If I were entitled to a VIP treatment, noone in reception mentioned anything.
The buffet lunch wasn’t very good, a bit bland and with few options.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Facilities, room, and buffet/Italian restaurant were ok. Some other restaurants in the area, a nice mall within a 10-15 minute stroll. Located in front of a military camp, in the main town. It’s about a 25-30 minute drive to the famous falls. Pool is not as big compared to the pictures.

Excellent in every aspect. Front desk staff speak excellent English, friendly and informative. Hotel dinning saves us great deal of time looking for outside places to eat after a strenuous full day trip to see the waterfalls. We enjoyed nice Sunday buffet dinner there. The rooms are nice and clean.

Great Hotel to relax in after a day in Iguazu

Of course, we stayed at Nadai to visit Iguazu. Both the Brazil and Argentine sides. Use of taxi during our stay was our choice of transportation for convenience and is relatively inexpensive compared to the US. We walked when we were around Nadai mostly for food and drinks. The Nadai pool and pool bar was great to relax in after a full day of Iguazu touring.

Wonderful Stay at beautiful Hotel

Loved this Hotel. It was truly beautiful. Very Modern. Staff was exceptional. Lobby was very nice. Restaurant was good. Breakfast had many options. Pool area was beautiful. Had 2 hot tubs. Also had a massage at the spa. Highly recommend.

I stayed 4 nights at the hotel:

Our room 303 was good, not the way looks like at the pic but was okay. We had problems with our ar condition for the first 3 days. During the arvo around 2-5pm the AC could not keep up with the outside heat, and our room were hot. I complained 3 times, they sent someone asap to look, who instructed me not to put the AC on 16 degrees, to abound the machine to creat ice. Unfortunately that didn’t help at all on third day I decided complain with the manager, she was lovely and opologise and change our room. I wish that were done asap on first day once I complained. The food were great with nice breakfast option unfortunately we order one chicken sandwich and a tuna sandwich both, the bread were old and crumbled in pieces, definitely not a fresh bread. I put a complain with the waiter and they decided remove from my bill once I paid, at the front desk, the same happened with the chicken breast I ordered and was like rubber.
In the end we had a great time, the staff it’s amazing and very very friendly I recommend, unfortunately I was out of lucky but I guess this things happens.
So the review it’s good but jo excellent.
In the end was a good experience

A great hotel with lovely facilities and in a good location in Foz. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs, including preparing a breakfast for us before it opened so we could take for our early flight and free caipirinhas on arrival!

Very reasonably priced for what you get so would certainly stay again.

Really good stay

All staff were really friendly, the hotel is clean and has everything we needed. Pool are really nice, could just do with more loungers. Food was really good, breakfast had a good selection. Would stay here again.
Only thing I’d change is the hairdryer in the room is only cold air so it took forever to dry my hair.

My wife and I loved everything about the property. The rooms were clean and tidy the breakfasts were plentiful and the evening buffet was tasty and enjoyable. Well situated for our visit to the Iguacu Falls. The purpose of our visit was to celebrate my wife's leap year birthday and the hotel provided a birthday cake as a special surprise and a rendition from the staff and follow diners of Happy Birthday.

Location was great, staff was amazing and very helpful. They had a very nice pool area with an adjacent kids play area so the adults could be in the pool while the kids were busy playing.
Also have a good spa which my wife used. Overall was a super nice stay and a great start to our holidays.

This is a NON-Smokers hotel, you cannot smoke a cigarette in any open area even if there’s no other guests around. They will ask you to step out of the hotel facility (basically go to the street) to smoke a cigarette... This was not stated anywhere on their website, only non-smokers room which is basic.

The staff were excellent as well as the location. However, there was a lot of construction and renovation going on that created loud noises in the morning. I liked the pool area but it definitely needs more lounge chairs. I enjoyed the stay but I definitely would not consider this 4 stars by any means.

Great staff that was very helpful. They spoke some English and Spanish on top of Portugueses.

The hotel has a very good restaurant with a large selection of plates and drinks. Breakfast has a good variety of choices both Brazilian and western style items.

Hotel has a nice pool too but it was winter time so a bit too cold for our taste.

The road it is on was extremely noisy and they were doing construction on the wall right outside our room. Also everywhere is tiled floors so when people walk by and are talking or making any noise it sounds like they are inside your room.

Had a wonderful time here. It's in a very convenient location about a 7 minutes walk from the city bus terminal. From there you can get to the falls, airport, Argentina, Paraguay, and wherever else you want. The staff was wonderful, and they try their best with English too. Every single person we interacted with, was friendly, polite, and helpful. The pool is lovely and is open until the convenient hour of 11:00 pm. Rooms were clean and well kept by housekeeping. No complaints about this hotel. Breakfast was great, and the room service we ordered one night was high quality for a decent price. A great experience and would definitely stay there again if I return to Foz.

