We had a great stay at this hotel. Food was ok, but the service was great. We love the location as we can take a trike to the small and walk back along the beach. It’s at the end of all the entertainment and shopping so it’s peaceful in front for relaxation on the beach. Our only issue was with the AC in our room but they did a good job of fixing it daily in a timely manner. The rooftop is the best thing in the area. Great sunset views and great pool. For a cheaper option you can stay just a bit away and pay for a day pass for the rooftop pool.

This was a great little resort right on White Beach. They had an acceptable breakfast buffet with the water kettle and coffee in the room and a very nice bar that opened up onto the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was good. The shower was nice, however the water pressure was quite lacking.

There are only a few things we enjoyed during our stay. The best was the 2.5hr spa treatment! They did a wonderful job and would definitely recommend booking with their spa!

We booked an ocean view suite. For the price we paid, we expected better. First off, they will only give one key to our room. This apparently is their standard and will not issue a 2nd key. They only responded with just come to the desk and we will open it for you. So we did this once and no one showed for 30mins. I had to talk to the manager to get it opened immediately.

The room was very spacious and had a sitting area and decent terrace. The view was obstructed by coconut trees, so I would say it’s more of a partial ocean view. The room had quite a bit of damage and poor conditions. It rained one evening, in the morning I slipped as a puddle formed under the A/C, which maintenance looked and found that the hole to let the tube in for the A/C to pass through the wall was not filled in. The bathroom had random corners of the wall damaged and black spots along the edges. The toilet did not seem to flush properly every time as we would see presumably back flow before the next use causing the bathroom to have a smell. The phone in our room also would not work.

As part of our booking, we did get complimentary buffet tickets. The buffet was decent for being complimentary.

I would recommend thinking twice before booking here.

The breakfast is bearly edible, everything is processed or canned. If you need two key cards it is impossible for them to facilitate, not even possible for a fee. Got two queen beds rather than the king bed we booked. The good news is that it's clean.

Water from the rain would entered the room yet it was an expensive room.
The breakfast was very basic. for example they didn't have tea/hot water on the breakfast items. No fresh juice. Some of the breakfast food items were cold or finished with 1 hour left before end of breakfast.

Very bad experience staying at this hotel.

The room was very old with a noisy aircon. The shower does not have pressure so actually its impossible to have a proper shower.

The breakfast buffet is bad and with little options. When something is over they don't refill and when you ask for refill you get an impression that you are bothering them. The Korean woman manager is useless and incapable of the the title.

The worst part is that the night shift at the hotel is terrible and rude. They treat Filipino like prostitutes.

Make yourself a favor and spend your money in any other same category hotel.

The recent typhoon at no fault of hotel, caused power failures on the island.
I arrived to find no power at hotel .
They were powering hotel with generators which adequate while working not without issues.
I would appreciate that before arriving ,hotel could of notified Hotels.com so that
I could make informed decision whether to arrive on an island with intermittent power.
As much as I researched conditions online, reality was different than reported .
Boracay is a place to be appreciated.
I would just try to stay informed of untold events such as major storms.

The view was incredible, I'll give that a 5 on a scale of 1-5. The staff was also incredible. I had a couple of issues # 1 The water pressure in my room was barely there. # 2 Maintenance turn off what little water I had without informing me that made it very uncomfortable when you use the bathroom and have no water to flush the toilet. So needless to say I was without water for a few hours.

Loved that the beach is just steps away. Had a BIG balcony which was nice and could watch the sunset from daily. Breakfast buffet was ok, could use more of a variety in the choices though. Our hotel door kept getting stuck as we opened it, had to push real hard, a minor thing but should be fixed. Room is spacious and bed was comfortable. The shower head however was pointed too high and could not be adjusted.

Great location at station 3, close enough to walk to station 1 and 2 restaurants and shops but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Rooms are fairly dated, particularly the bathrooms and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Rooms at the back of the hotel away from the pool are very dark and there is ongoing construction. For the price we paid, I would have expected better.

Well presented hotel right on the white beach with a large pool and facilities on the beach. Very good service and friendly staff. The room AC broke during our stay and was promptly replaced with minimum fuss. On the downside- poor WiFi in the room and lot of labourers were carrying building material straight thru hotel and over the pool as the construction of the back hotel extension was in progress

We booked Ocean View for 5 night which is really nice. have a lovely balcony. We stay in the balcony all the time as the beach is quiet busy (We stay in station 1 last year, feel the beach nicer there). the room is clean n really good.

the restaurant food is not really nice. we had a dinner one night but choose not to eat there any more as expensive but the food is not that good.

Hotel staff is really nice and friendly.

