Pool is super small, apartment hotel smelled badly of cigarettes even though there's no smoking signs everywhere. Sketchy people all over, nice, but appeared sketchy, wandering around at 1am in parking lot when I went out to get something from the car. Only 1 face cloth avaliable, no mattress pad cover, couldn't get the TV to change channels. 3 different dogs left in 3 different rooms, non-stop barking. Pre-registration was horrible and didn't work until at the front desk.

This trip was a sports trip for the weekend, we got there early and I asked to see how much it will cost to check in early, too expensive and they will clean if we wanted to check in early, so we left to get lunch and came back at the appropriate check in time. The room was not clean when we got there, they clean it fast and let us in with a wet floor and we left foot marks and luggage marks. I killed 4 to 5 roaches in the room. On Saturday night before midnight some folks got into an argument fight that they pulled the fire alarm, both my oldest son were so tire that they did not even noticed the sound of the alarm. But the front desk wasn’t even present for them to stop the altercation Police and firefighters had to figure out we’re the fire panel was at. Well that’s what happen. In the description it mention if can fit 5 people which is not true and the sheets in the couch bed were really stain and disgusting. Not a place to take family but more for only one night and go.

Original location overbooked. Had to go 10 miles away at night time. That made it much further away from our planned destinations. No notice of overbooking until we arrived. At 2nd location, No bedding for pullout. Asked first night, still none. Only 3 pillows. Flooring gritty. No lights for pool area.

Do not trust the photos listed on this property. There is no front desk attendant, no ice machine, no clean towels (only two are provided & mist wash them ourselves) the outlets were loose and wouldn’t hold a charger, tv in our room did not work, couch & wall had sketchy stains. Zero amenities at this place. Hot tub was closed & pool needed maintenance.

The check in was confusing, they send a txt msg with a link. I have my phone set to filter unknown senders and didnt get the msg ahead of time. Once there, there is no one in the lobby nor instructions on what to do. I had ask a person walking by. Once I called their customer service they resent the link and I registered, which takes 3min to process. The registration process seems to purposely try to trick the user into clicking on a small non refundable damage charge by having it in big bold outline, and only putting large refundable deposit in small letters below. which are covered by the "accept cookies" screen. Once in the room there was a odd smell in it, the sofa bed was somewhat stuck and wouldnt close without extra help forcing it in. There was no extra sheets nor pillows for the sofa bed. There is only once trash can in the room, it was a small one in the bathroom. The closet hardware was held together by painters tape. Finally, the upstairs inhabitant could be clearly heard as they dropping things and ran around all night. Finally the bed and sofa bed had small stains on it. For a one night stay it was decent but I wouldnt return again.

***WARNING*** Photos online are deceiving. Not as advertised. Photos are from multiple years ago. The hotel is run down. Rooms are full of cockroaches.

When we checked in there was old popcorn all over the floor and someone's old hard candy open and stuck to the floor. all the furniture is stained. multiple dead bugs in room as well as cockroaches climbing around.

Could not have been further away from what was described. I wouldn't feel save staying here with only adults let alone a family.

This place was absolutely terrible! There was a lady at the desk who was unfriendly, the room was not very clean. I pulled back the sheets and found a used straw in my bed. The shower curtain did not close at all and water went everywhere. Walking around in my socks, the socks were black like the floors have never been cleaned. The area outside and inside the building was extremely loud. You can hear everything from conversations, kids running in rooms to the traffic outside. Do yourself a favor and avoid your place!

I don't even know where to start. The sheets did not match on the beds. They look to have stains on them. The nightstand had sticky drink rings did not seem that it was wiped down or cleaned. We were not using dishes but out of curiosity I looked. We had one coffee cup two plates one glass. The hair dryer was missing pieces broken. We needed an iron did not have an iron that only had an ironing board. The mini fridge had stains in it look like it was not cleaned. Did not like the fact that the room had to have a punch code instead of a card. Overall would not recommend or stay again

First off its not a hotel as Expedia would have it. Secondly, the room suggests its 2 king bed accommodation while there were 2 doubles. And then there are a series of the quality of stay. Starting with the check-in process where no one was available at the front desk, broken chair, broken sink, non working kitchen appliances, and a series of other things. I don’t know what qualifies this place for a 3.5 star rating, I would suggest stay away from this place and recommend expedia to strengthen their screening process before they advertise a place as such a star rating.

We had a good stay. My only concern was that when we first arrived the lock on the door was broken and the bathroom light was also broken. We let the security guard know and she said she would send maintenance to fix it the next day but no one ever came. This was concerning because I had 3 small children with me and didn’t feel comfortable not having a working lock on our door at night.

The room was pretty worn - furniture with cat scratches, cigarette burns in the couch, clean stains on the bed, windows falling apart. Overall dirty and beat up feeling.

