This hotel is old, very old! The outside looks ok but once you enter your room the disappointment hits you immediately.

Better to spend more money to stay somewhere else
Hotel needs a lot of repairs and modernization. Owners obviously want to keep on proceeds for themselves and not reinvest anything in their hotel. Hotel staff demoralized knowing they do nothing to help their guests. On check out they tried to charge me a second time a tax that was already prepaid.

Gostaria de pontuar dois pontos negando Falls,
1- Ar condicionado muito barulhento e é perceptível que é antigo, gela porém o barulho é muito alto impossibilitado que o hóspede consiga dormir inclusive troquei de quarto mas estava igual e para não estragar meu passeio não reclamei mais
2- A piscina poderia ser limpa com mais frequência tendo em vista que tem muita árvore ao redor e a tarde para noite quando a maioria vai para a piscina está cheio de sujeira
Essas duas questões principalmente o ar não faria com que eu voltasse no Falls

Hotel bem amplo, com uma piscina maravilhosa, que não pudemos desfrutar por causa do frio e chuvas em junho. Fica numa longa avenida, há 15km do aeroporto, mas com poucas opções de restaurantes, bares e comércio. O Shopping mais próximo fica a 1km numa linha reta que dá pra ir a pé. Os quartos são bem amplos, assim como o banheiro, com cama macia e lençóis e toalhas trocados todos os dias. Pessoal da recepção e limpeza são super prestativos.
Café da manhã é uma maravilha com muitas opções e variedades de doces pra todos os gostos. Se você quiser ainda preparam uma tapioca na hora, bem quentinha, com vários sabores. Adorei a de côco.
No saguão do Hotel tem lojinhas com vendas de lembrançinhas e uma agência de passeios que facilita a vida. Foi com eles que comprei no cartão de crédito os passeios para Cataratas do Iguaçu, translado pra compras no Paraguai e Argentina.
No hotel ainda há um restaurante no piso inferior. Porém se você for jantar lá, se prepare para pagar caro. Os preços das bebidas e comida são proibitivos. É melhor pegar um carro de aplicativo e ir para o centro da cidade, onde há muitos restaurantes e bares bem legais.
Pontos negativos do hotel. Talvez por causa da época, o cheiro de mofo no quarto era intenso. Como fui em junho peguei 11 graus e passei frio, pois o quarto não tem aquecedor. Air conditionar didn't work. Sanitary shower was broken. The door didn't lock properly. The pillows smelt of the hundred people who stayed there before. The sheets smelt of something nasty, probably the chemical they used to try and kill the bed bugs, didn't seem like it was effective.
The bar staff varied between disinterested, uncourteous and in the case of the one with ridiculous make-up - obnoxious.

O que valeu a pena foi a alimentação e atendimento, o café da manhã e comidas/bebidas do bar da piscina estavam ótimos, tudo muito bem feito.
Porém o hotel precisa dar uma modernizada, as tomadas são o padrão antigo e ficava caindo quando plugava, não tinha tomada ao lado da cama o que dificultava o dia a dia, não tinha tomada no bar da piscina onde eu queria trabalhar, os quartos são BEM barulhentos, não tem isolamento acústico, onde a rodovia ao lado era 24h, o que atrapalhou bastante o sono, os pisos fazem muito barulho e acordávamos sempre, a descarga era super barulhenta e o controle da TV estava com problema, mas quando solicitamos uma ajuda, fomos prontamente atendidos e resolveram o problema. A localização não vale a pena também, é distante e tem que pegar transporte para tudo.
Enfim, valeu a pena pela comida, chuveiro e cama confortável. Localização, acústica e modernização do hotel deixou muito a desejar.
Porém o hotel precisa dar uma modernizada, as tomadas são o padrão antigo e ficava caindo quando plugava, não tinha tomada ao lado da cama o que dificultava o dia a dia, não tinha tomada no bar da piscina onde eu queria trabalhar, os quartos são BEM barulhentos, não tem isolamento acústico, onde a rodovia ao lado era 24h, o que atrapalhou bastante o sono, os pisos fazem muito barulho e acordávamos sempre, a descarga era super barulhenta e o controle da TV estava com problema, mas quando solicitamos uma ajuda, fomos prontamente atendidos e resolveram o problema. A localização não vale a pena também, é distante e tem que pegar transporte para tudo.
Enfim, valeu a pena pela comida, chuveiro e cama confortável. Localização, acústica e modernização do hotel deixou muito a desejar.

Fui passar um final de semana com a família em Foz e me hospedei no Falls Galli, o quarto que ficamos estava limpo, confortável e agradável, a estrutura do hotel é muito boa, e o café da manhã com bastante variedades. Pra mim a estadia foi muito boa, só uma ressalva quanto a recepção do hotel, quando chegamos tinha 2 atendentes, uma mulher e um rapaz, me deram uma ficha para preencher e viraram as costas, precisei por 2x perguntar sobre algumas informações solicitadas no formulário, e a reação da atendente me fez parecer que eu a estava incomodando, mas no restante tudo muito bom.

A piscina também é maravilhosa, com água bem quentinha. Minha filha de 9 anos e meu marido se divertiram muito. Os únicos desconfortos que encontramos foram a pia do banheiro, que escoa água muito lentamente e o barulho das portas batendo o tempo todo durante a madrugada (mas isso tem mais a ver com a educação dos hóspedes, do que com o Hotel).