One thing we don't really like is... we arrange airport pick with the hotel, after drop off, we need to walk around 15 mins from the main road to hotel which we didn't expect that. when we leave, the hotel arrange a bike deliver us from hotel to main road for the airport bus. however, we informed need to paid PHP50 to the biker. We paid total PHP2500 for transportation, what we expect is is door to door pick up but not this. This is not really good.

The staff isn't very welcoming or friendly. There were tons of kids in the pool ALL the time, which we were not expecting. The breakfast was not very good. We just didn't love it. It is nice to be in Station 3. It is nice to be at the beach. The rooms are simple and clean, which was a highlight.

Everyone that worked there was so friendly and helpful. We were trying to stay another night and the receptionist really tried to help me to get in touch with Cebu Pacific but they never picked up phone or it was busy. The hotel is very nice amazing views only thing was the wifi was a little slow in the room . We have been to Cebu, Boracay, Puerto Princesa, el Nido, and now Oslob... the wifi is slow everywhere... it's best to get your own wifi router .. but even that at times doesn't work .

Located on the beach, but too many drawbacks

THE ROOM: The first room we were given had extremely strong paint fumes. We ended up with severe headaches after only being in the room for a few minutes so we requested for a different room. The second room didn't have the paint fumes, but after using the room for a day, there was a horrible stench coming from the bathroom pipes which made us want to vomit. This room is located in the back, so the wifi was nearly non-existent, and the view out of the room was towards the slums. The room itself seemed outdated, and looks much worse than what you see in the pictures online.

LOCATION: Conveniently on the beach, but is surrounded by an overwhelming amount of solicitors, trying to sell you their adventure packages and various gadgets. We were even harassed by local children who tried to force us to give them cash for taking pictures of the beach.

STAFF: Friendly and responsive, very helpful with carrying luggage through the dirt alleys and the sandy areas. The only complaint I have is that when we asked about shuttle service to the airport upon check-in, they didn't tell us we needed to book 24-hours ahead of departure time. They only said, \"Yes, we provide shuttle service to the airport.\" The night we needed to leave for the airport at 3am was when they said, \"Sorry, you needed to book the shuttle service 24-hours ahead of time.\" For something as critical as that, they should have mentioned the details when we first asked about it.

This place hard to fault. It was stunning. It's at the quiet boat station. Still plenty of restaurants nearby. Plenty of things to look at and do there. Right on the beach. However after staying at busy boat station 2 for some nights before hand this was a pleasant relaxing area to be in.

Wonderful spot, right on the beach!

We stayed in two rooms due to a booking fault of my own. But this gave us a great example of the scale between room prices and we were very happy with both. The second room had a balcony which we prefered. Overall the hotel was great the staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious and had different options each day, the pool was a great alternative to the sea for when you just needed a quick dip to cool off. We loved how we could walk everywhere and it was close to a quieter end of the beach also.

Hotel staff inspects everything very closely (even the smallest mark on a towel)in the room everyday and before checkout so make sure you check everything when you check in to avoid any surprises.

I really enjoyed my recent stay here. The staff and food was excellent. Happy hour is from 2-5 and they make the best margaritas. They do a good job maintaining the facility and everyone was extremely polite and attentive. Tried a few other places for lunch and dinner but the food was not as good and the service very slow and not very professional.

Ideal spot away from the hustle and bustle

My wife and I spent the first week of April here, spending a little extra for one of their second floor, beachside rooms with a spacious balcony. I don't know if this is the case year-round, but Ocean Club's location in Station 3 seems to be towards the tail end of activities, so the atmosphere was quite a bit more relaxed than you find up near Station 1 and 2, which were only a short walk away.

Let me start by pointing out that the package we purchased through Expedia include transfer services all the way from the Caticlan Airport. This was not clear to us so we spent an additional PHP1000 for one-way transfer amongst the confusion in the airport's Arrivals gate. If you purchase through Expedia, your entire travel to and from the hotel is covered.

The hotel itself felt modern, clean, and well-kept. We couldn't have been happier with our choice for the price.

Comofrtable hotel in a great area of Boracay

6 nights stay during high season, hotel is on the beach but actually there are lots of boats around, so if you want to swim more you need to move to other places. Rooms are ok, but rather on the very low end of 4 stars (plus not properly cleaned before the arrival - lots of dust), although comfortable and you have everything you need around. WiFi works poorly in the rooms, bit better in the pool area (but still low speeds). Good buffet style breakfasts and nice friendly staff. Great sea view

Hotel has obviously had a tidy up in recent years, and is situated right on the beach, making for beautiful sunset views. We paid for transfers and were glad we did, as it is a bit of a trek to find the hotel without assistance.
Airconditioners are ancient - noisy and not very effective - way overdue for replacing to split systems.
Be prepared for very firm beds.
Breakfast was excellent.

