2 children on the spectrum. The interiors are renovated and meet my expectations for Best Western. The management team and Laura, went above and beyond to meet our needs. The pool area was clean and at night perfect temp for a refreshing swim. Entertainment, dining, shopping mall on the same property. Breakfast was excellent. Always greeted with a smile; fresh eggs, bacon sausage, biscuits to take to your room or dine in.

Subpar for BW

Hotel refused to modify booking in any way because we booked from hotels.com.
When all I was simply trying to do was add an extra day We had to wait until the entire next day and check out completely and check back in which put a strain on our plans because we weren't having to go back into the office the next day. Hotel would also not give us extra towels without waiting for room service to clean next day . The towels in the room were raggedy and short . Overall condition of the room was very subpar compared to previous stays at Best Western. Lady at Front Desk said they did not have water for guests despite having water bottles in room at every BW except for this one. Lady at front desk made us feel second class because we booked via Hotels.com and literally said thats why we were being treated in such a way. Every question we asked was met with a rude loud response even when simply asking for an additional key or where is the breakfast bar etc.

The front desk clerk was very nice, personable and made for a pleasant check-in.
The breakfast was nice, simple, clean, several options, and a friendly breakfast staff.
The pool was perfect. Its a good size and had a hot tub.
This hotel is great for the traveler. We were there to visits our kids and grand baby for the night. We appreciate parking in fron of our room, with exterior entrances. It fit the bill.
Literally our only complaint, if you can even call it that, is the bathroom (toilet/shower as sink is outside of it) is very small, talking the bathroom door when it closes is like 1 inch from the toilet seat, so you have to go in and kinda tuck yourself over by the shower to shut the bathroom door, to use the toilet.
But that being said, we will most definetely keep this property as a hotel for us when we see our kids.
Really decent location, right off main road, by a Dennys, McDonalds and a shopping mall.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep well

Terrible beds and bedding for $350 per night. The king bed sounded like the coils were being cranked as you moved. Very uncomfortable and old. The pull out was a joke. Wrapped in plastic. Had to go get bedding. Got 50's style hospital blanket that was thin, old and rough. Bedding included a piece of felt that we thought was an extra layer. Turns out that was the mattress pad. Someone alert them that there's mattress pads that actually have elastic and fit a bed. It was fine if had been a $100. But for the price we paid, it was insane and outrageous (we paid $350 with tax). It didn't help that the person working was training (she was great, nice an fine to deal with) but the girl training her was so mean to her in front of customers. She was incredibly vile to the nice person in training. Not a good vibe or impression. Would never go back even though we've historically always stayed at Best Westerns and liked it.

I was pleasantly surprises when we arrived at the Mesa Best Western Superstition Spring Inn. We thought we were staying at the Best Western located at the same Superstition Mall property we had stayed at in the past. I was ready to not like this BW Inn but to my surprise our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Because I didn’t realize we were not familiar with this BW Inn I didn’t think to ask about elevators. So the only reason I didn’t give this location full stars for the outside appearance is because our room was on the second floor with outside access only no elevator. It was difficult for me to go up and from out room for breakfast and just coming and going. BUT, I was so pleased with the cleanliness of the room, I love the planking floor with h no dirty stinky carpet. The coffee pot, microwave, and mini fridge was most appreciated and used. The toiletries were perfect and small enough for our two people two day stay. So no wasted leftovers. The shower was clean. Water pressure great. Hot water plentiful and the drainage perfect. The beds were comfortable and I think the smaller sized pillows adequate.The bedding was white, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast had both hot and cold plentiful options that were hot and tasty.
A rating from me will stay at this Best Western again.

We stayed five days. The staff was very pleasant, the room was clean. The bed was too soft for my liking, and our air conditioner was extremely loud. The TV was great with plenty of channels and the breakfast was great. The hot tub temperature was great, and the heated pool was a nice bonus. The hot tub jets were sub-par. Having a guest laundry facility available is very helpful. All in all, would definitely stay here again.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting family in Mesa bc it is clean, comfy and close to everything we need! The staff is always so kind and helpful as well. In addition, the beds and the pillows are so comfortable. I don’t think we’ll go anywhere else.

I stayed March 2-3. I reserved a king bed that had handicapped access for $140. The handycapped room had a standard tub with a removable chair. Access to the tub was difficult for me. The biggest problem was the checkin cost. The $140 turned into $396 with deposits i didn't know about beforhand. I'm ok with the $50 pet fee, but was very unhappy about $100 room deposit and apparently an additional cost for using a debit card.

Staff is very friendly and professional. We arrived very late our first night, and the sheets on one of the beds had stains on it. We notified the front desk in the morning and they we very apologetic and changed the sheets. However, I asked that there be some sort of compensation, as it was quite unpleasant. I never did get an answer, was just told the manager would be notified. So that was a bit frustrating.

Bedroom area was spacious. Having a refrigerator and microwave was a bonus. Beds were lumpy, pillows uncomfortable. Woke up both mornings with a headache and bad back pains because of the bed. Bathroom is extremely tight and not easy to maneuver in. The room needs major cosmetic updates. The per night price was too much for the quality of the room. Will not stay here again.

Aside from the sewage coming up from the bathtub and toilet in our room, it was also happing in the lobby bathroom. The staff did little to nothing to take care of or gain control of the problem. People were walking through overflowing bathrooms that were not blocked off in the lobby, then going to eat breakfast. They were told to use it, but don’t flush. When we asked how to take care of us not being able to shower or use the bathroom in our room, the front desk attendant, Laura, told us there was nothing she can do and we can use the MicDonald’s bathroom across the street. She was unwilling to even talk to us about what was going on and how we can move forward. I can understand having plumbing issues out of your control, but not having the courage to worth to talk your paying guests through the situation is outrageous. Worst experience of my life. I have never felt so gross leaving a hotel.

The rooms themselves we're ok, they were very clean and nice. The reason why I give it 2 stars is due to service and location. The service was pretty bad, I specifically booked this room because everywhere I looked it said 'pets welcome' yet as soon as I enter the lobby I am singled out by one of the lady's at the desk named Laura in front of everyone because I had brought my cat and that was 'gonna be a problem'. She continued to inform me that when they say 'pets welcome' they literally only mean dogs and 'for as long as she has been working in this business she has never seen a hotel allow cats'. I have stayed at hotels with my cat before, so I don't believe that is a universal experience. Then the location of the actual room is right by the McDonald's drive way and the speaker is VERY loud. The one upside of that was that there was a very enthusiastic McDonald's employee who was fun to listen to sometimes. Since I didn't get enough sleep during my stay I planned to check out late so I called to the desk and got the same woman from before who proceded to tell me that I would have to call back the next morning to ask for a late checkout. What's the point??? I wanted a late checkout so I could sleep in.
All said and done I will not be staying here again.

My room was just feet away from a 24 hour drive through McDonalds lane. All I heard all night was “Welcome to McDonalds, can I take your order?” So so annoying! In addition, met my friends at the Jacuzzi only to be near the chain smokers area. PS, there is no elevator here. Not what you would expect from a Best Western.

The room was clean and check-in was easy. However, there were a lot of minor inconveniences. There were only two towels in a room reserved for four people. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner were used (we never use them but still, ew). There were no linens in the room for the sofa bed that we clearly were going to use, because again, reservation was for four people. The door had a pretty big gap so the noise was the worst part. I constantly heard the McDonald's speaker outside the room all night and morning as well as noise from other rooms. For $200 a night, I expect better.
