Don't go there, stay away!

We checked in at 5 and and had no hot water. We claimed for it to be fixed and they said it would be fixed in an hour, at 7 we claimed again, letting them know that my son was sick and really needed the shower, they said thank you and cut the phone, it was finally fixed at 8 pm only after I'd asked for a refund.

Pet sozinho no quarto fazendo barulho de madrugada

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei nesse hotel, e tenho outra reserva para daqui alguns meses. Na primeira vez peguei o quarto luxo, quarto ótimo, dessa vez optei em não pagar a mais e ficar no mais simples, e achei bastante diferente (móveis mais antigos, não estava em boas condições, porta do banheiro não fechava direito). Mas esse não foi meu maior problema nessa estadia. Infelizmente no quarto em cima do meu tinha um hóspede com cachorro, no qual deixou o cachorro sozinho a noite no quarto. O cachorro fez bastante bagunça, acredito que ele ficava brincando com bolinha ou algo do tipo, fazendo bastante barulho no meu quarto, onde tivemos bastante dificuldade para dormir. As 4:30 da manhã entrei em contato com a recepção e ficaram de verificar se realmente o animal estava a sozinho no apartamento. Ótima relação custo x benefício

Otimo hotel com relação custo x benefício. Quarto e banheiro bem limpos e café da manhã muito bom. Ficou devendo apenas com a qualidade do Wi-Fi que em horário de pico ficava péssimo e também por não possuir rampa ou acessibilidade para acessar a piscina.

Not 100% as expected.

Initially, it was very disappointing as the standard room accommodation quality advertised level was very much different than expect. Room dated, water not draining while having shower, TV not working properly and bad internet connection.
Than, after complaining, staff organised an upgraded to \"deluxe \"room; which was far better than standard. The difference between standard and deluxe is massive. Very disappointed as per 4 stars rate (regardless price ) standard room should be much better.
It spoiled the holiday a bit, as was too stressful to resolve. Also, games room wasn't available too.
Although, nice swimming pool and good breakfast.
Very nice and helpful staff; which made all difference to our stay.
I would say that staff saved hotel from having a completely bad review.

arrived early but was checked in quickly and efficiently straight away in a cheerful and friendly way. big room with balcony, fridge and effective A/C. construction work during the day next door but stopped by 5pm and didn’t restart until after 10am so no problem. price included brekky which was self service and plentiful- i had dinner two nights which was good value but unexciting- thoroughly recommended

Located on the north end of Foz but in easy walking distance to many places in town, close to bus 120 to the falls/ airport stop (5min walk). Big rooms, everything seems to work well. Helpful tour place (when going to Argentinian side of the falls). I'd stay there again...

Severe noise issues with no remedy!

Do not ecpect a quiet night in this hotel. Also, the property is dated and in need of a renovation. I noted that this hotel seemed to cater to tour groups, particularly the younger kinds. The first room we were given was next some loud party/group of college kids. The Front Desk said “yes, the kids are there” and moved us to a different room. Apart from regular, loud conversations in the hallway throughout the night, i was treated to a persistent thumping and dragging from above. The hotel uses hardwood or tile flooring which only magnifies noise from other units. I didnt bother to complain a second time but instead opted to vote with my wallet and never spend a dime in that property again. Cannot recommend this hotel.

Nice budget hotel to visit the fall

The hotel is in the middle of town. There is a travel desk at the hotel where you can arrange tours. The tours were run by the experience operator, a little more expensive than the taxi driver quoted me but they speak decent english. We had great time at the fall on both side.