Nothing bad to say about place. I was there with my fiancée for 5 days. Located in station 3 , quiet , peaceful ,only a short walk to station 2 where most entertainment are. A must visitors should do is, do the island hop. Excellent trip with a great buffet included .

I stayed here for 3 days at the end of my trip to the Phillipines and found the hotel was clean with friendly with helpful staff. It was also right on the beach in the quieter part of white beach perfect for couples and families! I can't rate this hotel high enough!

A great hotel away from the chaos of station 2

We had a great stay at Boracay Ocean Club - the staff were very friendly, the pool was great. Its located just outside (but within walking distance) to the chaotic station 2 area. Paying the bit extra for a room with a pool and ocean view is well worth it! Breakfast is good with a reasonable selection to satisfy a range of tastes. The staff in the restaurant bar were amazing! Really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice place to stay. They also arranged our transfers which made life easy getting to the jetty (although to be fair if you wanted to save a few £'s you could easy get a motorbike from the main road to get there).

Overall - a great hotel!

Our Barocay getaway

On arrival they welcomed us with excellent customer service and I was surprised that they served us with a refreshing drink. We arrived early but they gave us access to all the facilities straight away.
Overall our stay was fantastic and we would certainly return to enjoy the hospitality again.
The only thing I found was the bed was very hard and I would like it a lot softer.

From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out, our experience on all levels was excellent. The staff is very courteous and professional, our room was spotless and well maintained during our stay, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful.

The only suggestion I would make, is to put a step on the inside of the Diamond Suite's entrance to the outside patio. It is much too steep to safely negotiate.

The hotel photo I saw at hotels.com it is not wat I expected very dusappointed. Hotel very old condition bathroom lots rasty especially the aircon facing where the balcony is disgusting I can't even seat there because of the rasty dirty aircon I'm sorry to say this but this is the truth. Also in our second day the hotel staff ask me to pay extra for my 7 y I son breakfast but I told them I purchased whole package which for 2 adults and 2 children with all included breakfast after that they shut up. The breakfast is dead very weak food very poor only coffee I enjoyed luckily the staff are very helpful which only one I admire.

Amazing room but variable service

Beautiful room right on the beach in station 3. Good proximity to food/bars/shopping. Variable front desk experience. Some times very helpful, other staff uninterested and unhelpful. Room flooded during night from bathroom, promptly moved to lower room. When asked about moving back following day it appeared they were going to put a new guest into our previous ocean view room and leave us in smaller room. Very difficult to get clear information from front desk. Airport transfer half an hour late, again difficult to get any information. Very nice room but rest of service very variable.

Hotel is quiet and right on the beach

The staff is warm and friendly (especially dion, jona, and agatha) the pool is a nice touch and it's right on the beach and a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of station 2

Average hotel

Wifi is poor, we need to go closer to the lobby to get connected. No elevator, so hard to walk upstairs since I have knee problem and our room is on the 3rd floor. The bed is so hard and pillows are not comfortable too! So difficult to watch TV coz there is curtain around the bed. On the other hand, staff are excellent and very helpful.

Pleasant getaway at Station 3

Ideal place if want to go diving with Dive Gurus (very professional and fun dive operator) as it is located next door. Pleasant pool. Unfortunately not many rooms have a sea view, however hotel is located just next to the beach. There is no loud music played next door, therefore pleasantly quiet. 5-15 min stroll to the restaurants, bars, clubs...
Wifi was rather slow. Rooms big enough, slightly older furnishing but still good compare to other Boracay Hotels.

Family friendly hotel in a quiet part of the beach

Rooms need some updating.
Family suite straight out on to the pool - quite spacious and ideal for a family of four.
Staff were mostly helpful.
We had a few problems with our safe in the room, which after several \"repair\" visits needed to be replaced.

Beachfront with a nice swimming pool

We were very pleased with our stay at the Boracay Ocean Club Beach Resort. The facility was clean and well run on a quieter stretch of beach in Boracay. The only downside was the large amount of seaweed at the water's edge that extended out for quite a distance making using the sea water very unappealing. Apparently this is common is March but is not something the reviews and guide books mention.

Korean owned and run place,

location nice in more quite Station 3 area , dining facilities on the beach in the evening are nice but menu is limited

wifi access is a problem and only available in public areas, the most expensive rooms have no wifi access.
at peak hours morning and all evening, wifi net is breaking down

staff is not up to necessities, all those who are good and attentive leave to better treated and paid jobs