People live in the building full time. Dogs are barking at random hours, people moving around at all hours and hanging out in the parking lot.

On the first morning I was there, I received a tow sticker on my car for backing in to a spot. I actually drove through the parking spots at night to face forward and didn’t see the signs saying you couldn’t do that until the morning. Always fun to scrape off a sticker on your windshield.

This place isn’t the greatest. We were in an upper corner room and the noise from the freeway and intersecting roads was absolutely terrible. The street in that are sounds like it is used for a drag strip all night long. There are motion activated switches in common areas of the room which continually activate near the couch bed if it is not covered up. The room is in a stage of needing cosmetic updating to repair holes in the walls and stains on the walls and ceiling. The entry to the hotel seems relatively decent until you get into the uncleared elevator with food crumbs and debris in the tracks and crevices….oh and the constant smell of marijuana in the elevator at all times of the day. They allowed a guest to have a 100 lb dog that was aggressive when walking within 30 feet of it and also barked late at night. Their written policy is dogs allowed to 35 lbs. this dog was 3 times that size. The parking lot seemed continually habituated by random people and did not necessarily feel safe early morning or late evening. The staff was friendly and accommodating at check in. I would not stay here again at any price.

The room was spacious and cozy on first appearance however, the windows were very thin and my room faced the main road and I heard every car that went by like they were driving through my room.
The light over the vanity was on a motion sensor and every time I rolled over in bed the lights came on.

Rooms were in terrible condition with a cracked tub, food/debris in air conditioning vents, stained furniture, many cracked, broken, & chipped items in rooms. Couldn’t sleep and didn’t use sinks or showers. Waited for staff to arrive so that we could check out after sending pictures with complaints and now fighting for refund for the charge for the time we did not stay there. Would not recommend. The door struggled to close and could be pushed open a lot. There were no extra towels available when needed. The AC worked well the wifi was good the fridge worked well. Not a hotel experience by any means and not a bad experience either. I would say the amenities are there although it doesn’t feel the same way it appeared when advertised. Very friendly maintenance staff, front desk was confusing— highly recommend having someone to man the desk in more of a hotel fashion or be more specific as to what the property has to offer. Thank you for having us, it was not what we expected.

My family and I had a terrible experience. There were live roaches, standing dirty and moldy water inside the dishwasher, and broken glass on the floor. The mattress had multiple stains, and the bedsheets were clearly not cleaned. There were crumbs throughout the unit, including underneath the sofa and bed, along with leftover food and debris. The photos were extremely deceiving. I would not recommend this place to anyone—it was absolutely disgusting.

The room was disgusting I asked to switch rooms the night I got there and was not able to be done I went downstairs there is no one at the front when I finally saw the lady in the office she was rude and disrespectful I will NEVER come here ever again I had to sleep full clothed and with a shirt over my pillow due to the nastiness of that room the room smelled terrible a whole bunch of drug addicts walking around and I was terrified!!!! The smell was something I could not get over I didn’t even stay my full trip because of how bad this “hotel” was would not recommend I felt like I was in a half way house!!!! Three of us checked in to a king room with a sofa bed. There were no sheets or pillow on the sofa bed. When we asked at the front desk, we were told they had none.

Later, there was a knock at the door, and we were given one fitted sheet that looked unwashed and stained and a pillow.

Terrible. Room filled with the smell of cigarettes and heroin smoke. Rooms were disgustingly filthy. Poor air ventilation. Windows do not open. Walls are paper thin. I could not breathe or sleep in the room due to my asthma. Management did nothing to resolve it. Still charged me for 3 nights although I left the very same day I checked in. So, we usually stay near ASU when visiting my daughter, but decided to try this place out. The listing was 4 stars and pictures looked fine. But the pictures were very misleading. They kind of look like the pictures, but the pictures are doctored up. When we first opened our car door in the parking lot, we smelled marijuana, which sometimes happens in the public. But as we went into the lobby, the smell intensified! It was in the hallway and also in our room!

When we got to our room, the floor had this slick film on it (see video). It was gross! We mentioned it to the GM and she was apologetic and will have someone take care of it. Not sure if that happened while we were gone, but it was the same when we got back. Hair was on the bathroom counter and on the walls of the shower. Rat droppings on the floor. Just not clean! Room was missing a remote, and was given a remote that was taped together. “Gym” is a joke! Broken equipment.

We were traveling with my 12-year-old daughter and did not feel safe, leaving her alone in the room or by herself on the property. It looks like they have a long-term rental option that may tailor to lower income families.

Do not bring your family here! Actually just don’t come here at all! We told the management of our concerns and request requested a cancellation and a refund, but was denied. Read all the reviews! I’m sure the positive reviews are fake or purchased by the management.

Room was not clean, bedding and towels stained, shower curtain hanging on to just a few rings. No washcloths were provided and we were told they didn’t have any.