Inexpensive hotel with all necessary services

Our particular circumstances required us to stay for 4 nights in Foz Do Iguacu and after careful examination of available lodging opportunities we choose Hotel Foz Presidente II. The hotel is located in the downtown, is not expensive and provides all necessary services. We have reserved Deluxe Double Room. Our colleagues stayed in a much more expensive hotel but were unsettled by tiny rooms and ridiculous bathroom rules. Our room was of normal size and even for some reason contained 3 beds, which we found convenient since extra beds could be used to place your things on them. The air condition in the room was not working however. At first we did not mind, but in a couple of days the room became too stuffy. We complained and since, it could not be repaired right away, we were immediately transferred to another room. It must be said, that through all our stay the staff was very attentive and tried to accommodate all our needs. Free internet worked, the complimentary breakfast was good, but minibar drinks were pricey. The hotel has an outside swimming pool and we even tried to use it, but it happened to be unheated and the water was too cold. In the lobby a small travel agency occupies a desk and it helped us with organizing the visit to Argentinian side of Iguazu Falls. The hotel is not close to airport and is not close to Iguazu National Park. Nonetheless, the taxis are abundant and you can easily get to the park or anywhere in the city.

O quarto em que ficamos precisa urgentemente de uma reforma. A porta do banheiro é de correr de metal, a tampa do vaso de plástico com alça de pendurar. Lembra posto de gasolina.

O atendimento é Excelente, minha família foi bem atendida, na recepção, cozinha e no serviço de quarto. A piscina é um lugar especial. Passamos 5 dias de férias nesse hotel, é bem familiar. Café da manhã muito bom, o almoço é maravilhoso e jantamos no hotel também. além de sempre pedir um bule de café ao fim do dia. Hotel super limpo e bem localizado. Voltaremos sempre. Accueil bien sauf une Yenice très désagréable ,rien a faire à l'accueil .Petit dej et repas du soir au Top. Insonorisation et isolation à revoir. Notre chambre était au 2° étage juste en dessus des cuisines problème odeur et bruit.

O hotel é bem agradável. Os quartos são amplos, camas boas e chuveiro bom. Tem estacionamento gratuito e bem seguro. O atendimento é bom e em geral os colaboradores são muito simpáticos e prestativos. E o café da manhã é bem farto e gostosoEm geral eu gosto deste hotel. Nesta estadia, fiquei um pouco decepcionada com a limpeza (achamos uma barata no quarto) e visivelmente falta manutenção no imóvel (vc toma banho e vaza água pra fora do box). Emfim, são detalhes, mas que acabam maculando a imagem tão boa que eu tinha deste hotel. Mas mesmo assim, ainda considero uma boa opção. Espero que resolvam estas pequenas falhas.

Tivemos uma boa estadia.

O Hotel em sí é muito bom, atendimento excelente, tanto na recepção qto no restaurante. O café da manhã é ótimo, almoço e jantar tb compensa, ao voltar cansado dos passeios. O quarto é grande, a pia fica no lado de fora, o que é muito bom, o que dá mais privacidade ao casal e agilidade, qdo um quer tomar banho e o outro usar a pia, se arrumar, secar cabelo, se pintar, etc.
A única coisa que nos incomodou foi o barulho no corredor, isto acontece \"todos os dias'' pela manhã cedo e à noite. As pessoas acordam bem cedo para os passeios e compras no Paraguai, e fazem muito barulho no corredor ao saírem de seus quartos. e à noite qdo retornam, tb muitas conversas e bate portas; realmente \"sem noção\"de limite e respeito ao próximo. Mas o Hotel em sí muito bom.

Hotel bom com procedimento inadequado

Hotel no geral é bom. Café muito bom, mas falta alguns itens e demora na reposição, pois estava muito cheio.
O problema foi que eu faço reserva por aplicativo e qdo fui fazer check-out, eles já haviam cobrado o valor integral no meu cartão de crédito que estava vinculado na plataforma. Normalmente no check-in ou check-out, todo hotel me pergunta a forma de pagamento. E ainda tem opção de parcelamento no cartão. Primeira vez nesse hotel, já cobraram meu cartão no check-in sem meu consentimento. Eu ia pagar com outro cartão e fazer parcelamento. A recepção me informou que nada poderia fazer, só o setor de reservas e como era domingo, entre em contato depois...