We enjoyed Nadai Confort. Location was good but a little noisy in our room that fronted a side street that seemed to be a bit of a raceway. Room had everything we needed. Pool/outdoor area was nice even if we couldn't enjoy the pool due to cooler temps. Massage was nice and welcome drinks were nice - that iconic drink was very tasty.

This is a lovely hotel, with comfortable rooms, helpful staff and good facilities. It is about 15 minutes walk from the bus station to take the bus to the falls or the airport, which is very convenient. Breakfast is busy but extremely well-managed by the staff and the food is plentiful and excellent. The weather was too poor when I was there to use the pool, but it looked well-maintained and welcoming.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was a bit dated and the space underneath my door drove me crazy, but the staff did their best to accommodate me even though English wasn’t widely spoken. The pool area and fitness center were great. My biggest regret is not getting the chance to enjoy the spa.

The lobby, pool and restaurant areas were really nice but the room was dated and felt a bit dingy. We had an issue where the air conditioner leaked a significant amount of water and got some of our belongings wet. After finding a maid and talking to the front desk, it was about 2 hours before maintenance came and another hour before someone came with a mop. No one was concerned about our wet belongings or reacted promptly to this issue for us.

Nadai hotel is a very nice hotel, very centric, with easy access to shopping centers and to main streets. It is very calm, with a nice swimming pool, and high quality food. Most tour operators know the place so is easy for pickup. It has a delicious buffet for breakfast and offers buffet for dinner at an excellent price. I would highly recommend it.

Everything about the hotel was great; the staff, the pool, the room, everything. The beds were very comfortable and very quiet. The only negative I can thunk of is that the toaster at breakfast takes forever. Everything else about the hotel was very good. We showed up early and the staff were very helpful, esp. the pregnant lady who was very professional and courteous (sorry, didn't get her name)

Easy access from the airport with a transfer with Falls Vision Receptivo (no need to book as you see their office as you cannot miss it as you enter the small airport, R$15 pp). We had booked a trip to the Argentinian Falls via Viator with them - about £30 pp and superb value and quality).
Good check in experience and the room was fine - perfectly adequate for a 3 night stay - not 5* but you are not paying 5*. The air conditioning started dripping water - reported and fixed within an hour.
Others have said reception staff were not helpful - we did not find this - they varied between good and excellent.
Breakfast was OK for 3 nights.
Easy access to the bus station (about 800m) and then under £1 to the Brazilian Falls - no need to book a trip there. Only one trail and you cannot go wrong. Bird Park at the Falls entrance is worth a visit.
Overall it was a superb 3 day experience from a good base at this hotel.

We checked in and got the key but when we went up, the room wasn't ready. We had to go back to reception where they apologised and said we will get an upgrade but when we got to the new room we found it smaller and over looking a noisy main road, instead of the previous room which was bigger and overlooking the swimming pool. We were annoyed they treated us like fools, falsely claiming this was an upgrade.

This is an excellent hotel choice for anyone. The hotel is very comfortable and the food is great. The staff is efficient and aim to please. For the price, location and nice safe neighborly, convenient area you can't ask for more.

I will definetely choose this hotel again when returning to Foz do Iguaçu.

The hotel itself is nice, lobby seating, restaurant etc all good. Staff were very helpful. The main disappointment was the room which was boxy, cramped, and dull. The location is ok, though a bit noisy being on a busy road. I'm sure there are better places to stay in Foz do Iguacu.

From the airport, got to my hotel by bus. The tourist information and taxi operators won't tell you that there is a bus service . They said i have to take a taxi, conspiracy. I have my way of knowing it and there it was
a bus stop right in front of me. With my Spanish I was able to board the bus and tell the driver where I was going.

Cheap hotel (with a catch)

Booked on expedia for 3 people (The only way to book for 3 single beds is to pick 3 people booking). Hotel claimed I only booked for two, even though it clearly asks for 3 beds. They ended up charging me almost half the per-day price for the 3rd person. Other than that, the hotel was OK. There was a lot of outside noise that you could hear through the bathroom/shower. Overall space was pretty small in the rooms. Staff was helpful other than the booking issue.

The Hotel is not so close from the Iguazu Intl Airport but very convenient if you plan to move to the the Tripartida Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina ant the Brazilian city mood.
The Hotel is very close to a Bus terminal station, like a hub, if you are looking to move by yourself.
In the hotel, you have a tours agency which is AMAZING and very very convenient. The two ladies agents are just outstanding, helpful and the best advisers ever!
Cant miss that these ladies called me back because it was a mistake about the exchange and charges, meaning money back to my pocket!
You will be in just the perfect hands! Enjoy this adventure in Iguazu it was perfect
