Room shower dispensers were empty & 1 washcloth in room. We stayed 2 nites & were out of room all day but it wasn't tidied up on our return. TV wouldn't turn off or change channels. Front ofc cashier had a negative attitude, slightly snoddy. Cigarette butt on floor of hallway & lingering smell of unusual odor. Our key wouldn't allow us access Saturday nite after long day & evening at an event. We had to trouble the 'not so nice front-ofc gal'. She was talking to us behind the wall upon our approach to the counter. Explained that key card wouldn't work. She scolded us for carrying it in our wallet. I'll book at another motel next time. Customer Service and safety should be a top priority for this establishment.

Just wish there were more towels in the room, but im sure I could have asked for more. THE BEDS OMG were nice and firm, I love a firm bed 🛌 😌 I slept like a newborn! I really enjoyed my stay for the price! No breakfast only bad part

Clean room comfortable sheets and bed, but the outside and inside of the building is dirty and smells like cigarettes. The pool is was mirky. Can’t tell the last time it was cleaned.
No elevator so if you’re upstairs you need to carry all your things up the stairs which is inconvenient.
Property was loud and in a run down area.
Definitely getting what you’re paying for

The short one day stay was bad. We got our truck broken into and a red wagon we thought was secured was not. The amount we paid guess it doesn’t include security. Looked like people lived there with me fixing vehicles. Our vehicle was not secured. That was too bad our grand daughter wagon she grew into is gone.

The room was extremely dated and had a strange, lingering smell. The air conditioner was so loud that it made it impossible to sleep at all. Most importantly, this hotel has a serious bed bug infestation. My hands and body are covered in bites. The hygiene standards are unacceptably poor. Please, save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

The hotel housed a mentally ill patient, who screamed and yelled all night. My daughter and I were so scared, we could not sleep. The staff was aware of the situation, but didn’t seem to care. We checked out early the next morning and are trying to get a refund for the remainder of our stay. I contacted Expedia, who said that I had to contact the hotel manager myself. What a nightmare!

This hotel is not clean, they don't service rooms at all, to the point that there isn't shampoo in the rooms. Also, it's not near anything but a collection of trailer parks. I made a mistake staying here.

Asked for late checkout and was told yes. Came back to the hotel to find out staff went into my room and without permission went through my family’s belongings. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they didn’t have one on duty. I will never stay there again

Our check in was okay. I had read reviews initially and they were good so I booked this hotel. It was a good location for what we wanted. Just before arriving I looked at the reviews again. One said that there was dog poop all over. I only saw one pile in the rocks but there was definitely a dog poop smell. Another review mentioned seeing a drug deal happening. That could very well be. However, after getting to our room we left again for a bit and saw a family out for a walk. The dad did seem to have his head on a swivel but they were out for a walk??? There was another review that said there was not hot water for a shower, so I checked for hot water that evening. There was hot water, and yet the next morning no hot water. We had VERY COLD showers. There was no blow dryer in the room. I requested one and they brought it. When I went to use it, it didn’t work. They did bring another one.

The staff was very nice, cleanliness wasn’t horrible in the room. There was a strong odor of some sort of cleaner; maybe covering up something??, The property definitely needs some attention. Carpets in hallways were old and dirty, but the room had hard surface floor so I think that was a good thing. We won’t be staying here again.

We checked in and were asked to wait 15 minutes because room wasn't ready, after check in time. Went to room and maintenance wouldn't let us in due to work being done. They got us another room in a less desirable location. Make no mistake, this is a smoking hotel. They allow smoking on balconies outside of rooms and smoke gets sucked into your room through ventilation and a/c system. Both cigarette and marijuana stench was in our room and the hallways. The hallway carpets are filthy. There was never a person at the front desk except when we checked in and when we checked out several days later. Would never recommend this hotel nor ever stay here again.

Pluses: Frig & microwave, full length mirror.
Minuses: Shower slippery, no grab bar. Water pressure was like a jackhammer.
Only light in bedroom was one glary ceiling light (not usable for this migraine sufferer) and a desk lamp. Staff kindly found another desk lamp for me to use next to my bed but it was still very dark in the room.
Noisy in the hallway every night -- hard to sleep.
We never found an elevator. Not a problem except when carrying luggage.
Hard to explain, but windows/door to small balcony, were set up in such a way that we could not prevent outside \"night light\" from coming in. There was a mirror nearby, so the light was doubled.
Annoying things: No hoods (i.e. back of bathroom door), TV was TOTALLY off center from the piece of furniture under it and from the bed! The water in the bathroom sink came out barely more than a trickle.

Rooms were dirty, 1st room we got smelled so bad and was very dirty like it wasnt cleaned hair all over. Told girl at front desk wanted another room got another was dirty and still had an odor but we had to make it work. Blankets had cigarette holes in them shower didnt stay hot and would change temps with out touching it. AC and heater smelled bad. Requested new blankets from front desk and they just left sheets. Hallways were disgusting housekeeping seem to not care when it come to cleaning or turning rooms. Floors were nasty. I brought family from out of town with my baby and people banging on our door at night smh people yelling i would not recommend staying there, especially if you have children.People hanging out in parking lot after hours was scary experience and the whole place smelled of smoke. I wish i could get my money back or something to reimburse that experience.

Check is was nice, lobby is nice, clean, and very friendly staff. But onece you walk the halls. The carpet is terrible. Stained, smells of many different smells in the halls, from wet dog, urine, feces. The rooms, the floors were clean, overpowering bleach smell, so wont complain about that because they were clean. The tables were dirty. The walls are very dirty, obvious boogers on the wall, hand prints, food, scuffs, you name it. The duvet was dirty, mismatched sheets, stained sheets, the bed is so WORN you can see the imprints of where people have laid. The curtain hanger so far from the wall that you have to push the curtains into the window ledge, in order to make privacy. Now the hot water. What hotel runs out of hot freaking water!! 10 minutes in and covered in soap and the water turns freezing in the winter! Not what I call the best stay!

Garbage scattered on the grounds around the property, incense smell in the hallway outside our room at 7am, there was about 3 Adirondack chairs around the pool. Coffee was undrinkable. Beds were really uncomfortable. The bottle of conditioner had been ripped from the wall and was sitting on the sink. We ask for additional pillows and they said they were out of pillows? For $86 I guess I shouldn’t have expected more.

Room ok, staff also pleasant. We had what we needed in the room, which was spacious - microwave, fridge, nice comfy bed and pillows, bathroom, air con, and TV. However, there were very limited TV programs, few and old movies. We liked that we could park the car so we could see it from the window and the ground floor availability. It was quite noisy with guests or others coming and going until 1 AM.

It was filthy. There were Band-Aids on the wall in the room, bugs everywhere, and homeless people wandering around inside and outside. I left shortly after check-in and found an alternative accommodation for the night. I feared for the safety of myself and my child. Booking a night here was a big mistake.

The room itself was good. But the blinds curtains didn’t close all the way. If you love the dark when you sleep,this isn’t for you.
Also a bunch of homeless walking around. I also believe there are permanent residents here. Bunch of people in parking lot “chillin” as groups.

They checked me into a room they were doing work in. I had to go back to the front desk to fix their mistake and the whole reason I needed this room is because I am having surgery this afternoon. It is very noisy like people slamming stuff around all nigh. Front desk is not clearly labeled so I was confused trying to find check in. Overall I would not stay here again unless I had no other available option

I do not often write poor reviews. The manager and the day shift worker that worked on Tuesday were wonderful but the girl who worked Monday night was rude. The first night that I was there I went to have a hot tub and there were cigarette bitts all over the ground and there was a weird man in a hospital gown. There were no restaurants in walking distance so had to uber everywhere I went. I learned during my stay that many of the people who stay at this hotel are homeless people who are hoping to find a home one day so I truly hope they are able to find that.

Everything is clean. It's a little older but well kept and charming. The pool area and the huge Jacuzzi with the powerful jets is amazing.
